Princess Peach and Tiamat brought their team's dishes to the judging table before joining their pairs.
Max looked at two omelette dishes in front of him. He hummed as he judged their looks with Lily.
"The left one is Princess and Knight's team, and the right one is Lightning and Tiamat's team." He said, stroked his chin in wonder. "From the plating, I think the Princess team did pretty well. The egg is still runny and covers the plate. While the Lightning team's egg has some crack on it."
"Un. The former is also decorated with greenery and makes the color good. 9/10. As for the second... Not appealing. 5/10."
After Lily said that, Princess Peach puffed out her chest proudly and looked down on her opponents.
"Hohoho, it seems that my ability to plate is better than yours, peasants. The winner has already been decided. Right, Leticia?"
"As you said, Princess. We will win this talent show easily."
"Hah! Don't be happy so early." Lightning looked at the Princess and raised his chin. "Look, that number is just a quarter of what a dish is. The most important thing is the taste. Please, Breeze. Do taste ours first."
"Alright." Max agreed to Lightning's request.
There was no reason to refuse it. He looked at Lily for a second before taking a spoonful of the egg and rice that was covered in brown sauce. Putting it in his mouth, he chewed a few times and gulped.
A silence was brewing. The only sound ringing in the set was him putting the spoon down and wiping his lips with a handkerchief.
"You can eat it, Lily. It's not poison."
"Un." Lily replied and took a spoonful, munching on it with her hand hiding her lips. "It's edible." Stay updated via мѵʟ
"..." Lightning looked at them in disbelief while Tiamat pumped his fists.
"That's a win!" The blond-haired man exclaimed happily.
— Not a poison = win. That's in the bag already
— This Tiamat guy is so funny. He's so optimistic that I can't find a fault
— Nah, the taste is edible. It won't give them a stomachache
— But, what if Princess and Knight's dish can get delicious from one of them?
— The competition isn't over, guys! The girlies still have a chance
Max's tongue felt like it was still burning as he looked at Knight Leticia shook Princess Peach's body.
"I told you it's delicious!" Peach exclaimed as she fixed her clothes. "And I am not wrong. Hmpf! You peasants just don't understand that it is the most delicious sauce a modern human ever made."
"Please, Princess. I told you to follow the recipe!" Knight Leticia sighed in defeat, slumping.
Delicious sauce? What kind of dish did she eat? Maybe it was part of her roleplay to hide that she messed up again. If that was correct, then he was once again impressed by her.
The staff also stared at Princess Peach in disbelief.
— Da bomb... I had that once and got admitted to the hospital
— Just hearing the name makes my stomach churning.
— Damn, Princess Peach has defeated Breeze in a different way.
— lolol, Princess Peach wants to kill Breeze. So funny
— Delicious... From here, we know that Princess Peach is a monster. Da Bomb is delicious for her...
— So, who is the winner?
After reading the chat, Miss Misa had a worried look; her expression said everything she was about to do to Peach later. But the shoot was still on air.
Max coughed. He had to be professional about it.
"Let's get into the judging result." He said and gained the attention of the participants.
Looking around, he could see various expressions. Lightning and Tiamat grinned on the side. Knight Leticia clearly looked tired, while Princess Peach still proudly puffed her chest with her hands on her hips.
"Hmpf! Just say that I win. I even used the secret sauce to add some spice!"
Max wanted to retort so badly, but he didn't do so and just sighed. There was no meaning in talking about it with a roleplayer. He nodded at Lily and she nodded back. Both had the same team in mind.
"The winner is..."
Pausing a little, he created tension between the two teams. Audible gulps could be heard from Tiamat, adding to the suspense.
"Team Lightning and Tiamat!" Max clapped his hands as he looked at the two boys.
