Since there was nothing he could do about that, he decided to ask a more important question.
This was something that had always bugged him in the back of his mind.
He turned to Glenn, his expression serious.
"Where can I find the body parts of Morningstar?"
That question took Glenn by surprise, and she looked at Lenny absolutely puzzled.
Her mouth opened, and then it closed again.
"How did you know about that? Even I only know about it because one of the souls that made me journeyed to the outside world once How does a half-born who has spent his entire life in the arena know that?"
However, Lenny did not answer. Instead, his focus remained on her.
Seeing that he was obviously not going to talk, Glenn took a deep breath, in and out. She had already agreed to tell him all she knew. She was going to keep to her word.
"It is said the Morningstar lost the battle to his assassins that day. However, they were not able to harvest his divinity in time before he self-destructed, scattering himself across several planes."
Lenny frowned at those words.
"You said 'Several planes'. Do you mean other planes except the earth?"
"Yes, and no." You see, I mean 'SEVERAL PLANES'. Even amongst the different Earths, this is just one of nine. They are other Earths. There are also other places like the Nether, Hell, the Abyss, Purgatory, and the Ruling Lands of the Other Gods. Basically, the cosmos is a very big place."
Lenny could feel a headache coming along. He had not even finished exploring the earth, and now the possibility that he had many other places to search raised it's ugly head.
He was starting to think that Lucifer Morningstar had given him more than he could chew.
It also made sense why the satan system was as broad as it was.
At first, the challenge of how far he needed to go felt suffocating, but the more he thought about it, the more interesting it became, and soon, he could not help but crack into a low laugh that grew into full blown laughter.
Suddenly, his blood boiled with both excitement and anticipation.
It was truly going to be him versus the world. No, it was going to be him versus the Cosmos.
It was no wonder Lucifer picked a man like him to perform such a task.
Things were only going to get more interesting.
Lenny's action totally surprised Glenn. She did not know why he was laughing so brazenly.
ραndαsΝοvεl ƈοm However, she had the feeling that even if she asked, he would not tell her.
"Since you are in such a good mood, let me dampen it a bit for you. Lucifer Morningstar's body was divided into a thousand parts. Across the different planes. Getting them will not be easy. Remember that the other divine beings are also searching for them. And I'm sure that with their power, some might already have been found and absorbed."
Lenny nodded. "There is no problem. I have already thought about this fact on my own. I know what I have to do," a menacing smile hung proudly on his face.
I think you should take a look at
Glenn could already guess what he was thinking. However, she could not help but think that Lenny was too ignorant of the world. Just because he had a bit of power in the lesser demon ranks, he thought maybe he could take on not just the world but the cosmos.
When they said ignorance was bliss, she was sure someone had peeked into the future and seen Lenny's face.
However, she found his determined look to be quite adorable.
And she could not help but find him cute.
"I don't know where the body parts of the Morningstar are, but if it's an angel you are looking for, I can point you in the right direction."
Lenny froze as he turned to her.
This was, for him, very important news. The last time, he had gotten only three feathers from an angel, and he had been able to bring down a town.
The idea that he could get other angel body parts was very intriguing.
If he could get his hands on the angel and consume it using the Satan system, then he could definitely increase his power.
Lenny immediately grabbed her by the shoulders, shaking her aggressively.
"Where is it? Where is the angel?"
"Wait! Wait!! I'll tell you. You are shaking my already unsteady insides."
Lenny saw this and stopped his actions. "Forgive me!"
"It's no problem; I actually like when you touch me!" She gave him a side wink with obvious meaning.
*Cough!* "You were talking about the angel," he gave her a professional look.
Seeing he spoiled her fun, she sighed as she continued, "The angel in question is a low level angel. However, even the lowest of that bunch are still at the Great Demon rank equivalent. Basically, they are very powerful. I found out about this angel by accident. It was on the day one of the souls went out to explore the outside world. She went onboard the city and found it."
"Wait! What city?" Lenny asked.
"This one—I'm sure you have heard about it before. After all, your former master, Cuban, and his Asmodeus Royal family own it. It's Judas, the Ethereal City."
Lenny frowned. That name Judas. He had heard it before.
He thought back to where he had heard it, and instantly he recalled it.
It was Basit. The Deep Level Demon that had problems with Cuban.
He had said something about the Devil pills he used being made in a city known as Judas.
He also remembered that Basit had indeed said that the Asmodeus Royal family owned it.
"Since you have the memories of all the souls that make you Glenn, I'm sure you know where this fucking Judas City is, right?" Lenny asked
"Unfortunately, it does not work like that?" She sighed lowly.
