After the chaotic introductions inside the faculty meeting hall, the Colzen Avengers' most anticipated moment finally came–adventuring for the first time inside the advanced adventurer zone.
The deans and the archpriest made this activity their final requirement as third-year students so that starting next semester, they would be free to do anything they wanted.
However, their activities inside the advanced adventurer zone would still be limited to full-party quests since they were still third-year students.
Finally, after two hours of travel, the archpriest, the deans, and the students arrived in front of the advanced adventurer zone.
Upon arrival, the eyes of Shye and the other students sparkled in excitement, especially Wendy who lived the last three years of her life holed up inside Colzen Monastery.
In front of the Advanced Adventurer Zone's entrance was a huge lobby about five hundred meters long and five hundred meters wide.
The floor was finely crafted using luxurious wrobblestone bricks and there were benches, tables, and lamps scattered across the lobby.
There were hundreds if not thousands of professional adventurers clad in various types of shiny and sturdy-looking armor sets while their weapons were hung at their backs, looking extremely tough and formidable.
Most of the adventurers noticed the arrival of their strange group of seven students escorted by five middle-aged men and women.
"Hoh? Students of Colzen Academy? Aren't they getting a bit too cocky lately?"
"This is the first time they dared to send their students inside the Passean Advanced Adventurer Zone no?"
"Heh! How I wish to see the faces of these deans once their students fail to return."
Various rude comments reached the ears of Colzen Academy's group which angered the deans.
These mere Gold to Emerald-ranked adventurers dare disrespect them?
Dean Snowcrest cracked his fists as he started to walk toward the adventurer who said something about his students not coming back.
Although these deans are acting on the orders of the World Adventurer Association, they were once Diamond-ranked adventurers and above so these adventurers in front of the Advanced Adventurer zone were the ones acting too cocky.
Thus, Dean Snowcrest wanted to teach them a lesson. Archpriest Deo and the other deans were also enraged by the rude comments so they didn't stop Dean Snowcrest at all.
Fortunately for them, a concerned platinum-ranked adventurer walked closer to the adventurer who seemed to be the leader of this gold-ranked party and whispered something.
After a few seconds, the adventurer party leader broke out in a cold sweat and he immediately stopped his party members from trying to avenge the member who was sent flying.
He then bowed towards Dean Snowcrest with a fearful and respectful expression before saying:
"D-D-Dean, we apologize for the rudeness of our member. We are ill-informed so please forgive us this one time!"
The party members felt ashamed and immediately wanted to question their party leader.
However, the party leader was also the strongest member of their party and if even he was shaking in fear in front of this middle-aged dean, then the most sensible thing for them to do was bow for now and ask later.
"Hmmph! This will be the last time I let offenders go. These students are the cream of the crop of our academy and if anything happens to them, the lifeforce talismans we gave them will inform us who the killers were so none of you here better not try anything funny!"
Dean Snowcrest threatened as he turned around and returned to the Colzen group.
After hearing what the dean said, the other gold-ranked adventurers who wanted to make trouble for Shye's party dropped their ideas immediately.
Currently, they couldn't afford to offend an entire academy so they could do nothing but keep their evil wishes to themselves.
Upon Dean Snowcrest's return, Wendy gave him a thumbs up and said:
"You're so cool, Dean Snowcrest!"
The dean couldn't help but chuckle upon witnessing Wendy's cute antics. He then smiled widely at her and also gave her a thumbs up.
Meanwhile, Shye and the other students were pleasantly surprised. They expected the deans to be strong but they didn't know that they were THIS strong.
Slapping the shit out of a gold-ranked adventurer wasn't an easy feat and they could only guess what rank Dean Snowcrest had before he became a dean.
Finally, once Dean Snowcrest had resolved the issue regarding the hostile adventurers, Dean Privett gave the students a few final reminders before sending them off with a mix of proud and worried looks.
This was the first time they ever sent students to go adventuring inside the advanced adventurer zone so they couldn't help but worry about them.
At the same time, they felt proud because it seemed like it was only yesterday when this generation of students were freshmen. Now, they're already strong enough to go inside the advanced adventurer zone and have already surpassed their seniors.
