Class 2-0 was surprised to see Jegal.
He was wearing a costume that covered his face and body, but the students were convinced that it was Jegal from his aura and his energy waves.
What he was wearing wasn’t ordinary doll clothes, but animal doll clothes dressed in a Santa costume.
The motif of the mask was of an ibis, which seemed to be taken from Thoth who gave Jegal his order.
Thoth is known to have the head of an ibis in the sky and a baboon on the ground.
Since many ibises appear in the murals, it’s presumed that the design of the ibis was deformed.
“Ahhhk!”
“Geukkkh!”
Students from Class 2-0 screamed again as they saw Jegal in a costume.
The first time was a scream of awe because they felt that it suited him.
The problem was the second scream.
“Argh, why are we still fighting!”
“I want to hang out with the professor while he’s in costume!”
“Gah, an enemy again!”
“You crazy royal lineage, stop it!”
They couldn’t play freely with Jegal.
They’re mad that this mess happened on Christmas, but it made them angrier that they can’t enjoy the holiday with Jegal in costume.
It was as if they were in extreme hunger, watching their dinner be set up through a window.
Although Chokryong and Jegal joined, they were still in the labyrinth of a royal lineage and the battle was far from over.
“Don’t look away while you’re in battle!”
Jegal cried out at the screams of the Class 2-0 students.
After that, the students whose screams could scratch anyone’s ears, calmed down somewhat.
However, it was only for a short while.
Seeing Jegal in an ibis costume wearing Santa clothes made their class excited.
“Wait... did Jegal-ssaem prepare this event? It’s for us, right? Right, professor?”
“Of course it is. Why ask the obvious question, Wang Chan?”
“No way! We gotta hurry up and take pictures, but that royal lineage is interrupting!”
“We’re supposed to just fight in this situation? This is a bit... it’s like the whole universe is forcing us.”
The students gnashed their teeth in anger.
As long as Chokryong and Jegal are holding on to Iranus’ priest, the students will be safe.
Still, Jegal decided to hurry because he was worried about the students.
Jegal wrote something in the air with his energy waves.
Fwaaat!
A blue streak of light poured down on Iranus’ priest.
The word ‘restraint’ was written.
Jegal’s power was invoked as the light twisted and stretched like a rope that held the priest.
Jegal’s Spiritual Word skill bound the priest of Iranus.
“Geuhk...!”
However, instead of the priest, it was the umbrella that was bound by the skill.
The umbrella was stained with the blood of the demon.
Just before he was bound, he seemed to have succeeded in avoiding by making a bair with blood and energy waves.
“You used your blood because of your fear? The demon god that you serve must be ashamed of you.”
Chokryong sarcastically spoke, focusing on the fact that the demon god Iranus and the Gramr that the priest held in his hand meant the same thing.
Then, the hand of the demon that held the Gramr trembled.
It was possible to share the order with others for a while, but Yeom Junyeol couldn’t think of it.
In other words, the flames that he launched protected the priest from Jegal’s skill and let him run away.
“I’m sorry, because of me it’s...! I should’ve shared the order before I launched all the flames...”
“What are you talking about, Junyeol-ah! It would’ve been more complicated if that demon attacked another student instead of you.”
Chokryong gently soothed Yeom Junyeol, but the latter’s mood fell to the ground.
Yeom Junyeol couldn’t shake off the idea that he may have put the other with him in harm’s way because of his misjudgment.
However, no one but Yeom Junyeol blamed himself.
“Hey, but if he’s going to run away, he should’ve gone outside. Why’d he stay here?”
“Hmm, that jerk would’ve been safer outside. That royal lineage couldn’t move because of the Spiritual Word earlier.”
In the meantime, Class 2-0 contemplated.
Chokryong, who was patting Yeom Junyeol on the back, said.
“He must’ve prepared a trap, or perhaps waiting for reinforcement and dragging time. There’ll be a bunch of thugs out there who share his cause.”
At that, the students’ eyes opened wide.
They resented the word “time” the most.
“Dragging... time...”
“T-that bastard! Let us out now!”
“Don’t drag this on! Come out and fight!”
“No, what are you doing on a fracking Christmas Eve!”
Geum Chansol, who was huffing and puffing, asked Jegal.
“Professor... We can’t take a picture and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere, can we?”
At his words, several students looked at Jegal with an expectant look.
Ma Jinseung looked at them with a tired face, but Class 2-0 seems to be serious.
Of course, the nonsense presented by Geum Chansol was refuted by Jegal.
“Yes. You know where we are, Chansol-ah. Prepare for the attack of enemies and the royal lineage.”
“Sigh... yes.”
Geum Chansol swallowed his tears as he looked at the ibis doll dressed in Santa costume.
He answered politely, but Geum Chansol and the others were anxious to have a Christmas party with Jegal in that gorgeous outfit right now.
To boost their morale, Jegal spoke softly.
“This is a labyrinth, so we can attack it quickly. Don’t worry. Even if the enemy holds out in the boss room, we can attack even if they call in reinforcements.”
The students nodded at Jegal’s reassuring words and the atmosphere became a little lighter.
While they talked, enemies flooded from beyond the labyrinth.
The students looked distant as they looked at them.
They inwardly calculated the enemies’ rarity, the complexity of the labyrinth, and the possibility of reinforcements.
No matter how hard they calculated though, this won’t seem to end quickly.
But it wasn’t a lost cause.
Geum Chansol and Wang Chansol looked at each other and nodded.
“Right, we can attack it.”
“Jegal-ssaem is always right!”
Chokryong blinked, clueless as to why those guys were suddenly motivated.
Looking at the flow of conversation, she couldn’t understand the students’ flow of thoughts.
However, all the Class 2-0 students had bright faces.
“Whether this is simulated or not, we are in an otherworld.”
“Yeah, time varies when you’re inside one.”
Geum Chansol and Wang Chansol looked beyond the labyrinth with confident faces.
