Chapter 57: Unexpected news (7)

There were two cars, one black SUV and one grey sedan following the white SUV that Chun Yeowun was in. The people in those two cars were professionals spies. They were given a good opportunity for past three months of spying on the target.

“Kin Jongse is moving with the 9th group separately.”

After tailing a car through a lot of traffic or hard to track places, they were now moving toward a place where there weren’t that many people. This area was one of few places among the Simyang City walls where no surveillance cameras were around.

The car finally stopped at some open space. The team leader who was in the grey car pressed on his earphone and spoke into it.

“This is a good chance. What should we do?”

The sound came back in his earphone right away.

-Bring him in alive.

“Yes, sir.”

With the permission, the leader then pressed the button on the earphone on the opposite side and spoke.

“Ram it in.”

-Roger.

With the order, the black SUV sped up, charging in toward the white SUV parked in the open space.

“Get ready.”

“Yes, sir.”

Four other men beside the driver took out their guns with silencers. These were loaded with not regular bullets, but tranquilizers.

“Fire when they are out of the car.”

“Yes, sir.”

Even if they rammed it into the parked car, they knew that their targets inside the car would not die as they were Yulinians and would walk out easily. It was then.

The black SUV driving in front of them was suddenly thrown to the side and rolled over. It was even before the was able to ram it into the target car.

“T-the car flipped!”

The car suddenly stopped. All the people inside the car were thrown forward from the sudden break and the leader shouted annoyingly to the driver.

“You dumb ass! What the fuck are you doing?! Why did you stop!?”

The driver then shook his head frantically and replied to the leader.

“I-it’s not like that!”

“What’s not like that?”

“I’m pressing on the gas pedal!”

“What?”

Then they heard the skid and smoke coming from the rear wheels of the car. The wheels were spinning but the car couldn’t seem to move forward even though there wasn’t anything in their way.

Everyone became shocked. The car that was moving at full speed had come to stop by an unknown force.

“Dammit!”

The leader then realized something was strange.

“Get out of the car! N…”

But before he could finish, they saw someone opening the back door of the white SUV in front of them. The person had a black medieval fashioned robe, just as if he was shooting a movie. The man, who also had long black hair, was their other target, Chun Yeowun.

“9th!”

That’s when Chun Yeowun stretched his arm and toward the grey sedan. It wasn’t sure what he was trying to do, but the team tried to open the doors to get out anyway. But…

“H-huh? Why isn’t this working?!”

“L-leader! I can’t open the door!”

And the leader couldn’t open the car door either. He even pulled up his internal energy to break it open, but it didn’t even budge. The leader shouted frantically.
