Chapter 225 - Make A Deal With You

Luna yawns a bit, which she earned a sharp glare from Barbara and Claudia. She then turns her head to both of her maids. "Why are we here again?" She asked with a low voice. However, it still can be heard by two of the older women.

"Ahem.." Barbara's clearing her throat a bit. "Don't you know that tomorrow's is Ramona's engagement party?" She coldly said, and Luna tilted her head a little.

"Ah~ no wonder we now need to find a dress. It Ramona's important day, huh?" She then averted her eyes back to Rose.

"Erm, Rose, just pick something that suitable for me. I'm sleepy."

"You, rude girl. You have to stay here until we all finish. Haven't your parents teach you at all about a manner and courtesy?" Barbara grit her teeth. This girl is undoubtedly going to bring her shame if she is her daughter-in-law.

"Hmm? My parents did teach me well. But, this is your daughter's important day, why should I need to wait along here? I can wear anything as long it's appropriate, isn't it?" Luna talk back. She was still sleepy, and then this group of the snake woman make her wake up and follow them here. To do what??

"Yes, but our dress will be design by the tailor itself. If you're not Raymond's girlfriend, I won't bring you here too. So, sit down and wait for your turn to be measured." She said with a bit loud voice where there are a few workers of the boutique look at them.

Clearly thinking Luna as a dumb girl. Luna sighs. She co-operated with them and went to sit down again. Crossing her arm around her chest and instruct Rose to sits down beside her. She casually lies down on Rose's laps and takes a nap while waiting for her turn.

Dania also sits down on the couch and keep looking at them. They totally pissed off with Luna's attitude. 'That's good. Keep pissing off and show me who's the real mastermind behind all of you.'

Almost two-hour pass, and finally, it's Luna's turn to take the measurement. When she lifted up both of her arms, and the tailor starts to jot down her tape measurement number. But from what she could see that each of the measurements she took are incorrect.

She keeps silent and looks at them do their job. "We finish taking all the measurements that needed. Your dress will be sent tomorrow morning before the party, ma'am." Said the designer.

Before they walk out, Luna whispers to Dania to check on her dress. Standby her another pair of clothing for tomorrow, and that's when Dania part from their group. Letting Luna with Rose joining the 'snake' group.

They went to another shop for shopping, and Luna feels like her feet is almost drop. How can they shop like there's no tomorrow? When she sighs, Rose rolled her eyes while looking at Luna's shopping bag on her arm that she had to carry it.

It full of the branded item, and all she does is pull Raymond's master card. A gold card plate with unlimited zeroes for spending it. It obviously annoyed Sarah.

She only got Raymond's platinum credit card since all of her cards already blocked by her father.

All the attempts to humiliate Luna come futile when Rose always saves the day. Lucky, she has a skillful lady maid.

Rose tiredly sits on the couch when Luna took all of her belongings from Rose's hands.

"Sorry, Rose, to trouble you like this," Luna said and sat down beside her.

"It's my job, Lady Luna." She said, and look at her dirty dress. Its all because Claudia tries to make a scene where she slipped her hand and wants to dirty Luna's dress.

But fortunately, she was fast and blocked it, which results in dirtied her dress and Claudia's dress smeared with the mustard and cheese from the sandwich.

There's also another attempt when Ramona wants to trip Luna's legs. Still, then she stops Luna from stepping forward and step on Ramona's feet instead. Because of that, Ramona hit her on the head, saying that she did not see her legs there.

Luna helps her to untie her braid. "Just hold it until we gather more evidence, okay?"

She nodded and stood up from the couch, excuse herself to went downstairs to the bedroom. Just a minute after Rose went down, Dania came back and went to Luna's bedroom.

She brings a new set of dress that is designed the same as they make earlier. "Here's your dress. As you thought, they really paid the designer to make your dress ugly for tomorrow." Dania reported to her.

"I knew it." Luna sighs. "Have you take the voice record?" Dania nodded her head.

"Done. But, you still need to be careful tomorrow. The event is held on the yacht for two days and one night, and everyone that is invited is not very fond of you. All of them is Sarah and Ramona's friend. Including Barbara and James's partner in business."

"I know. But you guys shouldn't stick with me all the time, use this opportunity to find out their secret. I'll be just fine with Raymond." Luna said, and Dania nods her head.

When Dania walks out of her room, she heard a whining sound from the balcony, and that's when she remembers that she hasn't seen Hero since this morning.

Raymond was out with all the guys' group for fishing activity today and still hasn't come back. There are only children and Aunt Lara's family in the house. But the maid said that they went to the amusement park in the afternoon and still hasn't come back yet.

"Hero?" Luna calls out Hero's name and walks to the balcony. When she flipped the curtain, she saw Hero lay down on the terrace with her body full of scratch and a bit of blood.

She was shocked, and she immediately went to the dog. "Who did this to you?" She asked and sniffled a bit. It's the same as Danny. It's unforgivable to who dare to touch Hero and beat him like this. Hero has been beaten up using an electric rod!

She took out her phone and call for Raymond. In a few minutes, Raymond reached home and went to their bedroom. Looking at their dog's state.

"Should we send him to the vet?" Luna asked. Her eyes are still red. Even though Hero just looks okay and robust.

Raymond presses his lip together and calls for Doctor to come to the mansion instead of sending Hero's out. Who knows what kind of attempt they try to do to Hero if they send him out from their side.

He also instructs Sky to check on the camera, which they already secretly plant inside the house. A few minutes later, Sky reply with a name in his text.

'The gardener.'

And the next chime notification sound is footage that Sky sent to Raymond. Footage of where his Aunt Claudia bang on the gardener the night when they, the group of woman, had a drink that night.

Scoffed, Raymond shows it to Luna, and she was surprised. Well, she thought that Aunt Claudia would turn to her husband. But why with the gardener? And top of that, how dare she wants to revenge on her, but lavish it out to the dog??

"What do we do now?" Luna bit her finger. Still looking at the Doctor who treats Hero.

"We do what should be done." He kisses her on her head. "Don't worry. Hero will be fine."

"Hmm.."

At night, Raymond, Harry, Henry, Liam, and Sky were going out together. They give a reason to bring Sky to enjoy his ride on the Miami beach while actually, they went out for a meeting.

They went to private dining in the north coastal area. There's an area down there where most of the youngsters dancing and enjoy their night at the beach. Looking at down there from the glass window, Sky sighing. "Is this okay to bring me here? I'm still a kid, you know."

"You're a guy…inside. Don't worry, and don't tell mom, okay?" Henry said while patting on his son's head.

"So, why are you guys bringing me here?"

"Well, It's me who wants to make a deal with you," Raymond said and sat down on the couch, facing the little guy who is guarded with three of his family members. The twin and his half brother.

"I'm listening."
