Although it was foggy, there was no way Shane would make a mistake!

The one passing by was definitely not a trick of the eye but a genuine Giant Zombie passing through the forest!

The Giant Zombie's eyes glowed a fiery red, emitting an eerie, otherworldly light that sent shivers down his spine.

Its appearance was grotesque, with decaying flesh contorted into a haunting, leering expression. As it moved forward, the air seemed to quiver around it, and puffs of acrid smoke billowed from its gaping jaws, inducing an unsettling image of a creature consumed by an insatiable hunger for destruction.

'No way... Is this the last boss?'

Shane's heart raced as he beheld the monstrous entity, its heavy, labored breaths echoing through the forest.

At that moment, Shane held his breath, afraid that he would make a noise and catch its attention.

Luckily, it wasn't paying heed to the surroundings; it was only focused on the place it was trying to get to!

"Whew... That was close..." Shane heaved a sigh of relief as soon as the Giant Zombie left.

If a Survivor met such a Giant Zombie in the early stage like this, even if he had legendary talent, he would be useless against such a creature!

Anyway, Shane had no plans of staying here anymore as he checked the messages of the Apocalypse System.

"Oh~ I already have this much?" Shane muttered as he wasn't checking his Inventory every time.

He didn't expect that he already collected so many upgrade crystals and zombie cores!

"Great... I will take the experience potion!" Shane said without hesitation as he tapped the image of the yellow potion

"Yes.."

"That's great... Now it's time to leave." Shane muttered as he swiftly left the place and returned to his shelter.

He still had the energy to continue hunting zombies, but after seeing the colossal one, he felt that it was some kind of warning not to wander off too much and stay within the vicinity of his starting region until he got more information about the zombies.

Furthermore, he also felt that he already accomplished his mission.

After all, there was another reason why he was actively killing zombies.

It wasn't just to level up or get more resources but also to ensure that he wouldn't get swarmed by zombies once he used his Title's effect and returned to this place!
