CHAPTER 92 – Chance Meeting

By the next morning, on her way to work, Andromeda took a stop at one of the coffee shops to get her start of the day.

As of late for the past week, she had made it a habit to drop by there before heading for the company.

She wasn't a coffee person but she managed to be one after one sip of the delicious coffee. It wasn't sweet per se, but it offered her what she wanted.

Stepping into the fairly big shop, Andromeda turned her head to her side a bit, her blonde hair flowing down the length of her back behind her as she clicked her black boots on the ground perfectly well.

The thigh high white short she was wearing along with the sexy yet corporate white inners with a long white jacket further added to the charisma.

Today she felt good and wanted to dress crazy like the fashion designer that she was.

Taking a quick inhale of the place, loving the scent that waffled across the room to assault her nostrils.

Her eyes shut briefly and for a moment there, Andromeda had no idea that she had lifted her chin up reminiscing the feel.

"Hello, miss."

Her head remained half-raised while her eyes opened slowly. She could feel the presence right behind her and to make matters worse, very close.

She brought her head down a bit, turned on her heels to see who was the bold one.

The second her eyes landed on him, her lips parted slightly, hanging a charming smile on it.

"We meet again," Sun Yichen let out a charmed smile.

"Yes, we do." She mirrored the look on his face and stood properly. "So," Andromeda began. "This is a coincidence?"

Asking that, her body moved to the silent rhythm of her boots on the ground.

"Of course it is a coincidence and might I add, another chance meeting and I would have the pleasure of knowing your name."

She flashed him a breathtaking smile, nodding her head. "Yeah. I shall keep my word."

"Thank you."

"So, what brings you here?" She inquired.

"I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and felt like having a taste of coffee. Good thing I was driving pass and decided to stop by here to get some."

She lifted her brows in amusement. "I see."

"And you? You came for the coffee because?"

"A little warm up to start my day. I would buy some for others as well," she shrugged her explanation, not caring if he believed her or not.

Absolutely, she would still not let him know the truth of her work status. As long as that fashion show wasn't ready, welp, they had a long way to go in knowing who she really was behind the scenes.

"Okay then. Let's wait in line."

"Yeah. I want to but the queue." She turned back around, only to see three extra people joined the line. "You have got to be kidding me!" She half-exclaimed.

A light chuckle resounded behind her, earning him a frown but he shook it up and behaved. "It is nice to see such a reaction from you. It almost looks too normal."

"Too normal? I am offended," she blurted out. "Do I look fake to you?"

"Welp, I do not know but what can I say? You are different."

"I do not know if you are helping your case or in this way, you are worsening it."

A side smile formed on his lips. "I guess a bit of both. But do not worries, let me help you out," Sun Yichen politely offered.

Rather than speaking, Andromeda watched as he walked ahead of her and made his way to the front of the line.

Several persons who saw him began to grumble but when he got there and flashed his killer smile at them, they kept mute.

For the ladies, they admired the man in a grey tux, flashing them a charming smile and for the guys, it was almost a wonder who did not know Sun Yichen.

He was the first son and responsibly child of the Sun family. Unlike his unruly boastful brother he had brains.

Besides, he lead businesses properly and one day spoke about human rights and some other topics on television that pulled the hearts of fans .

Due to that, he got more likes even though his family wasn't doing grandly.

Most people wondered why he was not in the entertainment industry because the looks he possessed was good enough to throw the hearts of girls into a frenzy.

So seeing him here, of course, they readily agreed to him cutting the line.

"Oh my goodness!"

"That is Sun Yichen!"

"It is. Gosh, he is so handsome in person."

"I know right. He looks stunning."

"I can't believe he would visit such a small coffee shop."

"Quickly, I want to take pictures."

"I might ask for an autograph."

Andromeda shook her head at the numerous comments been thrown carelessly on the line she was in. Seriously, he was one man and if they thought he was handsome, pfft…

Wait till they met her CEO, Liu Xueyi.

As much as she and Liu Xueyi were not dating, she loved his charms and she could not lie he was particularly handsome.

His charisma and dangerous aura always seemed to get her heart thumping when he came close.

For a minute there, she forgot what she thought had begun with and fantasied about Liu Xueyi.

It was not until she heard the crowd in the line… yes, crowd. He successfully pulled a crowd. That was when she broke from her trance and tried to make out the reason for the ruckus.

A deep furrow marred the outlines of her forehead as her narrowed eyes fell on him. His smile remained, reaching his eyes this time and she could tell they were genuine.

"Thank you. Thank you sir."

So many thanks flew on, earning him a satisfied smile from her.

Although she got to enjoy more coffee and take with her to work, he also paid for everyone present.

That was nice and good at the same time. She watched him pass through the crowd and came over to her.

From the corners of her eyes, she could see the glares she got from the young girls who were looking forward to being noticed by him.

If only they knew their relationship wasbn't like that and that her heart beat sped fast for only one man, then they would have spaered her those deathly glares.

"Shall we?" Sun Yichen asked, handing her the bag holding the cup of coffees he got her. "This should be enough, right?"

"Yeah," she took it from him and gave her thanks. "Thank you. You sure know how to get them crazy," she commented.

"The things I do for a beautiful lady."

"Ah, another once line to get my heart swaying."

"Maybe. Maybe not. But did it?"

"Nah. You have to try a whole lot more."

"Okay, Miss. When I get your name, I shall try. I would have offered you a ride…"

"No need. I am all good. I came in mine."

"Alright. Have a nice day, Miss. I hope I get to meet a second time. That way, I can call your beautiful name."
