The sun was shining brightly on the sky but in the forest, it was slightly dim.

Two silhouettes were seen walking at a fast pace by using their qinggong to move around the forest.

Their goal? To hunt for the magical beasts.

The two people walked around for nearly one hour before Jiang Ying Yue raised her hand for them to stop.

Liu Weimin stopped and looked at her weirdly.

Jiang Ying Yue held his hand and dragged him slowly to hide behind a tree. With her voice low, she whispered to him, "There is a magical beast up ahead."

Liu Weimin looked at her bewilderedly. "How did you now?"

Jiang Ying Yue patiently explained with her voice low. "The ground has traces of animal footsteps on it and it's new based on the soil's shape and wetness. The animal is a medium sized one probably at the size of an adult tiger. The soil's thickness tells you that. And the broken plants around tell you the animal's direction."

Actually there were a lot of more things that she didn't say to him in regards to determining an animal's trail in the forest but she didn't have time for that. This was the basic as a soldier.

Liu Weimin was again speechless. How much did this girl know? Even he who always travel around with his father didn't know this much and only knew basic survival skill in the forest.

Who exactly was this girl before she became Elder Yan Hua's disciple?

How much more outstanding could she be?

Jiang Ying Yue signalled Liu Weimin to follow her slowly and the latter nodded.

The both move steadily and quietly as to not startle the magical beast. Although they did want to fight magical beast, they needed to be cautious first just in case there were more magical beasts than they could handle.

They wanted to train; not to die on the first day itself.

They walk for another 15 minutes before finding a magical beast that looked like a tiger in front. Why? Because it was a bit bigger than an adult tiger back on earth and it was white in color with purple stripes around his body. It's tail had spikes on it almost like thorns on a rose.

They paused and tried to hide their presence as much as they could.

'It was a Level 6 magical beast!' They both thought.

Who would've known that the first one they encountered would be a high level magical beast?

Haha this was a hunter and they might be the prey instead.

They moved slightly but that was tiger (in that world) after all. It discovered them when they moved slightly. Just now, when they came, it was busy eating but now that it was done eating, the white tiger was on guard.

The tiger then turned to look at them. Jiang Ying Yue saw the tiger's face clearly. It had long fangs and its eyes were purple. What a weird tiger.

But that wasn't the most important part. The most important thing was, it had discovered them!

*Growl*

It growled threateningly. Magical beasts Level 9 and below did not have any intelligence yet but the higher their level, the stronger they were and each one of the magical beast had their own special skill. This tiger for example, had a spiky tail and it was faster than a normal magical beast.

"Yue Yue, since we are here to train and it is on the same level as me, let me try to fight it alone." Liu Weimin said resolutely.

Jiang Ying Yue nodded. They both needed space to grow after all. She would only help when he was in danger.

Liu Weimin stepped forward bravely. The white tiger sensed the danger and attacked him immediately.

It was very fast!

Liu Weimin was prepared. He gathered Spiritual Qi in his fist and right when the white tiger reached him, bang! He punched it hard.

The tiger fell but it didn't stop there. It got up on all four and ran towards Liu Weimin again.

Liu Weimin summoned wind as his blade then whoosh! 10 blades formed in the sky and slashed the white tiger one after another injuring it in the process.

The white tiger growled in pain swung its tail to Liu Weimin. He didn't manage to evade it on time as the white tiger was very fast and the tail hit his left arm leaving a gashing wound there.

Liu Weimin frowned in pain but he didn't make any sound. He wanted to be stronger and this pain was nothing! Blood flowed down his arm but he summoned wind with his Spiritual Qi and the strong wind pushed the white tiger away from him.

He needed to think fast! This white tiger was fast and it had strength as strong as a human cultivator at Qi Refiner Level 8. He couldn't afford to drop his guard down.

"Trap in in whirlwind and injure him in it with the windblades!" Jiang Ying Yue shouted from the back.

Liu Weimin's eyes lit up and he gathered all of his Spiritual Qi while summoning the wind to form a whirlwind.

Strong winds started moving from all directions toward the whirlwind made by Liu Weimin. The trees and plants in the surrounding started moving and fallen leaves flew toward the whirlwind.

The whirlwind was as a huge as a double-storey house and it started chasing after the white tiger under the control of Liu Weimin. It tried to run but couldn't outrun the strong whirlwind and it even felt like it was being sucked in it.

In a fast motion, the whirlwind approached the white tiger from behind and tiger was sucked into the whirlwind trapping it inside! Liu Weimin wasted no time and with Spiritual Qi that he had gathered, he threw it into the whirlwind and the green colored Spiritual Qi started combining with the wind making it look like a green lighting was inside the whirlwind.

The Spiritual Qi started taking shape into long blades and with the help of the strong current, the blades started moving rapidly slashing the white tiger one after another.

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Groooowwwllll!! The tiger growl in pain.

It couldn't do anything.

Beads of sweats started forming on Liu Weimin's forehead as he needed full focus to control the wind and his Spiritual Qi flow at the same time.

Lastly, he gathered the flow of his Spiritual Qi in his hands before Liu Weimin ran towards the whirlwind. A green blade appeared in his right hand once he entered the whirlwind, he wastedno time and slashed the green blade down towards the white tiger's neck.

The white tiger whimpered and it died shortly after that.

The wind calm down and it was peaceful again.

Liu Weimin smiled to look at Jiang Ying Yue only to discover the surrounding area was in a mess like a typhoon just swept by.

And of course, Jiang Ying Yue's hair was in a mess from all the wind just now but none of that matter.

He did it!

Liu Weimin ran towards Jiang Ying Yue happily. "Yue Yue I did it! Thank you for your help just now."

Jiang Ying Yue patted his shoulder. "Congrats! You have done it! I only gave you a small idea but all of that was all your own effort."

Liu Weimin nodded and he went back to cut through the white tiger's body to take the magical core. The core could be sold at a high price and it could be turn into a medicine or for the power inside to be absorbed by the respective elemental wielder. And the white tiger was a water wielder but maybe it didn't know how to use its' power.

Well it wasn't a magical beast with intelligence so it made sense.

Jiang Ying Yue gave Liu Weimin a pill to treat the injury on his arm before they continued their hunt again.
