Chapter 87: Quest Hall

Finally, after a few minutes of walking, the two of them arrived at the quest hall.

The quest hall looked impressive, it was built from the rarest materials you can find around Colzen City which were frostfire wood planks and wrobblestone bricks.

In addition to this, the exterior looked amazing as five huge banners stood proudly in front bearing the crest of the top four academy societies while the middle banner had the insignia of Colzen Academy.

Of course, the Order of the Black Sword's emblem was displayed in one of the four banners because it has consistently managed to grab one of the top four spots in the society rankings.

However, although he stood right in front of the majestic quest hall, Shye wasn't overwhelmed because after seeing the amazing establishments inside Valenzia City, it was hard to feel amazed again at the structures inside Colzen City.

In contrast, Shirley's mouth was agape while her eyes sparkled as she admired the quest hall for a few minutes before managing to snap back to reality.

Beside her, Shye chuckled. This was the first time he saw this side of Shirley so he thought that it was quite cute.

"Shall we go inside?"

The two of them entered together and once they were inside, Shye and Shirley felt excited.

The inside of the quest hall looked so similar to an adventurer guild!

Unlike the society headquarters which only resembled the inside of an adventurer guild, the quest hall actually looked like one.

Student adventurers flowed in and out, armed and ready, as some sought quests in front of the massive quest board. Others scanned the area for potential party members, and a few even indulged in a meal amidst the bustling activity.

The two of them continued to look around and they were amazed to see that there were even some waiters who were taking the orders of the students who wanted to eat and drink.

Although no liquor was served, there were lots of other drinks to choose from.

Unfortunately, although the name of her society sounded cool, it was only ranked 20th overall so if she could help her seniors get a higher ranking for their society, then she would be happy to do so.

Once they knew the mechanics of the society ranking competition, the two of them proceeded toward the huge quest board to look for quests.

Of course, Shye chose the quests with the same requirements as the daily quests and regular quests in the Flashy Adventurer System to obtain the maximum benefits with the same amount of effort.

Shirley was a total beginner in the intermediate adventurer zone so she didn't have any qualms about the quests Shye chose.

In addition to this, she trusted that Shye would take care of her inside the zone so she didn't have any worries whatsoever.

After choosing a few moderate and high-reward quests, the two of them walked towards one of the pretty big sisters to have their quests processed and once the quests were successfully linked to their adventurer profiles, the two of them exited the quest hall.

It was around noon time so the two of them decided to have a quick lunch date before walking towards the intermediate adventurer zone half an hour away from Colzen City.

Once they arrived, Shirley was shocked because of how lively the entrance of the intermediate adventurer zone was compared to the beginner zone.

Shye chuckled after seeing her reaction because he was also the same when he first came here.

However, just a short while later, Shye couldn't help but frown because of the hateful stares going their way.

It was usually just simple annoyed looks but now, the adventurers simply stared at them with hatred.

After realizing how tightly, Shirley was clinging on his right arm, Shye realized why these guys were angry.

It was because of the fact that the two of them were students of Colzen Academy and that they were a lovey-dovey couple.

Shye inwardly chuckled after realizing the reason why the adventurers looked at him with so much hatred.

Not only was his girlfriend beautiful, but she also had a sexy body that would stoke the flames of jealousy in any man's heart.
