Chapter 123 One-Sided

Name:First Demonic Dragon Author:
What does a demon look like to you?

Do you envision a snarling monster with soulless black eyes?

A hideous horned creature with tattered wings and red skin?

Or is it a more human appearance, like that of a shitty ex girlfriend or an abusive parent?

When Exedra stepped out of his shimmering black portal, only one thought was shared amongst the intruders in front of him.

'This man… he does not look like a demon king.'

Wearing nothing but some simple black pants, Exedra's face that was contorted in anger did nothing to negate his lethal charm that he was not currently making an effort to suppress.

Immediately, he received gazes of shock, awe, and lust.

The women in the Osa tribe had the worst reactions.

Their animalistic instincts screamed out that a strong male who could give them even stronger children was right in front of them.

Had his aura not been so vicious and unfriendly, they would've immediately jumped at him.

Although Bekka would've cut them down before they got to touch anything.

'This man is not Exedra!' Canis yelled internally.

"What is this, daughter? Where is the fourth prince?!" He asked Bekka angrily.

His daughter could not be allowed to jeopardize the good relationship they had with the dragons!

Unfortunately, Bekka was not listening.

She always found her husband to be the most charming when he was full of bloodlust.

Mentally she was long past checked out and was planning on having him fill her to the brim as soon as all of this was over.

She also made a silent vow to be more aggressive in bed like Valerie and Lisa.

'I love the way he takes control but I want to make him cum before I do just once!'

…Unbeknownst to her, that was never going to happen.

Seeing as the challenge had been accepted, the beastkin shuffled away under Exedra's pressure and formed a huge circle around the two men.

"Mongrel…" Exedra's voice was deep and demonic as he walked forwards to stand before his challenger.

Seras' training had done wonders to help him with his self control.

He could now maintain his cool under the most dire or frustrating conditions.

However..

One thing that never failed to spark his ire was when someone mentioned his wives.

No matter what it was, Exedra took the mention of the women he loved seriously and had a tendency to lose himself in a blind rage.

His teacher eventually realized that there was some underlying mental problem within her student that she didn't feel like dealing with.

Since she could not teach him to erase his anger, she instead taught him how to utilize it.

And he would need to utilize those lessons in the battle ahead or else this would end in the blink of an eye.

"You seek to take from me? A gift that was given to me by one wife and another one entirely?"

It had been a while since Exedra had been this angry.

He held out his hand and in a flash of light, he summoned his armor to him.

"Stheno."

"Lord."

The Rabisu general appeared in front of her master and gingerly took the armor from his hands before going to stand beside Bekka.

Canis was unable to take his eyes off that set of armor and knew instinctively that it was the prize they'd come for.

He could feel it's power from even a few feet away.

'As soon as this foolishness ends, I'll surely claim that as my own!'

Gnash was trembling with rage.

He wasn't used to feeling afraid, so the reality that this opponent could bring out some lingering weakness in him agitated him beyond belief.

Throwing his sword to the side, he tore off his shirt and revealed his muscled, furry, torso.

….No one was impressed.

Gnash was considered to be extremely good looking and had a body like a well oiled machine.

However, in front of his opponent, he may as well have had a beer belly.

The women in the tribe had not taken their eyes off Exedra since he'd arrived.

And the other men were too busy wondering how someone could possibly be so unnaturally handsome. Rage mixed with jealousy and genuine curiosity ran rampant in their minds.

Gnash ignored this and focused instead on the opponent that was slowly approaching.

"The rules of the contest are simple, demon! Should you lose then-"

Bang!

Crack!

"AAARRGH!!"

In a blinding burst of speed, the demon lord appeared directly in front of the chattering dog and delivered a hard kick to the chest.

The resulting blow knocked the beastman clear off his feet as he landed a fair distance away.

"I did not give you the right to speak in my presence."

Gnash could barely hear Exedra's words as one strike was enough to blow his rib cage to splinters.

'W-what the hell is this strength? He's not even evolved!'

He proceeded to cough up gobs of blood as his accelerated healing rate proceeded to mend his ruined chest.

Seeing that the contest had begun, the Osa tribesmen began to chant.

"Maeraka!"

"Maeraka!"

"Maeraka!"

Gnash managed to scramble off the ground with his wounds somewhat healed.

He glared at his opponents that was disrespectful enough to attack before the match had officially begun.

"You have no honor! Your death will be gruesome and bloody!!" Gnash roared as he kept forward to slash his opponent with pitch black claws.

His furious attacks were incredibly deadly, however Exedra avoided them with ease.

He wanted his opponent to tire himself out, so that he could break him completely.

Canis noticed immediately what Exedra's goal was.

Because Gnash believed he only needed to be just a bit faster to kill his opponent, he forced his body to move beyond its normal capabilities.

'This bastard can't move like that forever! I will not let him humiliate me in front of her!!'

"RRAAAAA!!!"

He began to move even faster, yet Exedra continued to avoid his attacks with a bored expression.

The sound of claws slicing the wind did nothing to stop the murmurs of the onlookers from reaching Gnash's ears.

"How is he so fast?!"

"He's toying with you, Gnash!"

"You're making us look bad!"

The warwolf roared and decided to change his strategy.

He retracted his claws and began to launch a flurry of punches and kicks at his opponent.

"You should've stuck with your earlier attempt." Exedra mocked.

"Shut up!"

Gnash launched a hard kick to Exedra's side, however it was easily caught under his arm.

"Pathetic."

Exedra proceeded drop an elbow directly on the knee of his opponent, effectively shattering it.

"GYAAA!!"

"Be quiet."

Exedra dropped Gnash's ruined leg and instead delivered a powerful knee strike to his opponents jaw.

As Gnash was once again sent flying through the air, a rain of blood and teeth descended from the ground.

His body finally landed with a thud and he cried out in pain.

'What is this?? What the hell is this monster?!' Gnash began to panic internally.

Not once in his life had he ever been so outclassed by an opponent.

He'd only been struck three times, yet each one of those blows contained such a frightening amount of power that it seemed inconceivable for his opponent not to be an evolved.

'Damn it…damn it!!' Gnash roared internally as he clenched his fists in anger.

In a challenge, only one would survive.

His earlier hubris was now coming to bite him in the tail as he had to face the reality of not leaving this place alive.

"No..no! I don't want to die!" He wailed through a broken jaw.

He didn't care if he disgraced himself, he just wanted to live!

His survival instinct was now working in overtime as he desperately crawled away from the monster behind him.

"Did I say you could go?" Exedra appeared directly in front of the fleeing beastman and stared at him with eyes filled with contempt.

"You had the nerve to lay claim to my wife.. and now you want to run?" He spat venomously.

"N-no I- AAAARRRRGGHHHHH!!"

In a fit of anger, Exedra had used the blade on his tail to pierce directly through Gnash's shoulder, pinning him to the ground. "Do not move. I am in no way done."

Exedra snapped his fingers and created another black portal.

A short, beautiful woman with soft caramel skin and wearing a black dress walked through it.

Canis immediately recognized Lailah and was forced to re-examine his initial assessment of this strange demon lord. 'Is it really him?'

"You called, husband?" Lailah asked softly.

She didn't know the full story of what was going on here, all she knew was that he'd left the manor in a rage the likes of which she'd never seen.

Exedra simply pointed at the ground toward the beastkin who was currently impaled by his tail.

"Heal him."
