Chapter 305 - I Love You

Three months later,

Sky walks down the hallways with a bouquet of flowers in his hands. When he opened the door at the end of the hall, he saw Alex was there, sitting on the single sofa reading some book to the patient.

"Hey, I brought a new flower today," he said and changed the flower in a vase with a new one. Alex did not reply to him, and he still focusing on reading the book.

"Your butler said that you didn't eat your meal again. If Lily knows about this, she'll be sad. You wanna eat with me at the cafeteria?"

Alex shakes his head. "No. I'm good."

Sky sighs and looks at the bed. One was severely injured while the other one looks like she was sleeping soundly. "You know, Alex, when I was three, I always wonder why my uncle always looks stern. He looks likes he wants to poop, but he can't. Like someone got constant constipation. But after he returned from the trip to Singapore last year, I saw his expression change."

"I slowly saw that he actually can smile so warmly. He's quite the romantic type. I even saw how he was protective of someone he's love. Even the dog got his special love too." Sky avert his eyes to the dog, which lay on the floor. He also looks gloomy as Alex.

"I don't know much about your mother. But I know..only her can bring that smile to my uncle's face. She is…my uncle's true love. See, even now.."

Alex looks at Sky while scrunching his eyebrow making Sky stop his word.

"Well…I mean..um..I think your parent were having fun in their dreamland. You shouldn't worry much. Didn't the doctor said that they're passed their crucial time?"

Sighing, Alex closes his book and turns his head to his cousin. "Sky, do you have any medicine that can treat both of my parents?"

"Ah~ now, we're talking." Sky smile and put his bag pack on the moveable table.

"Well, actually, I do." Sky looks at Alex and continues again, "But, how much will you pay for it?"

Alex stares at this bloodsucker with an annoyed expression. "You want my life, Sky? Sure, take it. Take everything I got. As long as my parents can wake up again."

Chuckles, Sky takes out a stack of paper and hit it softly on Alex's head. "You think I want to rip off your pocket? Tch!"

Frown, "What is this?" Alex took the doc.u.ment and flipped it one by one.

"A contract."

"What? Is this even illegal?" 

"Read it first and sign it if you agree. After you sign on it, I'll start your parents' treatment." Sky sits back on the couch while folding both of his hands.

Alex didn't wait long and read the contents. It just a contract between Alex and Sky. He needs to provide Sky with information on Lily and replace him when he's busy or on vacation. To be exact, he wants Alex to be his middle man and a back up for him?

"Do you know that this is a crappy deal?" 

Sky shrugged his shoulder. "Ask your parent if they want to wake up now or not."

Sighing again, it seems like Alex has no choice. Either way, he's not losing anything. He signs the paper, and Sky smiles widely.

"Good. Set a date where we three can hang out again once Lily is out from her prison." Sky happily said and took out a set of boxes inside of his backpack.

"If you want to pursue her, why did you drag me too?" he could never understand Sky.

"That girl won't talk to me unless you're there too." with that being said, Alex lost his word. He watches Sky pull the syringe from a small bottle of solution, which he doesn't know what that is.

"Hey, Sky..are you sure it's gonna be fine? What you did right now is considered illegal. Aren't you afraid?"

"Don't worry. I never fail, you know." Sky smile and went to the IV tube on Luna's hands. He injected the solution into her line and said, "Your mama will wake up at the latest is by night."

Then he moves to Raymond's bed and pulls another syringe with a different solution. "Your papa will mostly wake up a day or two later... the bones need time to heal, and since he's gone so many surgeries before, he might be…"

"Might be what?" Alex asked, a bit anxious.

"Hm, I'm not sure. This is just my prediction, but maybe the after-effect of my medicine will waken up other personalities that your father once have. Or, probably, he would remember all of it and still be him. The 'him' right now. Anyway, you have to be prepared for it." 

Alex gasps. "You mean…I can finally meet the three of them?"

"I'm not sure. Maybe four, maybe three..will you be able to handle it?" Alex nodded. He looks more excited than worried.

Sky sighs and injecting the medicine. "Okay..it's all done." Sky said and went back to the moveable table. He took all the tiny empty glass bottles back into the box and the contract which Alex had already signed.

"Hey, Sky.." Alex went to him and hugged him. "Thanks."

"Tch! I do this because he's my uncle. And I kinda like him too." Sky said and waved Alex's goodbye. Well, even if Alex didn't ask, he still helps them. They're family after all.

May 2020, 

"Ray darling..can you help me?" Luna call for Raymond from the kitchen.

"What is it? Why are you yelling? You know it can hurt your throat, right?" Raymond walks to the kitchen with his newspaper and put it on the counter.

"Hm? Wait…who are you?" Luna squints her eyes to her husband before Raymond pull her waist and lift her up to the kitchen counter.

"Take a guess." He smirks while lifting his eyebrow.

"I think I did summon Ray..but the one who comes here is not that guy…hmmm…." Luna taps her finger on her chin before she tilts her head a little.

"Night... Raymond?"

Raymond laughs.

"Wrong." he pulls the apron's tie behind Luna's back. "Each time you guess it wrong, I'll start to undress you one by one," he whispers and Luna grin.

"Actually…I kinda like that idea.. come on, undress me now." She opens both of her arms widely before Raymond laughs.

"No way..we'll do it like in the cabin."

Gasp, Luna lifts up Raymond's chin and looks at him. "You're Night Raymond! Don't lie to me."

"No, I'm not..I'm telling you." He unzips her blouse but then…

"Ahem!" Alex clears his throat and sits on the chair opposite them.

"He's Papa," Alex said, and Raymond grin widely.

"That's right! The three of us are your papa too, Alex. Good answer." He zips it back, and Luna hides her red face of being caught with her son doing something like that…

"Alright, you two..enough with guessing." Luna jumped back on the floor, and went to the fridge, took out a fruit cake that she makes.

"Are we celebrating something, mama?" Alex frowned, and Raymond went to Luna's side before they both look at each other.

"Mm..not really. But we have a surprise for you. Cut the cake." Luna gives the plastic knife to Alex, and he took it without much thinking.

A bit anxious about what surprise they both have for him. The moment he cut it, the knife stuck at something, and he tries to pull it out from the cake.

It was a box, and he looks at both of his parents. "Open it," Raymond said, and Alex put down his knife to the side and slowly open the box.

The moment Alex's eyes were almost pop out, Luna took a picture of it.

"Mama! Are you kidding me?? No way!" he gasps and laughed. He can't stop looking at Luna and Raymond, waiting for the answer he's been waiting for so long!

Finally!

"Yup! You're gonna be a big brother soon." Raymond kiss on top of Alex's head before Luna continues, 

"Congratulations, Alex! You have to be a good brother, okay?"

"Oh! Oh, yes! Oh! I'm so happy!" he runs to the sunflower garden to find Rose and Jamal to telling them about this good news.

"He looks energetic," Raymond said and looked at his wife. "Mm.." She also turns to look at Raymond. 

"You know..I love you."

Smiling, Raymond pulls her into his arm. "I know." And kiss her lips.

Ever since that incident, Dania has returned back to her military camp. While Rose and Jamal decide to follow Luna and Raymond, staying at their mansion in Beaufort.

As for Brian, he is staying in Seattle with Lily and still frequently visiting them in South Carolina.

And for Raymond, he decides to stay away from city life. He assigns Owen to take over his place and only send him essential paperwork. He is more likes to just work from home while watching his family and spend more time with them.

About Caitlin, Luna still in touch with her. She and Flynn already resign from being a CIA agent. They spend their days at V.i.r.g.i.nia and settle down there. Heard that they like farming, and they are now in the middle of opening their mini zoo.

About Wayne's family, Luna did not care much, but Raymond was still visiting Ramona at her cells. They talked, and somehow their bond has been much better than before. It's a good thing that at least, Raymond still has his little sister that he can save.

While James, he didn't die on that night... he was actually diagnosed with mental illness. The doctor said that he started from the depression he had when he was young. It was starting when his marriage falls apart. From depression, he forms another mental illness until he didn't feel anything when he kills someone.

He was sentenced to death. And will be put down in another two months. His case was too big, and it can't be just forgiven like that. When Barbara's funeral was held, Raymond and Luna can't attend it as they both were in a coma. It was such a grieve when the only family Barbara got wasn't able to send her for the final goodbye. It all comes with consequences of what did you do when you're still alive.

And at last...Luna finally found back her rainbow after such long rains.
