Silent Forest, Find your next read at mvl
After a few hours, all the carriages carrying young wizards reached the inner circle of the Silent Forest. But all of them stopped there.
They had done their research before coming here. Any moving objects will be attacked by tree monsters here after.
They don't want their carriages to be destroyed. The wizards and young adventurers safely parked their carriages at the entrance of the inner area
Then they went inside themselves.
Similarly,
The 6th Young Master Ren and group have entered the inner area of the forest. Ren is walking in the middle. The 9th protector is walking side by side to protect him.
Among the 5 level-7 wizards, 3 are leading the way and remaining 2 are taking care of the back. There are also a few level-6 wizards in the team as well.
Incase of any attack, they will be the first one to face.
At the same time, the purple crystal laid carriage stopped before the entrance as well.
"Miss, we have reached the entrance. Now we can walk on our feet," the butler said.
"Hmmm," The black clothed woman responded.
Inside the Gregor Mansion, I found something wrong with the butler's expression.
"This guy won't he going to backstab her," I muttered to myself.
Right after, when both of them left the carriage. They left the range of the control mirror as well. So I don't know about the outside situation. But the butler made me suspicious.
Outside,
The butler is leading at the front. The black clothed young miss is following from behind. When they saw the path of the inner area.
The road is much narrower than the previous one. It's difficult for the carriages to pass.
The butler's eyes turned cold. After going a few distance inside, the butler tore his disguise. He turned around and looked at the black clothed women with hatred.
"Death illusion," He cast the magic spell.
The next second, his shirt torn apart showing the upper part of the body. But with the activation of the spell, several human eyes appeared on his body.
I raised my hand to cast another spell.
Swoosh!
Before I could do it, something dragged away the body of the butler into the woods.
"What the f@ck?" I cursed myself. I have almost forgotten to pay attention to the surroundings.
Shaking my head, I controlled my racing heart. That was something. The butler was already half dead. I don't think he will survive what's coming next.
Then I removed the thoughts before looking at the young lady.
"Her name is Lina. I don't know about her background," I said to myself. I don't want to come in contact with anyone. Any slip of information will be noticed by the dark league.
But I can put her back in the purple carriage. After gaining some clarity, I picked her up and walked back towards the purple carriage.
Like most geniuses, she has a story as well. If not for the enemies like the dark league and others. I won't mind sitting back and talking to her.
Then I reached the carriage.
After opening the door, I placed her body inside. Then I closed the door and took a few steps forward.
For some reason, I thought it's wise to leave when she regains her consciousness.

Then I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion and walked into the control room. From here, I can watch over her.
Time passed,
One hour later, the effect of the spell disappears. Lady Lina wakes up from the terrifying illusion. Her palms are sweating. Her face looks discolored.
It shows her mind has suffered damage. The spell attack was not even complete. The spell was broken after a few seconds. But it was enough for her to suffer mental injury.
Lady Lina took a precious potion from the storage bracelet before consuming it in one go.
A few minutes later,
Her face turned rosy. She feels better. Then she thinks about the spell attack.
"Didn't expect the old butler to be bought as well," She revealed with a bitter smile on her face. There is something in the core area which can improve her strength.
With that not only she can continue her wizard path. Her family won't ignore her as well.
