Chapter 155 Next Steps

Name:First Demonic Dragon Author:
Back at the manor, the family was sitting down in their living room with Valerie on Abaddon's lap.

It had become a bit of a tradition that the wife who had the most important things to say would get to claim the coveted seat during family meetings.

Valerie took a deep breath as she finally released the words that had been weighing on her mind for a while.

"It's about our deal... I want to cancel it."

Abaddon immediately became alarmed. "My love, I know we have been busy, but I assure you I still intend to-"

"I know. It's not about you." Valerie said as she lovingly played with his hair.

"Can someone fill us in? What deal?" Audrina asked for the group.

"Well... Before I became apart of the family, I was just an outsider traveling with everyone from Antares. Back then husband had accepted my request for a favor, and I was coming along to watch it all play out."

"The favor I requested was the destruction of a particular human underworld group." Valerie explained.

"What group?"

Valerie took a deep breath.

She always knew she'd have to tell her family about her origins one day but now that the moment was finally here, she was admittedly more than a bit nervous.

Would they start to see her as some sort of victim? That was the last thing she wanted.

"They are called Emperium. They capture and breed other races like dogs, selectively phasing out undesired traits and making more desired ones dominant. Once they've done that, they then sell the specimen to the highest bidder as a sex slave, personal guard or... a blacksmith..." Valerie tried her best to whisper the last part, but everyone heard her anyway.

Valerie unknowingly moved her hands to cover her exposed abdomen. Her unconscious mind was determined to hide the branding that signified her upbringing.

Much to Valerie's surprise and delight, no one was looking at her like a victim.

She saw some concerned faces and some determined ones, but all in all no one was looking at her like she was some fragile thing.

Words could not express how much she appreciated that small yet meaningful sentiment.

"I originally asked for husband to destroy them and leave none of them alive but priorities are different now."

Valerie faced Abaddon with a slightly worried expression.

"You only have a year left to earn the blessings of the remaining four kings. Your sole focus should be on getting stronger and making sure your ass isn't getting tortured for the rest of eternity."

He knew full well his wife was trying to be considerate but still...

"I made you a promise and I intend full well to-"

"Hush!" Valerie quickly covered Abaddon's mouth with her hands before he could spew anymore nonsense.

"Mmh? Mmf!"

"Don't be stubborn and just listen to me! You've given me more than enough strength to do something like this on my own." No matter what, Valerie would not back down from this point.

The only thing that mattered was that her husband became stronger and continued to obtain blessings and strength so that he could escape this looming fate.

Abaddon sneakily licked Valerie's hand to get her to release his mouth but it only seemed to arouse her instead.

She released his mouth yet Abaddon merely scowled at her for a moment before he spoke.

"...You're taking Stheno and 1,000 of the rabisu."

He would have sent his clone along as well, but doing so would half his power.

"That's fine." Valerie smiled, relieved she had won this battle.

Bekka : "Ooh! Can I go too?"

Lisa : "I wouldn't mind going as well!"

Lailah : "I would go but I should stay here to receive the delivery from Mammon."

Audrina : " I can stay and do that since you all will not let me fight anyway."

Lailah : "Oh? Then I will happily join!"

Abaddon was glad to see that his women were so willing to help each other. The more help Valerie got the better he would feel.

"If you're all going then you should try your best to evolve again while you're out there." Abaddon reasoned.

Now that he was stage two again, he could see the evolution conditions of three of his wives.

The girls nodded thoughtfully, already doing the mental calculations on how to evolve within the quickest timeframe.

"So.. What are your new conditions?" Lisa suddenly asked.

Abaddon realized he had neglected to check on himself and quickly sought out the answer.

[Abaddon T******t]

[Evolution Path : ????????????? (Unseen Horror of Realities)

[Second Stage conditions :

-Bring 50,000 demons under your rule. (3,127/ 50,000)

As he read off his conditions out loud, the faces of his wives became more and more confused.

"Hidden trial?"

"Dungeon master?"

Abaddon then went on to tell the girls his experience the first time he entered a dungeon with Bekka.

He spoke of the strange system prompt that thrust him into a colosseum at the behest of an even stranger being.

Bekka was especially taken aback as she had absolutely no recollection of this.

"B-But I remember helping you fight the boss and..."

"It was an illusion, my love. The entity rendered you unconscious and then implanted fake memories within your mind so as not to have you asking questions."

Soon everyone turned to Audrina who was sitting sensually on the couch. "What? Why is everyone looking at me?"

Lisa took the liberty of explaining the reason for the groups sudden intense gazes. "Well since you're the most evolved out of all of us we kinda just expected you to know about all of this stuff."

"But still, I don't know everything." Audrina said with a shrug. "Just because I am able to retain information beholden to the gods doesn't mean I instantly know everything about the world."

After that silence rang out once more amongst the group before Lailah said what was on all of their minds.

"So... seems like we'll be separating again."

All of their hearts were in tatters.

For this family being away from each other was the worst fate imaginable.

The loving bonds they had cultivated with each other had ensured that there would never be a time where they separated happily.

But even still, they knew that this was unavoidable.

If Abaddon did not leave now, he would have to leave them for good later on down the line.

"It's alright... We'll only be apart for a week at most." Abaddon was trying to comfort his women as much as himself.

The urge to stuff them all into a storage ring and carry them around with him was incredibly strong.

"Since we're going to be apart that means you'll have to give us quite the goodbye." Audrina said seductively. "If you can't deliver then-"

"Are you challenging me?" Abaddon asked dangerously.

"Maybe~"

Lisa, Lailah, Valerie, and Bekka stared at Audrina in horror.

They knew full well what she was doing by provoking their husband.

He had to take it easy on them on a nightly basis so as not to break their minds or cause death by orgasm!

Audrina was going to break all of his restraint and he was going to break their bodies!

-

Antares, Naamah Harbor.

Seras strode towards the massive boat waiting for her with strong, confident steps.

Ever since she'd received a kiss from the man she loved, she felt better than she had in centuries.

Everything seemed to smell better, the clouds seemed to be more vibrant and the air filled her with limitless energy.

"Don't you look extra cheerful today? Has evolving improved your mood along with your bust?"

Already waiting for Seras on the ship were Lotan and Tiamat who had been unable to take their eyes off Seras as she approached.

Seras' beauty had exploded to the point where it wouldn't be insane for one to think she was on par with Yara, causing Lotan to find her irresistible.

"You've become so beautiful Seras. I find myself unable to-"

"I don't care where you find yourself just make sure you stay as far away from me as possible."

Seras wanted to nip this matter in the bud before it had a chance to grow out of hand.

She had always found Lotan absolutely repulsive and his tendency to go after anything with a cunt didn't win him any points either.

"Ah? Don't be like that my dear I just-"

Whoosh!

Before he could even finish his sentence, Seras was directly in front of him with a spear of blood aimed at his temple.

"Shut. Up."

The sea dragon held up his arms in surrender and Seras stored away her weapon.

'I didn't even see her move... has the gap between us become this big?'

It was worth noting that all of the dragon lords were previously about equal in terms of power.

Seras' more destructive tendencies and insane regeneration made it so that she was more commonly known amongst the people, but depending on the terrain and weather, Lotan and Tiamat had the potential to overwhelm her.

But it appears as though that had changed completely with her promotion to the fifth stage.

She had become a monster that was simply out of their reach and comprehension.

While Lotan wallowed in his humiliation, Tiamat simply viewed the two of them in a humorous light.

She already had everything she wanted, so when it came to power she was not particularly hungry for more.

'Almost everything...' Tiamat shook her head when unnecessary thoughts began to bubble up in her mind about a certain man.

"The king is arriving." Seras suddenly said.

All three of them got one one knee and bowed their heads.

In another moment the sounds of flapping could be heard before Helios landed in front of them on the deck of the boat.

"Stand, my lords."

The three arose in unison and prepared to receive Helios' orders.

"It's been a while since we've done this but my orders have not changed. You are not allowed to join unless I permit it. Do not get in my way."

The three nodded so hard it seemed as though their heads would fall off.

Satisfied with their response, Helios turned his back to them and focused on the distant horizon.

"Set sail for Barbello."
