Just because the land and sky were the most densely populated areas within Tehom, did not mean that they were the only ones.
The sea, while not as populated as the other two domains, is still every bit as beautiful.
And since the multiple oceans across Tehom are separate, finite spaces, their communities are that much closer as a result.
Diving into these crystal blue waters, one will witness a never-ending variety of sea life.
Everything from the average household goldfish, to the slightly-above average kraken, who just so happens to be a highly respectable bartender.
The infrastructure is designed to be open, breathable, and glass-like with very little wood or metal involved in it's construction.
Magic was spelled along the open doors for privacy and to obscure the vision of others who might be eager to peep.
The grandest of all underwater structures was a castle that looked like it was chiseled from diamonds (It was. Partially.)
On one of the top floors of the castle, there was a long board room quite similar to the one in Abaddon's castle on the surface.
The only difference was, at the end of this table there were two grand seats instead of one.
Though right now, only one of them was occupied.
A beautiful young woman sat alone at the table; absentmindedly jotting a few notes down on a thick notepad.
At first glance, she seemed to be in her early to mid-twenties. Her skin was a vibrant dark brown with black tattoos woven all throughout her slender, adult figure.
Her hair was a dark blue color like the cold depths of the ocean itself. It fell all the way down to her feet in thick, curly locks.
A newly developed third eye sat in the center of her forehead, and a pair of fish fins were located where her ears should have been.
Standing at exactly seven feet tall, she was a deity to be both worshipped and admired.
She checked her phone for the time and saw that it was around five minutes before her meeting was scheduled to begin.
'And she's late, of course.'
"Yemyyy!!!"
Yemaya looked up and found the very twin she was waiting for swimming towards her through one of the wide open windows in the meeting hall.
After seeing the excited look her sister had, Yemaya shook her head and returned her attention back to the pile of work in front of her.
"Don't want to hear it. Grab a seat and fix your hair up."
Yemaja pouted slightly as she slid into the seat beside her sister.
"What's with all this harsh treatment? You don't even know what I was about to say!"
"I know it doesn't have anything to do with this meeting that starts in less than five minutes."
"It might, but you've gotta ask me to find out!"
"..."
"...Please?"
"..."
"Mmh!" (Yes)
"Good girl."
Yemaya removed her hand from Yemaja's mouth and the two of them got to work clearing off their desk before their appointment would be slated to start 45 seconds from now.
"Ah, heads!" Yemaja realized.
Yemaya and Yemaja reached inside of their rings and pulled out two shining crowns made from a teal-colored mineral even more exquisite than anything found on earth.
The pair placed their crowns on each other's heads and then gave each other a quick once over.
Yemaya: "I look pretty good."
Yemaja: "You know, just because we have the same face doesn't mean that you can skip over giving me compliments by giving them to yourself."
Yemaya: "Yea, yea... Your boobs have gotten smaller. Did you shrink them on purpose?"
Yemaja: "I wanted to see if it'd give me a better shape in my new dress."
Yemaya: "And what's the result?"
Yemaja: "Jury's still out, but we'll reach a deliberation tomorrow night."
Yemaya: "God, you're horrible."
Yemaja: "But you love me?"
Yemaya: "Not my best decision, I'll admit it."
"Bitch."Yemaja rolled her eyes as the doors to their meeting hall opened, and a team of flounder swam inside.

Though the girls have an entire castle that they could sleep in, they still go home to their family every night.
The Tathamets may have a variety of habits and hobbies that may differ from person to person, but they all still enjoy their close-knitted-ness.
Yemaya and Yemaja may not still sleep in the same bed together like when they were newborns, but their bedrooms are just across the hall from each other, and they share living quarters.
It was kind of like they were roommates in an apartment.
Despite the fact that the girls don't make a habit of sleeping together, it isn't uncommon for one of them to fall asleep in the other's bed.
Just like tonight, where the girls had gotten comfortable in Yemaja's room while watching a movie they had already seen sixty different times before.
Yemaya is bad about falling asleep spontaneously, so her sister didn't even attempt to wake her once she heard that familiar light snoring.
But as the credits rolled onto the scream, she began to feel like maybe she should have.
Yemaya was tossing and turning like a boat in the middle of a storm, and a thin sheen of sweat had formed along her skin.
"Yemy..? Are you alright??"
Paranoid, Yemaja went to her sister's side and tried to shake her awake.
But as soon as she touched her twin's skin, her body jerked uncontrollably as her eyes rolled back into her head.
As visions of a faraway place and a horrible tragedy rocked her mind, she screamed involuntarily for all in the house to hear.
