Chapter 164 - I Love You And Your Father

Luna slams the car door and rubs her face a few times while Sabrina scrunching her eyebrow a bit. Rubbing her back, "Are you okay, hun?" She asked. Worry that she looks like she gonna cry when she rushes out from the police station.

Luna nod her head. "I'm.." She stops her sentence and shakes her head after that. "I'm not okay." She burst into tears. With her hoarse voice, she said again, "It's Raymond..how could he…"

Once again, Sabrina scrunching her eyebrow. "What makes you think he did this?" Not knowing why Luna thinks that way.

"That man! He- he- he said it was Wayne who told him..the cold man? Of course, it was Raymond. Because I didn't sign that damn paper!" She slams her hand on the dashboard which then Sabrina sighs and continues to rub her back. Calming her down.

"Let's go home first, okay?" She said and drive the car back to the mansion. The whole day Luna hole up in her room. Not even went down to eat. It made Sabrina worried and right when she wants to see her in the room, Liam calls her phone.

"Hey, babe.." Sabrina said when she picked up the call.

"Hey, how's Luna? And how's is my baby?" Liam asks at the end of the line. There's whirring background sound that made Sabrina scrunch a bit.

"Well, not good. Turn out the mastermind who attacks her family is around your family. Babe... I don't feel good about this. Hooo… " She exhales, "You gotta be careful dear, you're family ain't ordinary, I'm afraid now." She voices out her thought to him. Who wouldn't be scared if you know you gonna marry into a murderer family? And they are too powerful to bring to the law. Nowadays, money is a very powerful thing. With money, everything can be bought, even the law.

Liam turns silent. "Is everything okay, babe?" Sabrina asked him when all she can hear is the whirring sound as the background.

"Baby, listen to me. Pack everything important only. You and Luna, meet me back in Colorado. Bring security with you- I mean, Mr. Carson." Liam said in a serious tone.

"What? Why?" Sabrina look around the house. And now she feels really unsafe.

"Just do it, alright, baby? I'll explain everything when we met there. For now, just leave the house first. I have to go now, I'll talk to you again." Liam said where Sabrina nods her head, even though she knows he can't see that.

"Alright. Be careful." Sabrina said and end up the call. She sighing and went to find Mr. Carson. They have to leave the house in instant.

Luna stared at the box on the coffee table in front of her, it was Mr. Carson who put it there and also the one who bought it from the pharmacy at the town. She's now curling up on the couch and hesitating to take the test.

"What if I'm pregnant? This child will be Wayne property and he..will still divorce me. I also.." She stops her sentence and rubs her face a few times. " I don't want to live with a person who kills my family."

"Should I abort it?" She took her phone and search for an abortion clinic and after a moment she stops her finger from typing anymore and throws the phone to the side.

"But, this child is innocent. The only thing that I shared with him." Luna sighs and slowly, she took the pregnancy test box on the table. "Relax Luna..maybe I'm not pregnant at all. Don't panic yet."

She gets herself together and went to the bathroom after that, taking the test and wait for the result. Upon seeing the two red lines formed on the pregnancy kit, her tears automatically flow down.

"Oh…I'm doom." She slumps on the floor while sobbing. After a while, she went back to the bed and caress her belly gently. "I'm sorry, baby... it's not like I don't want you..but the situation is..hard for me. Don't get me wrong, I love you and your father..but he..did not love us anymore."

Knock knock!

The knocking sound from the door makes Luna flinched a bit. Now she realizes that she was talking alone in the room. She feels like her mental state hasn't been stable lately. 'Am I going crazy?'

She still dazes and when the second time knocking startled her, she said. "Come in."

The door was opened by Mr. Carson who looks a bit sweaty. "What's wrong Charles?"

He smiles and politely said, "We'll be going on a trip tonight. So you should pack your things, milady."

Luna frowned. "But I wasn't allowed to go out of the country."

That's when Sabrina suddenly pops behind Mr. Carson at the door. "Actually, we're not leaving the US state, just the city, and town for a few days. We'll be back before the trial. So, don't worry." She walks to Luna's side.

Luna tilts her head. "Where are we going to?" It's nighttime now.

"We gonna have some fun. Come on, you need fresh air, and cool down your head, right? So, we're going to Colorado. The sunrise view is fantastic there." She still persuades her without alarming her to fear.

Luna thought about it for a moment. After some consideration, she agrees with them. She needs fresh air as she starts talking alone now. If she was spending another day in this mansion, she probably will turn really crazy. Maybe with this little getaway, she could calm herself down and rethinking back her decision about this baby?

She nods her head and asked. "You mean, we're going right now?"

Sabrina smiled and nodded her head. "Yes. Right now. Pack your important things only, we can buy later when we're there."

Standing up, Luna says okay and went to her closet room. Packing a small size backpack and a few of her clothes only. Within thirty minutes, they gather back at the entrance door and Mr. Carson drove their car to the pavement.

The house is empty now as two maids now have been going back to their hometown for temporary until Luna returns back. Meanwhile, the three of them going to Colorado by a private plane that has been arranged by Liam.

Forty minutes after Luna and the maids emptying the house, a group of men ambushing the house and search for them. But not a single life was there and the curly-haired guy searches the bedroom who he believes is Raymond and Luna's bedroom.

He roams inside the room and stops at the countertop inside the bathroom. Looking at the strip little thing which has two red lines on it. Snorting a bit, he then took out his phone and dialing someone.

"She's pregnant." He said after his call was picked up by that someone. Frowned a bit, he asked again.

"Kill her? Are you sure?"

"Alright. I'll find out where they go." He then ends up the call and starts searching for the information on where the girl goes.
