Chapter 50 - Gine's Decision!!

Everywhere Kayn swung, a mercenary would die in one hit, they had no chance. The elves were also killing as they worked together to do so, there were still some elves on the ground that were noncombatant. The mercenaries were starting to feel fear since they were getting wipeout with ease, were these really noncombatant elves!? They felt like they had been lied to, these elves were to damn strong!

System notifications continued to ring out constantly in Kayn's head and he kept killing. At that moment, he felt a power level that was stronger than these regular mercenaries. The power level wasn't nearly a threat to him but the elves, it was. It was a power level of 550,000 which surprised Kayn a bit.

The figured soon appeared, he was wearing battle armor as most people would wear in these times. He looked like a human but his face was sinister, he had bulky muscles with a tattoo running down his face, he was also bald.

"If you surrender now, no one will have to die today!" Than man looked at the elves coldly without an ounce of respect, this was clearly the bounty hunter Kade had hired.

"I guess I'll have to end this quick!" Kayn was about to make his move until someone spoke out.

"Wait! I'll fight him. I've trained for this and want to avenge my people in some way." A woman came forth, she was a woman with green hair and green eyes, she was obviously an elf. The Aura she gave off was just a stong as the mercenary, maybe even stronger.

"Ah, Sister Alea is going to fight, this will be great!"

"She won't lose to this guy!"

"Let's kill the rest of the mercenaries, then help her if she faces trouble."

The elves continued their rampage as the Bounty hunter and Alea stared down each other. They both moved at the same time and collided with each other caused shockwaves to appear. Kayn just let it be and looked at the huge ship in the air, why no just blow this thing up? He smiled and began to Power up an attack to destroy the ship.

Kade's Flagship

"Sir, that guy is charging an attack to hit us!" The man panicked a bit

"Fly us out of here while powering our shields at full throttle!" Kade was not feeling well, he didn't expect to run into such a formidable force while coming here. The elves that wern't even guardians or defenders were taking out his hired mercenaries like it was nothing.

"Shield to full power, turbo boost to full throttle!" The ship began to ascend to outer space at a rapid rate, once they were in space, they would jump to hyperspace, escaping.

Yggdrasil

"Hoho, you want to run, huh! Too Bad, no one escapes! Final...Flash!" A huge Yellow laser covered the sky causing everyone to cover their eyes. Anyone that happened to be in the line of fire would die right away, the blast hit the shield as it began to crack, it didn't take long for it to be infiltrated. The ship was blown away, the destruction looked quite beautiful to Kayn while others were shocked, this was especially so for the mercenaries and the bounty hunter. They finally understood something, all they could do was die here!

Many notifications went off, Kayn had earned a lot of System points from his killings today. "Haha, I've made up my lost System points just like that, this is too good." At that moment, the Bounty hunter was still in a daze when he was sneak attacked from behind, he was stabbed in the back.

"YOU!" The bounty hunter couldn't believe it, he was sneaked from behind, what a dirty move!? To bad though since it right through the heart. His body slammed into the ground lifeless, he died just like that.

"Hmph, You what? You're dead, you shouldn't have taken your eyes off of me!" Alea showed no mercy and took advantage of the situation to perform a sneak attack. This battle had consumed so much time, it went on for about 40 minutes or so.

"It looks like the World tree is done reverting back!" The world tree had completely disappeared. The elves looked back after hearing what Kayn said and also noticed that the tree was gone.

"What? Where did the tree go?

"Was the tree blown away?"

"Oh my god, the world tree is gone!"

"How could the tree get blow away, you idiot!"

The elves didn't know about the wand, so they were shocked to see that the World tree disappear so fast, wasn't it just there about 30 minutes ago? Kayn flew near the tree and saw a white seed near the wand, it seemed that the wand extracted and pulled the seed near it.

"Good, its time to get out of here!" The elves were done getting their belongings and were ready to go home. All the elves gathered together like always, expecting to be warped away but Kayn wasn't going to use that method.

"I will open up a closed space for guys to enter, also be careful when you enter here." Kayn opened up the closed-off space and told them to enter, everyone was stunned for a second but entered right after.

"What do we need to be careful of?" One of the elves was curious and asked

"I am growing vegetables in some parts of this space, dont step on them." Kayn looked serious and said. The elves were speechless, are you serious? They all eventually entered and Kayn used his Instant transmission to return back to New Genesis. After releasing the elves, he went to the elf queen to give her the seed.

"Ah, Amazing! Thank you so much, I will be using this seed to strengthen the tree of life. After that is done, I can undergo a special ritual for myself, it will take 5 years of me being inside the tree of Life." Lucy said after obtaining the seed of the world tree.

"Oh, will it make you stronger as well?" Kayn asked curiously

"Oh yeah, no only that, it will grant me access to divine Ki." Lucy paused for a moment then continued "This is the type of Ki Gods use, most mortals dont know about this, so I can understand your surprise." Lucy then looked at Kayn, only to find he was indeed surprised but not about the Ki of gods. It more of her being able to obtain the Ki through this method, it was really surprising. It could only be exclusively used by elves though, at least for this method.

"I see. I don't wanna hold you up so I'll be on my way. I'll be leaving today for a while, so keep watch, we were attacked on planet Yggdrasil." Lucy wasn't surprised by that, she knew how persistent people could be in the universe, definitely when it came to business and money.

"I understand. No one wasn't hurt, right?" Lucy asked

"Nope, actually, they were quite strong and wiped them out without my help, technically." Kayn shrugged his shoulders and said.

"Haha, that's great! It good that everyone has gathered their courage to fight!" lucy laughed happily as she patted Kayn on the shoulders. "Thanks again, I'll be heading into seclusion now. I've already informed my elders, they'll be taking over while I'm in seclusion.

"Alrighty then, I'll see you when I see you." He then used his instant transmission to leave. He was now heading to Elise's house. This time he was hovering above her house, he immediately felt more people inside the house this time. He knew it was luna, Sasha, Elise, Broly, and his friends. He then just teleported into the house where he saw Broly and his friend playing games in the front room.

"Well well, you guys seem a little too addicted to games, huh." Kayn smiled bitterly, he had gone through this stage in his life so he couldn't really scold them.

"Yes, this street warriors game is so fun. My favorite character is Atuma, he is so cool and bad!" Broly said with excitement.

Author note: For purposes, I chose to call it street warriors instead of Street fighters if you know what I mean, Akuma/Atuma "cough cough!"

"Broly, I hope you aren't trying to copy such evil things from a video game, it just a game."Kayn started to get a little worried hearing what Broly said, he didn't want the games to influence him in such a bad way.

"No, no, of course not, I am not evil!" Broly was stunned to hear what Kayn said and denied it immediately. Kayn sighed in relief, he didn't want these games to influence him to act evil. At that moment Luna and Sasha walked in, Luna was now 17 years old now and had grown into a beautiful fox woman. Not long after they walked in, Elise followed suit.

"Oh, what up Kayn? What are your plans today?" Luna asked

"Nothing, I just wanted to let you guys know that I am leaving today." Luna understood and nodded. Sasha didn't react because she knew he was leaving, she just sighed.

"I see. Do you have enough food for your journey? I can set you up right now if you don't have the essential to travel." Elise had a huge company set up, it was really just used for trading all over, she was just the boss of it.

"Nah, I have enough things for my travels, you guys just need to be careful. Space pirates have been really active lately for some reason, it wouldn't be surprising if they found this planet." Kayn warned. Just because Frieza hadn't found this place doesn't mean other pirates wouldn't.

"Hehe, I welcome them. If they come, they will die!" Sasha said somewhat sinisterly. Kayn looked at Sasha and nodded.

"Sasha, follow me, I have something for you. Let's go to the bedroom over there." Kayn wanted to give Sasha some divine water to awaken her strength, he would then purify it with a pill he bought from the system, at least the poison that is, he didn't want to take chances.

"What are you planning to do to her?

"Hmm, I dont know about this, maybe we should come.

"Kayn, what are you going to me?

The 3 of them glared at Kayn. "I am not gonna do..." Kayn couldn't finish, he was rendered speechless just thinking about it.

"Relax, I'm not gonna do anything, you guys need to get your heads out of the gutter, you perverts, Hmph!" The 3 just stared at him, he had no choice but to bring the other 2 in the room with him.

"Sasha, take a look, this is divine water." Kayn pulled out a bottle of Divine Water and continued "This will awaken your potential and you might become a super Saiyan 2 in no time. I'm here to help purify the poison the water will have on you.

"Oh, isn't that the stuff you gave our parents a while back to grow those beans?" Sasha then became excited, did she not hear the poisonous part? "Okay, let's do it, I need to become a Super Saiyan 2 for more power, haha!" Sasha laughed joyfully and snatched the bottle from Kayn's hand, downing it just like that!

Kayn didn't say anything. Sasha could feel a surge of energy in her body but there was pain that followed. "Ugh, Ah!" Sasha fell to the floor as she gave a low yell, her face was full of pain, but her strength was growing. Kayn hurriedly and put the pill in her mouth while inserting Ki into her body, this Divine water was much more formidable than the stuff he got from the earth. This is why he had to be present while doing this, or else.

Sasha's power level was originally 26 million in her base form but it had shot up to 55 million in one go, she was still knocked out, but safe. "What was that just now? Is she alright?" Elise was worried seeing Sasha's painful face and sweaty figure on the floor. Luna was wiping the sweat off out Sasha's forehead.

"She's alright now, she just needs a little rest. I'll be heading home now to do the same for her parents and mine as well. You guys take care of her until then, see ya!" Kayn then used his instant transmission to his parent's house.

Bardock was spotted talking to Chili about something but once they saw Kayn they stopped. "Ah, the young champ is back. What going on today, is there something new?" Chili asked

"There is something new, you should go get your wife as well for this." Chili wasn't sure what was going on but did so anyway, he knew it was something beneficial to him and his wife. "Bardock, how is your training going so far?

"So far so good. I've been training this super Saiyan form as you said and I can turn into it with ease now." Bardock's eyes glinted sharply as he spoke, he was clearly satisfied with his progress. "I'm still amazed that the legend about Super Saiyans are actually true, I never could have imagined." Bardock folded his arms and said.

Bardock power level was 5.9 million in his base form, while chili's power level was 3.4 million in his. His wife's power level was a solid 5 million, she was quite strong! Chili and his wife Na'nasha finally arrived.

"Alrighty, guys, I dont have much time but this is special Divine Water that will awaken some of your potential. This stuff will strengthen you but it is also poisonous, this is why I am here, to rid you of the poison." Bardock and everyone's pupil dilated, something that could awake potential! It seemed like that was the only thing they heard!

"We'll do this one by one, starting with Na'nasha. She will faint from the pain so I will need you to take her home afterward." Kayn said to Chili who was off to the side. He scratched his head and nodded. Kayn then pulled out the divine water that was in a tube, giving it to Na'nasha.

"Gulp Gulp" Just like that, she downed the whole drink and fainted from the pain, Kayn immediately gave her the pill to purify the poison, chili then ran to his house holding her in his arms. While he was doing that he turned to Bardock to do the same thing, at that moment Gine walked out of the house after noticing the group outside. She had come at the perfect time, she would need to take Bardock away, however!

"Guys, I've been doing some thinking for some time now and have made a decision." Kayn and Bardock stopped in their tracks and looked at Gine with puzzled expressions, she then continued. "I want to fight again with my family. I.. I dont want to sit by the side and do nothing, I want to protect my sons and husband if I can. I dont want to be useless and sit in the background all the time." Bardock almost dropped the Divine water in his hand from shock, his facial expression finally changed for once.

"Gine, you know you aren't cut out for this, are you sure?" Bardock had saved her last time during a mission, she was almost killed at that time for letting her guard down. She had stopped becoming a fighter after Raditz was born and focused her attention on him instead. Kayn didn't know what to say, this was too sudden and out of the blue.

"I have decided, from now on, I will train as well!" Gine eyes were serious, it looked like she really meant it. Kayn and Bardock signed. It was nothing they could do but accept this reality.

"Okay, we'll start the training tomorrow then. With these conditions, it shouldn't be hard to reach greater strength in no time." Bardock was assured and said.

"Gine, you'll have to take Bardock in the house after he faints." Kayn said as he looked at Bardock. Gine was confused and looked at Bardock as well, he simply nodded and downed the Divine water in one go.

"Arg, How painful!" Bardock gritted his teeth, but could feel the changes in his strength, he wanted to be excited but he was hurting too much, soon after, he fainted just like that.

"What happened to him, why did he faint after drink that stuff." Soon as she said that, Kayn stuff a pill into his mouth to detoxify the poison within him. Bardock was sweating hard as Gine pulled out a handkerchief out of nowhere to wipe his face. Kayn didn't forget to insert his Ki into his body like he did the rest for this process.

"That was a special liquid to awaken his potential, it will make him stronger but it will be painful. Sorry mom, but you dont have the qualification to take this now, you would die very fast after taking it." She was simply too weak to take this, her power level was only 4,000, how could she survive this enhanced divine water with just that?

"Also, you dont have to worry, I think it will be cool for us to fight as a family, we'll be more affected. Kayn smiled at Gine, he knew she would be able to tap into the super Saiyan states with ease. she would truly go far.

Gine smiled and nodded as she took Bardock into the house, soon after Chili came running back. Kayn did the same for him, but he had to carry Chili back to his house instead of having someone do it for him. "Phew, it looks like I'm done here, finally! It time to get off this rock and explore for a bit, hehe!" Kayn took to the sky and began to fly to the space station building to leave on his adventure, he needed to get a ship first.
