Chapter 133: Shane's Clan

"It's not bad... It somehow captures our resilience, our combined strength, and the shadow we'll cast over those who stand against us." Kael muttered after hearing Raze's suggestion.

Lyra and Tessa exchanged a glance as the latter added. "It has a nice ring to it. I like it..."

Everyone else also murmured their agreement. The name seemed a lot better than the other Clans they'd heard of or read in the Regional Chat.

Cockroaches Clan, ROTK Clan, New Haven Clan, and Edgy Lords Clan certainly don't sound as good as the Eclipse Revenant.

"Alright... Then it's settled. We're forming the Eclipse Revenant..." Shane said as he opened the Clan window of the Apocalypse System.

[ You have fulfilled the basic requirements to create a Clan. ]

[ Do you wish to create a Survivor Clan? ]

"Yes..." Shane answered without hesitation.

[ Please name your Clan. Remember that you can not change the name of your Clan once it is established. ]

"Eclipse Revenant"

Shane filled in the Clan Name as the system instructed.

[ Please confirm your Clan Members: Raze, Lyra, Jaxon, Kael, and Tessa. ]

[ Once you confirm that they are part of the Clan, an invitation to join will be sent to them. ]

"Yes."

Then, notifications appeared on the other people beside him. The notification includes a message that they were invited to be part of Shane's Clan formation and agreeing that he was the Clan Leader.

After all the others confirmed, the air hummed with the magic of registration.

Ding~

A chime sounded, and a voice echoed in his mind:

[ Congratulations, Clan Leader Shane of the Eclipse Revenant! ]

[ Your Clan has been successfully registered! ]

[ For creating a Clan in this forsaken world, you and your Clan members are awarded the following:

Clan Banner: A classic banner bearing the emblem of any item of your choice.

"Mhmm... Not bad, Cland Leader." Jaxon added.

"Ahem... Clan Leader, are you Bidder 1101..." Lyra suddenly said out of nowhere.

However, Shane just laughed it off as they would know the truth later on anyway.

For now, he was focused on something else.

Apparently, as soon as he selected a banner, Shane received a message from the system.

[ You have obtained a Clan Banner for free! Erecting this banner in your Clan Hall will provide a surprising effect! ]

[ The Clan Banner was transferred to your Inventory System. ]

It seemed that he really had to build a Clan Hall.

'I guess I have to clear a bit more area to build this hall.' Shane thought for a moment. However, he would have to discuss with others in case they want to build the Clan Hall elsewhere.

Well, if they have a better location, he certainly wouldn't mind accepting their suggestions.

Next, Shane and his Clan members discovered the Clan Skill they had been granted. It was a Level 1 Skill, aptly named Lunar Cohesion.

[ Your Clan randomly obtained one out of 500 Clan Skills ]

[ Lunar Cohesion ( Level 1 ): This skill binds the Clan members under the moon's watchful gaze, enhancing their teamwork and fortitude.

Effects: +5% to all members' defense when in close proximity, +10% night vision, and a +5% speed boost during night operations. ]

"Is it related to the Clan Name and the Banner we selected?" Raze muttered everyone's thoughts.

However, since this was randomized from one out of the 500 Clan Skills, they couldn't help but think that it was fate.

"I guess we're meant to be a Clan that is strongest at night..." Tessa, the Assassin, was certainly happy at this result.

The Clan members nodded in approval, recognizing the tactical advantages this skill would provide, especially during their nocturnal endeavors.

As for the weekly core bonus, the Clan was pleased to learn of the additional support they would receive.

Shane, as the Clan Leader, would receive three Zombie Cores per week. It was very low, but it was better than none at all.

The members, each contributing to the Clan's success in their own way, would receive one Zombie Core per week...

Nonetheless, this would still increase as their Clan Level rises up.
