Chapter 201 Hail The Red King!

Name:First Demonic Dragon Author:

After Abaddon made his powerful declaration, something that could only be described as unholy happened.

Dark red blood began to seep out of his enormous body, and it almost seemed as though the dragon was melting.

The gentle wind carried the scent of Abaddon's blood down to the millions of vampires below and they immediately went into a frenzy.

"His blood.. it smells incredible!"

"I want it, I want it so much!"

"I'll give you my wife for a mouthful!"

Despite the vampires' fervent requests, Abaddon expertly controlled his blood so that only millions of little drops formed.

If they drank any more than this, the chances of their body dying from the rapid influx of power nearly tripled.

As the drops of blood swooped down to the thirsty vampires, Seras could not help but voice her shock out loud. "By Asherah... I know we have more control over our powers in our natural form but... this is absurd!"

She could not have done something like this even when she was in the third stage.

Her husband's potential was just as frightening as it was unfair.

All of the wives nodded and had melancholic smiles as they looked at their newest member.

Bekka: "Remember when we were that surprised about husband's actions?"

Valerie: "Time sure does fly by..."

Eris: "I'm still getting used to it as well..."

Lailah giggled along with the rest of her sisters before she realized what was about to happen. "Girls, it's starting."

Millions of vampires all held their mouths open wide as a single dark droplet of blood splashed onto their tongue.

The eyes of the vampires nearly rolled back into their head as they tasted the most exquisite and heaven defying blood imaginable.

Abaddon did not understand their enthusiasm, as no matter how much he tested it his blood just tasted normal to him.

'I suppose it's better that they think it tastes good rather than bad.' he guessed.

Suddenly, the vampires began to groan before collapsing right on top of each other.

The scene was reminiscent of dominoes, as one vampire would fall and bring down three others with him.

Suddenly, a familiar and welcome screen appeared within the eyes of the two headed dragon.

Visions began to play within Abaddon's newly evolved mind.

Floating in an endless darkness was a small dragon with seven heads.

This dragon had a purely white body, with twelve wings that were divinely radiant and mesmerizing.

It was very clearly just a baby, as it was no bigger than a large dog.

Suddenly, a man appeared in front of the small dragon and began petting all seven of his heads eagerly.

Abaddon knew instinctively that he and the man were very close.

Yet no matter how hard he tried, he could not seem to get a glimpse at the man's face or any features of his other than his long white robe.

But when he heard the man's voice, tears nearly came to his eyes.

"You're growing up so well. You have such a glorious destiny ahead of you, T**h***t..."

After that, Abaddon could see no more and he was soon thrust back into the waking world.

-

After the wives received their blessings from their husband, they all had huge smiles on their faces.

The connection they shared with him had grown stronger in an instant, and they could read all of his thoughts almost as well as their own.

It seemed as though nothing could disturb this joyful mood but suddenly Lisa's face became deadly pale.

"Seras...Mira... Can the two of you feel it as well?" Lisa asked shakily.

"I can..."

"Yes mommy..."

Even Entei, the proud Komainu had hidden behind Thea's back and was trembling horribly while keeping it's eyes trained on the ground.

Bekka immediately noticed that all of the dragons in their family seemed to be feeling some kind of adverse effects from Abaddon's newest appearance.

"Are you all afraid? I know he looks a bit different now but-"

"No... it's not fear." Lisa said as she shook her head.

"Then what is it?" Valerie asked as she picked up a frozen Mira.

"It's..." Lisa tried her best but she could not begin to put into words the feeling she got from looking at her husband in this very moment.

"It's inferiority." Seras said plainly. "The sense of regality overflowing from him makes dragons feel like they aren't even worthy to breathe the same air as him."

She knew this feeling all too well.

It was the same feeling that she got from being around Helios and his first son.

Even if Abaddon was still below them in terms of power, that mattered little.

She felt as though all of her husband's orders had to be obeyed without question, or she would be going against every cell in her body.

He radiated a superiority that instinctively made other dragons want to bow.

Abaddon's third head was the least impressive of his changes.

Embedded within his enormous black wings were eyes of varying colors, some were reptilian, while others were slanted like that of a goat.

The spines on his back had grown longer and sharper and now resembled giant blades of obsidian that could cut the sky.

However, the thing that was undoubtedly the strangest of all was the giant closed eye that was now embedded in his chest.

From his three gaping mouths, Abaddon unleashed a horrifying roar that traveled across the entire continent of Upyr in an instant.

"ROOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!!!"

As if that was the call they needed, the vampires that had collapsed earlier finally began to stir.

One by one, they all rose up from the ground and revealed the same chilling black eyes with red irises.

"This power..."

"I feel incredible!"

"Long live The Red King!"

It only took a second, but soon all of the vampires present would be singing the praises of their new king.

Suddenly, Abaddon hovered back down to the ground before changing back into his humanoid appearance.

There were no real physical changes, but once again the quality of his body seemed to have been doubled.

His bones, skin, muscles, and even his hair seemed to be glowing with health and vitality.

Amidst the cheers of the crowd, Abaddon walked towards Audrina who appeared to be waiting for him with a proud smile. "Quite the coronation ceremony if I must say. My husband appears to be ever the showman."

Abaddon showed an imperceptible embarrassed smile. "It was not intentional, but I am rather pleased with the result."

Briefly glancing behind him, the vampires were still cheering loudly and applauding his every action like he was some sort of famous rockstar.

Evidently, they seemed to have fallen completely under the effects of both his blessing and his blood.

Making their loyalty and fanaticism something unshakeable.

Once again, Abaddon stepped in front of Audrina and lowered his head.

This time, no one objected as she placed the crown of crystallized blood directly onto his head.

The crown wiggled and shifted before it once again became a liquid.

It attached itself to Abaddon's horns before hardening once again, giving them a glossy blood red color.

"Vampires of Upyr! Greet your new king!"

In synchronicity, all eight million vampires heded Kirina's words and bowed with their heads facing the ground.

"HAIL THE RED KING!"

"HAIL THE RED KING!

"HAIL THE RED KING!"

Faced with the massive sea of bodies that were all showing him the utmost respect, Abaddon could not say he wasn't moved.

Even if his face did not show it, he was quite pleased with the results of the day.

Just as he prepared to ask his subjects to rise, he saw something that almost made him flinch.

Amidst the sea of kneeling vampires was a single bright orange eye that was staring at him intently.

[The second Abyss King, Tor'Baalos has acknowledged the host.

[Tor'Baalos has transferred to the host a new affinity : Light.

[Due to the host's unique body constitution, the affinity of light has been corroded into black light!
