At eight-thirty, as the cocktail party was coming to an end, Lu Jingshen glanced at his wristwatch and decided to leave.

Before leaving, he went to the restroom while Feng Si waited in the corridor outside, diligently fulfilling his duty as a personal bodyguard.

As long as he didn’t casually light a cigarette and his posture leaning against the wall wasn’t overly casual.

When the CEO of Chuanrong Electronics appeared within Feng Si’s field of vision, he had just placed the cigarette in his mouth.

Jiang Heng’s gaze fell upon him, but Feng Si casually averted his eyes, unwilling to engage. However, Jiang Heng walked over and asked him, “Is Mr. Lu in the restroom?”

Feng Si took two puffs of his cigarette, flicking off the ash, and a flicker of fire danced upon it. He casually put it out  in the nearby ashtray, nonchalantly replying, “Yes.”

Jiang Heng frowned, displeased with his attitude. “Are you Mr. Lu’s assistant or bodyguard?”

Feng Si raised an eyebrow as he looked at Jiang Heng, a hint of ambiguity in his smile. “If you must know, both. The kind that stays by his side for twenty-four hours.”

Jiang Heng’s face stiffened slightly. “Don’t you know that Mr. Lu dislikes the smell of smoke? Especially when someone smokes around him, other than during formal occasions?”

Feng Si leisurely responded, “I didn’t know.”

Lu Jingshen had already come out of the restroom, but he pretended not to see Jiang Heng’s presence and gestured to Feng Si, “Let’s go.”

“Jingshen,” Jiang Heng called him, repeating the words he had said earlier at the venue, “Can we speak privately?”

Lu Jingshen stopped in his tracks and coldly replied, “If you have something to say, say it here.”

Jiang Heng looked at Feng Si, and Feng Si crossed his arms, saying, “Sorry, being by his side means not leaving his side. If the boss doesn’t leave, I won’t leave either.”

He was being audacious and overbearing, but Lu Jingshen didn’t stop him. Jiang Heng’s expression turned ugly, and he could only muster the courage to speak, “I didn’t consider it well during that incident. I shouldn’t have deceived you and publicly said those things, nor should I have arranged such a grand scene for everyone to tease you, embarrassing you. I…”

“You don’t need to say these things,” Lu Jingshen interrupted him. “I understand you’re sorry, no need to repeat it. The previous incident won’t affect the cooperation between Shang Xin and Chuanrong.”

Jiang Heng asked, “And what about our relationship? Are we still friends?”

Lu Jingshen replied calmly, “In business matters, I still rely on Chairman Jiang.”

As for private matters, Lu Jingshen had made up his mind to draw clear boundaries and wouldn’t change his mind.

After finishing his words, he turned his head towards Feng Si and gestured, “Let’s go.”

Feng Si cast one last glance at the lost and dejected Jiang Heng before turning and following behind.

When they returned to Mingyue Bay, while riding the elevator upstairs, Feng Si suddenly raised his hand and lightly tapped the elevator wall.

Lu Jingshen’s gaze lightly swept over him, and Feng Si casually asked, “So, Mr. Lu has gotten confession from men before, huh?”

Lu Jingshen turned his gaze away and didn’t respond to his words.

Feng Si lowered his eyes and smiled, a self-deprecating expression on his face.

Lu Jingshen allowed him to stay by his side probably because he was nothing more than a former sexual partner. If it came to a real emotional connection, Lu Jingshen would probably immediately disown him, just like with Jiang Heng.

As soon as they entered the apartment, without waiting for Lu Jingshen to turn on the lights, Feng Si reached out and forcefully pulled him.

Caught off guard, Lu Jingshen was pushed against the wall, and Feng Si’s breath approached, gripping his right wrist and caressing the cufflink. Then his touch reached the sensitive veins on the inner side of Lu Jingshen’s wrist, stroking back and forth.

In the faint light coming from the living room, Lu Jingshen could clearly see Feng Si’s eyes fixed on him. Under his playful and mocking demeanor, there was a strong possessiveness that made him feel alarmed, surging within the depths of Feng Si’s eyes.

“Stop…”

He had barely uttered this word when the following sound turned into an uncontrollable gasp. Lu Jingshen stared at Feng Si, astonished that this bastard had pressed down on him through his suit pants, directly touching him.

Feng Si’s breath fell close to his ear, asking the same question he had asked in the afternoon, “Alex, did you touch yourself while I was away this week?”

Lu Jingshen closed his eyes with difficulty, refusing to answer him. But in response, Feng Si’s actions became even more intense.

Lu Jingshen tried to capture that wandering hand, but Feng Si didn’t allow it. He casually removed Lu Jingshen’s tie and bound his wrists together.

Before Lu Jingshen could react, Feng Si bent down and lifted him onto his shoulder.

Although Lu Jingshen was 184 cm tall, he had a slender figure with low body fat and was relatively lightweight. Feng Si carried him almost effortlessly.

Throwing Lu Jingshen onto the sofa in the living room, before Lu Jingshen could struggle to sit up, Feng Si had pounced on him, forcefully parting his legs with his knees and pressing Lu Jingshen’s bound hands against his head, looking down at him.

Although Lu Jingshen might have been a little angry, his furrowed brows betrayed him. However, the evident bulge in his pants couldn’t be ignored, leaving him caught between ice and fire.

Being so unrestrainedly tied up by Feng Si, exposing all his vulnerabilities to him, Lu Jingshen felt extremely embarrassed.

This embarrassment was far worse than being publicly teased and confessed to. However, Feng Si who dominated him had already known his body inside and out seven years ago. In front of Feng Si, he couldn’t possibly hide any instinctive reactions.

When Feng Si restrained him again, Lu Jingshen gasped heavily. Struggling to raise his head, he found himself unable to move it forward, but his eyes, clouded by desire, reflected the neon lights coming in from outside, causing dizziness. His hands, still bound together, unconsciously pulled on Feng Si’s hair.

He paused and looked up at him. Lu Jingshen deepened his gaze, his hands already around his neck, looking back at him eagerly.

Feng Si curved his lips and asked, “Do you want it?”

He then whispered next to his ear, “You satisfy me first.”

At half past ten, Feng Si cooked supper shirtless in the kitchen. Lu Jingshen leaned against the wall by the kitchen counter, looking at him, lost in thought.

The scent of desire in the air was gradually covered by the aroma of noodles. Lu Jingshen deep breathed a sigh of relief, his tense body slowly relaxing.

Just a while ago, he succumbed to the instincts of his body. Feng Si used his hands, and he was forced to use his legs. Feng Si did it intentionally, tearing off his disguise in this way, effortlessly.

In Lu Jingshen’s previous gaze, the loosened tie had slipped from his wrist and swayed around Feng Si’s waist. He closed his eyes and dared not look anymore.

His legs still trembled slightly, and he could only lean against the wall, struggling to stay steady.

Lu Jingshen closed his eyes again, unable to shake off the hot sensation. The heat in his body didn’t diminish much; instead, it intensified. The man clearly knew it but had no intention of giving him what he wanted.

Feng Si came over with two bowls of cooked noodles and called out to him, “Alex, what are you daydreaming about?”

Lu Jingshen opened his eyes, facing Feng Si’s teasing gaze.

He was the only one feeling embarrassed and conflicted.

“Didn’t I satisfy you just now?” Feng Si asked with a suggestive tone, implying something. Lu Jingshen didn’t want to answer him and walked to the side of the kitchen counter.

Feng Si didn’t mind. It was deliberate on his part. Lu Jingshen wanted more, but he withheld. Unless Lu Jingshen took the initiative to ask him.

Lu Jingshen sat down and silently ate his food.

Feng Si picked at his noodles absentmindedly, his gaze always on him. Suddenly, he said, “Don’t you dislike people smoking around you?”

Lu Jingshen’s hand holding the chopsticks twitched slightly, then he casually replied, “No.”

While speaking, he never lifted his eyes to look at Feng Si, seemingly focused on eating.

Feng Si narrowed his eyes and thought seriously about how it used to be. Every time he smoked, Lu Jingshen never said he disliked it. Instead, he would stare at him with an alluring gaze, and many times he would put out the cigarette and lean in to kiss Lu Jingshen.

Three confusing and indulgent months, he wondered how much Lu Jingshen still remembered.

Lu Jingshen finished his last bite and looked up, meeting Feng Si’s intense gaze fixed on him. Instinctively, he avoided it and said, “Take your time to eat.”

Just as he was about to get up, Feng Si nodded towards his seat with his chin. “It’s still early, sit down and finish eating with me. After all, I made supper.”

Lu Jingshen hesitated for a moment but eventually sat back down.

Feng Si ate his food, making small talk. “Are the noodles I cooked delicious?”

Lu Jing deep mumbled, “Mm.”

Feng Si helplessly said, “Lu, even if you say a few nice words to praise me, what difference would it make?”

Lu Jingshen didn’t know what to say, so he remained silent. Feng Si sighed, “Well, I’m just being presumptuous again.”

Lu Jingshen just ignored him and lowered his head to look at his phone.

After finishing supper and returning to the room, Lu Jingshen picked up his scattered suit and shirt from the floor of the living room without saying a word and went into his room.

A few minutes later, Feng Si knocked on the door. Lu Jingshen was planning to take a shower and asked impatiently, “Is there something else you want?”

Feng Si clicked his tongue. “You change your attitude so quickly after having fun.”

He  looked at him and said, “Just say what you want.”

Feng Si shook the thing in his hand and said, “I bought this aromatherapy from abroad. I sense you have trouble sleeping Give it a try.”

Lu Jingshen reached out to take it and was about to close the door when Feng Si stopped it with his hand. “Let me open it for you.”

His tone was unusually serious, and there was a hint of tenderness. He pushed Lu Jingshen into the room.

When Lu Jingshen snapped back to reality, Feng Si was already standing by his bedside, opening the aromatherapy box and lighting it on the nightstand.

After doing all this, Feng Si’s gaze suddenly paused as he noticed the pair of old gloves next to him. He raised an eyebrow unexpectedly and asked Lu Jingshen, “What are you doing with the gloves I threw out?”

Lu Jingshen calmly explained, “You left them on the sofa outside, and the cleaning staff thought they were mine, so they put them here for me.”

Feng Si smiled and said, “Oh.”

But his expression clearly indicated disbelief.

“Since they’re here, just keep them for yourself, Alex.”

The aroma of the aromatherapy had already filled the room. The sweet fragrance of flowers carried a hint of an intriguing and ambiguous atmosphere in the silent air.

Lu Jingshen avoided Feng Si’s gaze.

Although he pretended to be calm, the unease in his eyes didn’t escape Feng Si’s eyes. Feng Si just smiled and didn’t expose him. “Go take a shower. I won’t bother you anymore.”

Once Feng Si left, Lu Jingshen locked the door again, returned to the bedside, smelled the faint fragrance, and picked up the pair of gloves.

After tightening his grip for a moment and briefly losing himself, he opened the drawer and put the gloves back inside.
