"..."
Dalila and Tina looked outside the dome as they saw the changes in the skies. The skies were blood-red, painting their chamber in a cataclysmic light as though this Minor Realm was already coming to an end.
The sudden change caused them to look at each other, knowing what kind of tribulation it was as they had seen what Davis's Immortal King Tribulation looked like back then.n0velusb.c0m
*Rumble!~*
The skies thundered, appearing to be ready to unleash havoc upon them. However, it didn't seem to be the flames that shuddered first as lightning arced around at the center to form a dragon.
Tina and Dalila's expressions were solemn.
They could feel the annihilative pressure weighing upon them with intensity, disallowing them to fight at their full prowess. They could also tell that the tyrannical aura of the heavens wasn't concentrated on them but most focused on Epsila, who was quivering right now. It appeared as though the heavens wanted to eradicate her first and not give her a chance to clear her karmic sin by sending heavenly flames first.
"Stay within the cauldron, Epsila..."
Dalila advised as she flew, appearing above the cauldron. She began casting hand signs, causing Tyriele's cauldron body to light up with various symbols. It seemed to strengthen the defenses of the cauldron, its prowess increasing vividly as it appeared like a tall mountain that couldn't be pushed aside.
"Tina..."
Dalila spoke lightly, causing Tina to nod her head.
"I know."
"I'm depending on you."
"Same here."
Tina giggled as she ascended to the skies, but she didn't leave the chamber. She stood a few meters below the open dome, appearing to be fearless as she raised her head and looked into the skies. However, her trembling hands betrayed her fears.
Nonetheless, she forcefully clenched her fist, creating the sound of an explosion as blue flames surged out from her hands. Her soul force surged out in waves as they turned into earthly blue flames, appearing to be as drudgy as magma.
*Bang!~*
The crimson annihilative heavenly lightning fell, striking the palace. It shot past the dome and rushed towards Epsila, who was floating in Tyriele's cauldron space when suddenly, Tina struck it with both her hands as she raised her palms up.
"Infernal Quake Palm!"
*Boom!~*
Tina channeled fire and earth soul force from her soul physique as she struck the annihilative heavenly lightning. Her hand was carrying a sludge of molten lava that smashed a dragon-like strand of heavenly lightning, causing it to shudder. However, it broke Tina's technique and smashed against the cauldron, its annihilating force seeping into Epsila.
"Ahh~ Master..."
"Endure, Epsila. I will aid you, so you must endure, or you will die!"
Epsila shouted for help as she echoed out in a pained voice. To her, this really was painful, but Dalila yelled out and controlled the cauldron's energy, which resulted in a strange sphere emerging around Epsila.
Feeling the tyrannical and punitive annihilative heavenly lightning energy zap her crazily, Epsila felt like she was going to die, but a moment later, she realized that it wasn't harmful as it seemed to be protected.
'This... this heavenly lightning is weakened to a level where it is unable to harm me...?'
Epsila thought, quickly becoming emboldened as she understood that she had to undergo a tempering process, finally remembering what her master had said amidst all the pain she went through. It wouldn't be a lie if she said that she still wasn't fully conscious after undergoing such a ruthless transplant of her consciousness, still feeling vertigo.
However, she tried her best, fully using her prowess as a Soulforge Elevation Resonance Pill. After all, she was the same Spirit-Tier Pill, and her body was also a Spirit-Tier Immortal King Pill now!
However, due to the dissonance still radiating within the body and spirit, she could only defend and not attack.
"Fortunately, the fire attribute and earth attribute heaven and earth energy is thick in this volcanic region..."
Looking at Epsila manage to handle the annihilative heavenly lightning rampaging on her new body, Tina nodded with satisfaction.
Although the heaven and earth energy was in chaos, Tina's expression didn't falter as she knew she had the advantage in this region. She felt as long as she kept using the fusion of Fire Laws and Earth Laws, Magma Laws to drive the annihilative heavenly lightning into becoming weaker before allowing Epsila to experience it, they would've achieved their goal.
"Aha..."
Outside, Davis also heaved a relieved laughter as he saw that the first heavenly lightning strike was only six levels higher.
It was not as ridiculous as it was when it was raining down on him in his Immortal King Tribulation. The last strike in his tribulation was almost eleven levels higher, so if the first strike was only at this level, then he felt that he need not worry to death, although he was still tense.
"Don't worry. Tina isn't as weak as you think she is."
Myria uttered from behind, causing Davis to somewhat relax better. He didn't know what was happening inside the palace, but since all the formations inside were deactivated right now, it was defenseless, making it so that the annihilative aura didn't cause the formations to collapse or explode.
Otherwise, the palace might've collapsed, revealing them to everyone.
Davis could sense some auras approaching, as many as twenty people, so about four groups from the eastern side, but as soon as the Annihilative Heavenly Tribulation's tyrannical aura began pervading the atmosphere, those auras had gone silent, appearing to understand the dreadful situation or even know it could be an Anarchic Divergent's Tribulation.
He didn't want to reveal what they were doing since it was of importance that their results remain unknown to the denizens of the true immortal world, but most importantly, Fairy Thunderblaze so he could hoodwink her.
But now, he wished the palace would collapse so that he could see how Tina and Dalila were faring, and considering that the tribulation's attacks were at Level Three Immortal Emperor Stage already, he could see that happening.
*Rumble!~*
The crimson-gold clouds shuddered, sending an annihilative heavenly lightning strike again.
*Boom!~*
This time, the dome exploded as he expected, revealing Tina's figure. Her amethyst eyes glowed as her entire being was covered in an auburn aura, a molten sphere capturing the annihilative as it allowed it to rampage within before it broke through the magma and plunged towards the cauldron.
Two seconds later, he saw that the clouds were preparing a third annihilative heavenly lightning strike, causing him to understand that Tina was dealing with it at ease while Epsila was holding on without fail!
He couldn't help but pat and hold Myria's hand on his shoulder subconsciously, causing her to freeze.
