Chapter 474 Babies and Gameday PartiesChapter 474 Babies and Gameday Parties
Abaddon and Jasmine had a total of twenty three positions to fill. New novel chapters are published on
Since they wanted to play themselves, they would be playing the roll of both player and coach.
Some might consider it an arduous task, but they were more than up for the challenge.
The captains picked half of their team from the assembled gods, and the other half from influential members of dragon society.
In the interest of keeping things fair, it was decided that each of them was allowed to pick no more than four M.V.P level players to be spread between offense and defense.
And Abaddon had to suppress his power to the level of the average soldier in his army.
For M.V.Ps on Jasmine's side, she had picked Kanami as tight end, Ogun as offensive guard, and Absalom as defensive tackle.
On Abaddon's side, he'd picked Asmodeus as wide receiver, Discordia as center, and Cerunnos as defensive guard.
And right now, Abaddon and Jasmine were deliberating over their last two picks.
"Exactly... how did manage to come to this as a viable method of decision making?"
"It would take too long to explain, darling. Just let us do our thing." Abaddon answered.
"And... What exactly are you two doing?"
"Sizing you up, Mother-in-law! We are trying to think up the best position to place you two at." Jasmine answered happily.
""...Alright.""
In a common room in the castle, Abaddon and Jasmine were circling two unexpected women.
Seras and Eris.
Out of all of his wives, they alone shared an interest in the sport of football like him.
He had honestly considered making one of them captains, but found their passion simply paled in comparison to young Jazzie's.
"So, which team are we going to be on?" Eris suddenly asked with clear excitement on her face.
Her family never let her do anything that was considered too rough!
Other than sex with her husband of course.
Even after ascending to literal godhood, they still tended to treat her like she was more helpless than little Straga.
She couldn't remember the last time she had lifted up anything even moderately heavy on her own, or opened so much as a pickle jar.
Getting to play in a high-contact sport like football would be so fun and exciting for her!
Abaddon and Jasmine glanced at each other momentarily before nodding.
Abaddon pulled Eris into his arms and wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Hello, my quarterback."
Seras had her hand grabbed by Jasmine and she stared up at her like she was a golden idol.
"Nice to meet you, Ms. Running back!"
Seras smiled as she patted Jasmine on the head softly.
She glanced at her husband and sister who had devolved into a cutely giggling mess.
"Is there a reason why you didn't chose me, darling?"
Almost immediately, Abaddon froze up as his blood ran cold.
He met Seras' eyes and found them to be particularly calculating and unfriendly.
It was both hot and horrifying.
"You two had better do a good job... I'm reallyy mad..."
Smiling in unison, Abaddon and Seras used their mouths to give their best 'apology' without uttering a single word.
As Eris' eyes rolled into the back of her head, she had a profound epiphany.
'Maybe... it's not so bad to be babied.'

In Apollonir, a family of three blue eastern dragons were flying about their home, almost like they were scrambling to make it to some event in time.
"Papa, hurry!"
"I'm coming, Jordan, I've just got to get this food out of the kitchen. Sara, do you have the beers?"
"They're right here, honey, don't worry."
"Can I have a beer too??"
""No!""
"Aww..."
Once the three great beasts had finished flying around, they came to a stop on a large leather couch in front of a gorgeous flat screen television.
Papa dragon looked down at the massive game day spread that was still steaming hot.
It looked delicious and smelled even better, but for only a family of three it would be too much, even if they were dragons.
"Damnit, where are they?? Those brothers of mine are always on cdt, even when they know how to tele-"
At that instant, there was a burst of flame before another group of eight dragons appeared in the living room.
"Sorry we're late!"
"Uoohhh! Are those manticore wings?! Yum!"
"We would have been here sooner, but Brenda insisted on polishing her scales."
"I-It takes time to look this good!"
"Hello, Uncle Xev!"
Once the families were integrated and comfortable, Papa Dragon finally switched on the T.V.
Almost immediately, the cartoonish voices of the announcers onscreen began to play through surround sound speakers.
"Good evening, Apollonir!! My name is Lucien Whitescale!"
"And I am his co-host, Mortimer Aegis!"
"And today we are absolutely buzzing out of our scales, folks, because today is kickoff day!!"
"That's right, Lucien, and we're not just talking about the start of the game! Today's festivities mark the beginning of a special weeklong celebration here in our beloved Sheol!"
"Not only are we going to get to see our Supreme Leader play in a game alongside these new invaders that he graciously invited, but tomorrow marks the start of the three-day celebration for the birth of the twin princesses and the young prince!"
"Gee-Golly I sure am excited, folks, I tell you that. But what's really got me buzzing is the event that'll mark the end of our week, the Grand Wedding of a Millenia!"
"My tux is pressed, my socks are silky! I absolutely could not be more ready to see the glorious union of our supreme deities right before my very eyes. I gotta tell you folks, I am just a sucker for romance!"
"Ah, that must be why you found you last forty wives in a pleasure house, eh Mortimer?"
"Hahahaha! Fuck you."
"Oop! It looks like both teams are about to emerge from the tunnels folks! We'll pan the camera over to the field and begin our live coverage of Sheol's 1st Annual..."
""DRAGON BOWL!""
