Chapter 83 - A Mark

Luna wakes up in the morning with swelling eyes because of the crying yesterday. She had a dream last night, a dream about her past when she had her peaceful days six years ago. Looking at the curtain which is flowing blown by the wind, Luna averts her eyes looking at the ceiling.

"It's already morning, huh?" She murmurs and slowly sits up on the bed. Gently rub her face and hoping the swelling eyes are not too obvious. She still has a few more days to face that man and after that, she'll have her peaceful life again.

Knock! Knock! Her door is knocked by someone from the outside. Get down from the bed, Luna opens the door before she gasps afterward.

"Oh, baby…I'm so sorry," Luna said while looking apologetic to both of her children. She forgot that she left the kids in Brian's care last night.

"Um, mama, are you feeling alright now?" Alex looks up to see Luna's face which is a bit puffy on her eyes.

Smiling, Luna caresses his cheek. "I'm okay, baby. Come in, we should get ready for breakfast."

Alex and Lily went inside and took a shower before going down to the dining banquet for breakfast with Luna and the rest of them.

Today's activities are snorkeling and visiting the marine park. In the evening there's an event conducted by local people. It is 'Saving sea turtles' activities and they also gonna release the sea turtle's baby into the ocean.

That's a quite informative activity so that the kids will know the meaning of saving the sea life creature. Luna also got this information from Jamal who told her over the dinner yesterday.

After putting matte coral lipstick on her lips, Luna turns around and check on the kids. Yup, they both already waiting for her in the living area.

"Sorry honey.." Luna smile and extended both of her hands to them.

Once they take her hand, she says, "Let's go."

At the dining hall,

All of the three men already waiting for Luna and the kids at the table. Today is not too crowded like yesterday night. Maybe because most of them already gone for trekking activities and will be returning in the afternoon. They choose to not do the trekking activities because of the children's safety and just went for snorkeling activities after breakfast.

Once Luna arrives with the kids, Raymond who is currently sipping the coffee almost spurt it out when saw what did she wear.

Coughing, Raymond put back the coffee cup on the table. "Are you okay, Mister Ray?" Jamal handed him a napkin and look at the entrance before he finally understands why did the man suddenly coughs like that.

Brian also turns around and looks at Luna when she approaching them. Nothing new to him when seeing Luna dress like that. Lily then smiling and runs happily to Brian before she takes a seat beside him while Luna and Alex still walk to their direction.

Luna wears a half yellow halter neck chiffon blouse which revealing her stomach and short pants which revealing much of her skin. Under the clothes, she wears a white bikini for snorkeling activity later.

She ignored the stare from a man in front of her as she excuses herself to pick up the breakfast for her and the kids. Brian already takes his breakfast portion along with Raymond and Jamal before they come.

Just after they finished their breakfast, Jamal leads them to the boat. Both Raymond and Luna did not speak much and just let Brian and Jamal talked while they were in the boat.

Alex and Lily also engrossed in their own world. One thing that Raymond noticed when the wind blows her blouse and shows him something they have in common which coincidently revealing her identity. However, Raymond did not say anything yet because he thought that Brian probably has it too, so, he decides to confirm it first.

After ten minutes, they arrive at the place where there are so many other boats who already there with their passengers.

"Wow…the water's..sparkling." Alex excitedly said. Today he gonna get down and snorkel. He wants to record the beauty of sea life under the ocean. So, he ready with his phone covered in a special plastic case, hanging on his neck.

"You like it?" Raymond went to him and sit down beside him at the deck. He already takes a snorkel and goggles for him.

Alex nods his head. "Mm." He could see a swarm of fish swimming around under the clear water.

"Here. I help you to put it on." Raymond gently helps Alex to put on the life jacket and the snorkel.

After he's done, he then takes off his t-shirt and leaves him with only his below the knee blue color shorts.

Brian helps Lily with her lifejacket and Luna go changing her clothes inside the boat, once she goes out, again, Raymond was dumbfounded. 'Why she has to wear so little?' He grunting inwardly.

Raymond stands up and went to her. "Don't you have any other clothes besides a bikini?" He couldn't stand it when people from the other boat and some of them in the water also staring at her. Well, obviously luxuriate their eyes to her curvy body.

Luna startled with his question. "Excuse me? Why does it bother you to what I wear?" Luna questioning him back with both of her hands placed on her waist.

Scoffing, Raymond averts his eyes to their surroundings. "It does not bother me alone, look around you. You're making a free show right now."

Luna then averts her eyes to their surroundings. Yup, just as he says..many people were looking at her like she is some kind of made of from the gold.

"Luna.." Brian voice out and went to her. Place his hand on her shoulder, he smiles at her, "Just wear something to cover up your body, alright?"

After all, this is not in the state where they can wear so little without people minding their appearance. With her curvy figure, anyone would love to stare at her assets and probably would cause someone to have a nosebleed from looking at it.

"Fine." Luna went inside the boat followed by Raymond. He also needs to take his camera and while he took out his camera, he intentionally gives her his shirt.

"Here. I know you don't have an extra shirt. Use mine." Luna wants to refuse, but then he casually put on the shirt into her body which makes her speechless with his brazen move.

Smirked while looking something on her body, he says, "By the way, nice tatt, Luna.. just like mine." He pointed his finger on his left ribs before he turns around and went out to the deck.

Dumbfounded, Luna pulls up the shirt and look at under her right side of ribs, a tattoo of the letter R with an ancient symbol while Raymond has a tattoo of the letter L and the same symbol like her. It was a pair.

"No shit!" Luna facepalming herself when she remembers that the tattoo is one of Ray's ideas back then. And now….he really uses it to find her back.

Little that she knows, it also a mark which makes him don't believe that the corpse was her back then when he does the examination to identify her.
