Zell enjoyed the quiet ride, texting Scarlet and Anya until he was forced to leave the car early due to how busy it was.
Thankfully Chris agreed to wait for him at the entrance to avoid anything annoying because Zell knew he was terrible at meeting new people unless they were female.
He worried about meeting that damn red dragon again.
"Please be patient. We will slowly allow everyone to enter as we check your ticket and identity properly; this is a safety procedure and is nothing to be alarmed about." A pretty orc female was trying to guide the massive crowd as several orcs helped check the identification and tickets of most people waiting outside.
Seeing many people, Alizée pointed out during the welcoming ball, entering without a check made him feel inferior. He realised that anyone of importance was allowed straight through without this issue.
Not only that, but he wasn't anyone important to this world, once again waking him up from the feeling of comfort and his growing pride.
'Tsk... Annoying.'
Zell felt a little irritated as the orcs from last night entered his mind, almost ruining his wonderful day and the memories he had made with Lusia and Veronica the previous night.
Thus he closed his eyes and began to remember their beautiful bodies and cute sounds, ignoring the disgusting "Buhi" from the male orcs, which caused him to wonder why this female orc was pretty darn sexy, but the male orcs were ugly.
"Hello there! I am here to pick someone up!" A tall man in dark clothing appeared behind Zell, making him jump in surprise. "This is my first time visiting this event. Can you help me?"
There was a moment of consideration in Zell's mind before he realised he didn't know much about the event either and could only give a wry smile and wave his hand to the man with black hair.
"I'm sorry; it's my first time visiting too, but inside, there should be a main hall where most people meet, so don't worry; I think the person you are trying to meet will be there."
The man took a moment before nodding and moved along with a light thanks, but there was no significant event, as finally Zell moved to the front of the queue and was face-to-face with the sexy orc.
"Greetings. Please spread your arms after handing me your identification and ticket, sir?" Close up, Zell found her voice beautiful; with a slight rasp, she sounded like one of those mafia wives from the drama's that the girls loved to watch, as he noticed thick muscles all down her arms and stomach when she leaned forward to grasp his identification.
'Hmmm... I might have to sample the more exotic meats in the future.' Zell thought, embracing his incubus and dragon instincts towards women, no longer trying to hold them back; he would just let it flow and only choose the women he allowed himself to do it for.
A soft sigh escaped him as he looked into her fiery green eyes, seeing the hunger and lust behind them.
She noticed his gaze and gave him a coy smile before looking at the other orcs around them; this was the first time this had happened while he was watching as she gave them an ok signal, her finger and thumb making a circle, before turning to look up at him again.
'Stange, I don't feel any negative or aggression from the orcs, so it seems they don't know it was me last night... Then what was that signal about?'
Zell pondered as he took back his identification before the pretty orc female lifted his ticket, before writing something like a name and pressing it to her lips, the sticky red gloss forming a kiss mark as she tore off the nub and gave him the admission confirmation back.
"Have a wonderful day, Mr Delacroix. I hope to meet you again soon! The lovely Miss Mor'Zelfina" He noted her beautiful eyes; they were neon blue and almost made him addicted to her slightly fierce beauty.
He looked at the name on the ticket before giving her an amiable smile; she hadn't done anything wrong to him, so there was no need to be aggressive or act strange he waved to her before walking into the large glass doors, feeling the wonderful chill of the air conditioning and peculiar sensation of entering the invisible portal like water.
Behind him, the male orcs' words seemed strange, VERY strange.
"Good job, big sis! Is that the man you've chosen to get back at big master?"
"Ohhh, he was buff and big, just like an orc. Big sis has great taste in men!"
"Tsk shut the fuck up, the amazing thing was in his pants and his polite attitude now gawping at my fucking tits." A more violent voice sounded before it completely cut off, and the room and area around him transformed into a strange room.
It was not the ballroom of last time, but somewhere highly high, as the windows around him showed the city of Berlia was a long, long way below, almost like a little ant city, which made Zell feel a little amazed; this world was so magical before the merger, and he never had a clue!
The doors he walked through slid open, revealing a vast space full of orcs, dwarves, humans, elves, humans, halflings, orcs, and dwarves.
It was a mix of so many races, but he couldn't help but notice a specific large table above an elevated stage; many people were watching the crowd below that started gathering and sitting in their assigned seats.
With his powerful vision, Zell could see "Lord Olivander." He was an amusing sight, pigface, slightly handsome, to be honest, nothing like the disgusting orcs from yesterday and a little better than the group downstairs.
Still, he was morbidly obese as the suit wrapped around him was more like a bedsheet designed to look like a suit, as the man was digging into some fried wings and chicken, despite the other people just sitting quietly, with only the central seat empty.
'Oh? Is that Alizée? She's such a big shot to be sitting on the stage with them, however... Her face looks annoyed... Should I message her?'; Zell wondered as he saw a couple of orcs in the same uniform as the orc who checked his ticket, standing at different places to check on the guests and take any issues from the audience.
As he tried to focus on the stage, the lights began to dim, forcing him to quickly sit down, watching as the lights all began to fade, a gentle and serene orchestral piece playing as a female began to walk down a massive set of crystal stairs with blue lights shimmering to hide her figure.
'Where is Chris?' Zell thought as he ignored the woman at first; somehow she didn't seem all that attractive, although at first, he felt a strange draw to her; there was something here, that red woman who stole his attention as her scent and presence alone almost made him move towards her in a trance, like a cat in heat.
She wore simple white robes with a shawl over her shoulders, not doing much to show off her figure or make him feel attracted. On top of that, her face was ice cold; it was worse than those annoying CEOs in Korean and Eastern dramas who never smile in hundreds, if not thousands, of episodes and chapters.
'Her blue hair is pretty tough; it shimmers and shines like the sea.. much like those azure eyes...' Zell thought, not wanting to lie. She was pretty but not his type. He loved fiery, passionate women...
Like the damn red dragon... or the siren.
"Welcome to the Berlia City; please call me Astella; I offer you all a great welcome to all ye who have travelled far again to attend the World Summit! My dear comrades, our planet Asteria is in a terrible crisis! Not only have people begun to learn the truth of our existence... They also don't realise the true threat that looms above our heads!"
"However, first, we must celebrate our first win; I am not sure who, but one of those young warriors managed to weaken the vile demons killing their avatars, which will stop them from getting stronger for a year! So instead of doom and gloom, let us celebrate the joining between two worlds; the merging of the human and inhuman realms."
The woman stepped forward, shimmering with a beautiful blue tail in the light. Zell realised why this woman's presence was attractive to him, and he changed his mind; this woman would be investigated just like the red dragon.
"Let us dream! Of the day we return our homes, search for our lost loved ones, and make those lazy divines fulfil their oaths!"
'She's a flood dragon... and one in heat.'
"OOOOH!" Almost all the room began to shout and cheer. At the same time, Alizée's face looked sour, her eyes scanning the crowd as Zell also watched her and smiled as their eyes met, and instantly, her gloom and irritation became happiness and affection.
'My cute wife is more like a dog than a demon...'
Astella seemed to be enjoying the theatrics as she spun around, her tail almost smashing the face of the orc eating his fried chicken, face full of grease; what amused Zell as he leaned to the side and dodged her tail without stopping his meal!
"We welcome you to witness our people coming together, and we hope you enjoy your visit and meet new allies and partners, as now that our races are so much less prominent, intermingling has become a necessity!"
Zell ignored her words, but his mind reacted and wondered if this meeting was less of a world summit to fight and rally against the demons and more of a global-scale blind dating event, or arrange marriage simulator.
