Chapter 112 - The Meeting

"Yue Yue". A crisp voice called out to Jiang Ying Yue.

All heads turned to that person.

Seeing all heads turned to him, Han Jianyu realized his mistake. 'Shit. I just embarrassed myself. This is all because of Hua'er and Weimin.'

Because of them kept on bantering my Yue Yue this, my Yue Yue that in front of him, his brain subconsciously picked it up, therefore making him commit that mistake.

His face turned red.

Han Jinghua and Liu Weimin glared at him. Now they had another one wanting their Yue Yue!

One person's face was almost sour at that nickname.

His calm face almost cracked. Looking at Han Jianyu, he was a bit shorter than he was and had a good looking face. 'So this was the person that made Ying Yue looked infatuated that day.' Fan Xiu thought.

Poor the innocent Han Jianyu was regarded as a love rival by Fan Xiu.

He was innocent ah! It was his sister that made Jiang Ying Yue that way, not him!

Liu Weimin looked over at Han Jianyu's face and coincidentally, he saw Fan Xiu at the corner of his eye.

Then, his face turned awkward again.

All this didn't go unnoticed by Jiang Ying Yue. Her eagle like eyes saw everything!

'Interesting'.

Han Jinghua who was unaware of everything excitedly ran to Jiang Ying Yue. She held Jiang Ying Yue's hands and linked her arm to hers.

"Pretty Yue Yue, we have been waiting for you. I am famished. Let's go and eat now." She pouted her mouth.

Jiang Ying Yue nodded her head. "Alright. Let's go everyone."

-At the restaurant-

Jiang Ying Yue sat beside Han Jinghua on her left and Fan Xiu on her right. Seated next to Fan Xiu was Liu Weimin and lastly Han Jianyu.

They ordered their foods and Jiang Ying Yue decided to introduce Fan Xiu to her friends.

"Jinghua, Jianyu, this is my friend. His name is Fan Xiu, he is Grandpa Fan's grandson. Grandpa Fan is my master's best friend."

Then she turned to Fan Xiu. "Fan Xiu, these two are Han Jianghua and Han Jianyu. They are the friends that I met at Mount Trux."

Fan Xiu nodded at them at said, "Nice to meet you." Of course it was nice. He got to meet his love rival.

Han Jianyu nodded at him back and smiled. "Nice meeting you too Young Master Fan."

Han Jinghua asked. "Young master Fan, have you known our pretty Yue Yue for a long time?"

She really was eager to know. It wasn't that she was romantically interested in this guy or whatsoever, she was just curious. Plus, she as a woman could feel that this gentleman was interested in her best friend.

She wanted her best friend to be with her brother, not this guy.

Han Jinghua had already known from the very beginning that both Jiang Ying Yue and Liu Weimin had no romantic feelings toward each other based on their interactions.

But this one, she wanted to know and see whether he was a good person for her best friend or not. Of course! It would be better if she could partner her best friend up with her brother. Both of them deserved only the best!

Fan Xiu got interested at Han Jinghua's question and answered with a smile on his face that could put all flowers to shame.

"It was more than a year ago when we first met. I met her at Master Yan Hua's manor when I went there with my grandfather. My grandfather and her master wanted to pair us up though." He emphasized the last sentence as if to let them know that they were suitable for each other.

The dense Jiang Ying Yue added, "Yeah. We just met at that time and met a few times after that. Then I went to Mount Trux and met you guys."

"So, are you guys attracted to each other?" Han Jinghua asked the question she had been wondering about.

"Of course!" Jiang Ying Yue answered before Fan Xiu, shocking the guy to the core. 'She's attracted to me?'

Right at that moment, the food arrived. They started eating and continued their conversation.

Jiang Ying Yue decided to dropped the bomb. "Of course we are attracted to each other. Aren't we friends now? If there's no attraction I wouldn't be his friend." 'Unlike a certain someone' She thought.

A certain godlike face appeared in front of her. The way he became friends with that pervert was so weird, unlike the way she became friends with the people at the table at all.

Fan Xiu, hearing what she said, remained the calm expression on his face despite his heart felt slightly hurt. 'It seemed like getting her to like me is harder than I thought it would be.'

When Jiang Ying Yue said of course to her attraction to Fan Xiu, she had her own purpose. She wanted to see Liu Weimin's reaction. Sure enough. She saw his eyes opened slightly wider in shock before reverting to normal.

Others might not notice it but she did. Liu Weimin was back to being quieter than normal and him stealing glances of Fan Xiu almost confirmed her speculation.

She had her last test though. 'Hehe this test will determine everything.'

Fan Xiu had been looking at Jiang Ying Yue and noticed that she wasn't looking at Han Jianyu with the same expression she showed the other day when she was with him.

Was he wrong? He wasn't sure anymore.

Their interactions looked normal and Han Jianyu was a quiet person. He would only chip in from time to time throughout their conversation.

Just to be sure, he asked Han Jianyu. "So Young Master Han, do you have anyone you are attracted to?"

All of them perked their ears at Fan Xiu's question. Even Han Jinghua was wondering if her brother was attracted to anyone.

Han Jianyu calmly chewed his food before answering Fan Xiu's question. "So far, no. I am not interested in anyone. I only want to take care of my little sister for now."

Han Jinghua was touched by her brother's words but she almost wanted to smack his head. 'What do you mean you are not interested in anyone brother? Isn't Yue Yue pretty and kind? Sob sob I want to pair you two up.'

Han Jinghua wiped her imaginary tears in her head.

Fan Xiu stared at Han Jianyu's eyes and noticed that he was telling the truth. Now he was more confused than ever.

"Then my dearest goddess, are you interested in anyone?" Jiang Ying Yue looked at her goddess's beautiful face and sexy body with an infatuated expression.

Han Jinghua was not embarrassed in the slightest being stared at like that. "Hmm no. Not at all. But my pretty Yue Yue is someone I would marry if you were a guy."

Fan Xiu was dumbstruck. The look on Jiang Ying Yue's face now was the same as that day! Could it be his love rival was Han Jinghua all along?

But then looking at Jiang Ying Yue's face, he realized one thing. She was attracted to Han Jinghua the most out of all the guys present.

Jiang Ying Yue had a cheeky smile on her face when she said "But you are not even attracted to Weimin?"

*Cough cough*

Liu Weimin who had been eating quietly coughed. He almost choked on his rice!

Both he and Han Jinghua looked at each other before answering in unison, "NO WAY!"

Then, they turned their heads to the side at the same time. "Hmph!"

To Jiang Ying Yue, they looked like a sweet couple who were quarreling but it was a small and cute quarrel.

Oh how cute would it be if they were together!
