Dark League:
Everyone is looking at the holographic screen. The Supreme Wizard of the Meteor Country swept his eyes across everyone.
He stated, "I provided an opportunity to the former leader. Not only had he failed at the task. But he had also lost a treasure that I had given him during the mission."
"Later, I considered carrying out the mission on my own. However, the two countries' relationship made this impossible.
"I had tried other methods to kill the target. But Vincent Carey appears to be outside of the country. He was not seen at Yellow River Academy for several days. I suppose the people behind him may have sent him to a safe location."
"So I am hoping that the new leader of the Dark League will complete the mission for me. We had already established a strong feud. If Vincent Carey was allowed to grow up. He may come back for revenge in the future,"he added.
Hearing that everyone realized the seriousness of the issue.
At this point, old witch Arika opened her mouth and said, "Meteor Supreme, do not worry. This time, I will see how that kid can get away from the Dark League's clutches."
"We will send additional wizards to the Capital to hide. "We will carry out the plan as long as that kid appears in the Capital City," she added.
The Meteor Supreme remained silent. There was no response from him.
After some time, he said,"I will give the Dark League one more chance. I hope you will not disappoint me this time."
The next second, his image disappears. The holographic screen was turned off.

Some of the elders let out a sigh of relief. The small conversation was intense. Everyone can see Meteor Supreme's unwillingness in his heart. If not for the current circumstances, he would not have chosen the Dark League again.
The level-5 Wizard needs to get started in the law power understanding. She doesn't know whether Vincent Carey has achieved this or not. But she hopes for him to remain outside of the academy for a while.
Taboo Hall:
Mike Curtis was in his room. The news about his advancement was causing a lot of noise in the academy. But he showed no reaction.
Others are unaware that he broke through long ago after participating in the Wizard Heart Competition. It is just that he requires resources for the level-6 rank. As a result, he had to reveal his strength and officially register his name with the True House.

Not only Mike, but many others are expecting his return to the academy. Which includes the dean of the Academy. The dean was more worried because he didn't know the whereabouts of Vincent Carey.
Even the cripple old man was not sure about Vincent's location. But it is not like they do not have a solution. They can track the communication watch. But in order to do so, you need permission from the company which manufactures these communication watches.
The company was a huge organization. Their business spans several countries. It is difficult for the Yellow River Academy to obtain permission from them. So they can track the location of a single student.
Even if they obtain permission, it will not be for free. They must pay with resources. For that, the other wizard halls will not agree. That is why he felt anxious and worried. However, the crippled old man does know how to tell if Vincent Carey is alive or not.
