"Look, Chen Peizhu is over there."

Everyone suddenly turned their attention and as expected, Chen Peizhu was standing on the sideline with a purple face.

It was clear that Chen Peizhu was angry at this development.

"Damn it, this was originally my Moon Bazaar," Chen Peizhu suddenly cursed loudly, causing a commotion.

"Jiang Ming scammed me to give the Moon Bazaar to him," Chen Peizhu continued to shout as he openly accused Jiang Ming.

The crowd became intrigued at this topic as they originally thought Chen Peizhu was here to sulk but it seemed like there's more to the story about the ownership transfer.

"What do you mean that you were scammed?" One person from the crowd started asking.

Chen Peizhu glanced at him as he shouted, "Jiang Ming gave me a fake medicine recipe to cure my illness in exchange for the Moon Bazaar."

Afterward, Chen Peizhu showed the medicine recipe for everyone to see and said, "I followed the procedure and not only did the medicine fail to cure me, but it also made my illness worsen."

The crowd went into an uproar when they heard this but still, others were skeptical about Chen Peizhu's accusation.

After all, Jiang Ming was invited to the imperial house and had managed to obtain a token of recognition from the emperor.

"Are you sure you're not being petty and trying to frame Jiang Ming?"

"I found it hard to believe Jiang Ming would need to resort to such an underhand method when he knew the princess personally. I was there that day and saw the princess having a friendly conversation with Jiang Ming."

Chen Peizhu scoffed at the person trying to defend Jiang Ming's honor.

"Hmph, my Moon Bazaar had never ever received the emperor's favor yet as soon as I handed it over to someone else. The emperor miraculously handed the token of recognition?" Chen Peizhu sneered as he made it clear that the emperor was in cahoot with Jiang Ming.

"Does anyone here know a greenhorn brat like Jiang Ming until today?" Chen Peizhu continued to build up his momentum and it didn't take long before the crowd started siding with him.

'Heh, you damn brat dared to humiliate me that day and take my Moon Bazaar. See how I'll ruin your big day.' Chen Peizhu laughed inwardly when the crowd started shouting to boycott Jiang Ming.

Meanwhile, back inside the Moon Bazaar, Cao Dong frantically rushed over to Jiang Ming who was teaching Alchemist Ren.

"What's the matter, Cao Dong?" Jiang Ming asked as he stopped his lecture.

"This better be important otherwise, you're going to get it," Alchemist Ren added as he was irritated by Cao Dong interrupting Jiang Ming's lecture.

Cao Dong nodded his head.

"S-Sir, outside, Chen Peizhu is creating a huge commotion and accusing you of stealing his Moon Bazaar," Cao Dong said as he became nervous.

"Hoh, he dared to bite the hand that fed him? I gave him the medicine recipe to cure his illness yet he still dared to accuse me blatantly?" Jiang Ming chuckled.

Cao Dong was dumbfounded when he heard Jiang Ming say about giving Chen Peizhu a recipe.

Cao Dong turned pale as he struggled to speak.

Jiang Ming noticed his uneasiness and asked, "If there is something you want to speak then speak it."

"I-I'm afraid that sir would not like it." Cao Dong shook his head.

"Just say it, I hate it when people aren't direct with me." Jiang Ming said in a stern tone.

"Y-Yes sir… about the medicine recipe that you gave to Chen Peizhu- he said it was fake and that you scammed him with it." Cao Dong said as he started sweating profusely.

"Is there a problem?" A voice suddenly echoed and Jiang Ming turned around to see his aunt, Yang Liqin walking with Hong Ling.

"Nothing aunt, just some imbecile that is seeking death." Jiang Ming laughed as he walked over and held Yang Liqin's waist.

"What is going on?" Yang Liqin ignored his intimacy as she asked in concern.

She saw Cao Dong sweating nervously so it was clear that something must have happened while she was touring around with Hong Ling.

"Well, it was like this," Jiang Ming sighed as he explained everything to Yang Liqin.

By the time Jiang Ming finished his explanation, Yang Liqin's expression darkened.

"Hmph, the nerve of this person to accuse my nephew." Yang Liqin cursed as she shouted, "Let's head out. I want to bash him right now."

Yang Liqin tried to rush out but Jiang Ming grasped her hand and pulled her back.

Yang Liqin hissed at his action and pouted, "Why are you stopping me? That disgusting man is accusing you yet you're not angry at all."

Jiang Ming didn't say anything yet as he waved his hand to dismiss Cao Dong, Hong Ling, and Alchemist Ren.

He wanted to have a private conversation with Yang Liqin and they understood him as they left him alone.

Once they were gone, Jiang Ming sighed as he sat down and placed Yang Liqin at his laps.

"Now it's not the time to flirt, Jiang Ming," Yang Liqin rolled her eyes as she tried to get up.

"Just stay calm and sit still in my lap," Jiang Ming suddenly said as he held her hand.

"Did you forget that you have just recovered and are still weak?" Jiang Ming then reprimanded Yang Liqin for her impulsive action.

"Do you think I give a damn about someone who is going to die soon over my aunt's health?" Jiang Ming sighed as he pecked her cheek.

Chen Peizhu's action today was the last straw that Jiang Ming needed to deal with him completely.

He originally wanted to give Chen Peizhu a second chance given his broad connection with others as a merchant.

However, he had lost this second chance, and now, Jiang Ming was going to end things cleanly.

"Chen Peizhu doesn't even need me to lift a finger to deal with. After all, he also accused the emperor of stealing his Moon Bazaar," Jiang Ming pinched Yang Liqin's cheek softly as he explained.
