With a final, powerful thrust, Wang Li released inside her, filling her with his seed. Xia Qingwu cried out, her body convulsing as she came again, her inner walls milking him dry.
They collapsed onto the bed, but their night was far from over.
Wang Li took her in various positions, each one more intense than the last. He had her on her back, her legs draped over his shoulders as he pounded into her.
He had her riding him, her breasts bouncing as she moved up and down his length. He took her against the wall, her cries of pleasure echoing through the chamber.
By the time dawn approached, Wang Li had climaxed inside Xia Qingwu dozens of times, leaving her thoroughly satisfied and exhausted. Her naked body lay sprawled on the bed with an expression of pure satisfaction, her eyes half-closed in a dreamy, contented haze.
Wang Li pulled her into his arms, holding her close. "Rest now, Qingwu," he whispered, pressing a kiss to her forehead. "You deserve it."
Xia Qingwu nodded weakly, a contented smile on her lips as she drifted off to sleep. Wang Li watched her for a moment, his heart swelling with love and satisfaction.
The wedding ceremony was over, and all the guests, including Lin Yun and his delegation, had returned to their respective residences.
A few peaceful days passed. The tranquility of the Three Peaks Alliance was suddenly disrupted when Wang Li received alarming news. The Iron Hammer Sect and the Blood Chain Sect had launched attacks on their Spirit Stone Mines and other ore mines.
Although these resources weren't crucial for the current power of the Three Peaks Alliance, they couldn't afford to let them fall into the hands of the demonic sects.
Wang Li gathered his key advisors to discuss the situation. "We can't act rashly," he said, pacing the room. "The Iron Hammer Sect and the Blood Chain Sect are likely trying to provoke us into a hasty response, hoping to exploit our reaction."
One of his advisors nodded. "We need to approach this strategically. A direct confrontation could be disastrous."
Wang Li agreed. "I'll inform Palace Mistress Jiu Lan of the Jade Lotus Palace sect. Her support will be invaluable in setting a trap for these demonic sects."
Wang Li sent a message to Jiu Lan, requesting a meeting. When she arrived, her beautiful face was serious, but her eyes sparkled with eagerness.
"Li, what do you need from us?" Jiu Lan asked, her voice filled with determination.
"We need the support of your disciples and elders to prepare a trap for the Iron Hammer Sect and the Blood Chain Sect," Wang Li explained. "Their attacks on our mines cannot go unanswered, but we must be smart about our retaliation."
Jiu Lan nodded. "Consider it done. Our sect will stand with you, Wang Li. We will ensure those demonic sects pay for their audacity."
As the news of the attacks spread, it reached the ears of the Lin Clan's branch. Lin Yun, eager to establish his influence, quickly sent a letter to the Wang Family. The letter arrived promptly, and Wang Li read it with a mix of curiosity and growing anger.
In the letter, Lin Yun offered his support, stating that he would send experts from his clan to help deal with the demonic sects. However, there was a condition attached: he wanted to marry Wang Xiangyi, Wang Li's beautiful cousin.
Jiu Lan nodded, her eyes gleaming with determination. "Our disciples and elders are ready. We've also placed several concealment arrays to ensure they won't detect our presence until it's too late."
Xia Bingling, the voluptuous Matriarch of the Xia Family and another of Wang Li's secret mistresses, added, "We'll position our forces at the cardinal points. When the arrays are activated, we'll launch a coordinated attack."
Over the next week, Wang Li and his allies worked tirelessly to set the trap. They lured large groups of the Iron Hammer Sect and the Blood Chain Sect to the designated location without letting the demonic sects realize they were walking into a trap. On the day of the ambush, Wang Li's forces were in position, hidden by the concealment arrays.
The demonic sects arrived, their leaders confident and unaware. As soon as they stepped into the designated area, the Eight Trigrams Convergence Array activated. The ground shimmered, and the air thickened with a sense of foreboding. The enemies found themselves in a confusing labyrinth, unable to find their way out.
"What is this?" one of the Blood Chain Sect elders shouted, his voice tinged with panic. "We've been trapped!"
"Stay calm!" barked an Iron Hammer Sect leader. "Find a way out!"
But before they could organize, the Heavenly Net Array activated. A shimmering net of spiritual energy descended, immobilizing the demonic sect members. Panic set in as they struggled against the restraints.
"Now!" Wang Li commanded.
The forces of the Wang, Song, and Xia Families, along with the Jade Lotus Palace disciples and elders, launched their attack. The air filled with the sounds of battle as swords clashed and spells were cast. Although some of the demonic sect elders brought Blood Fiends, creatures made from the blood of desolate beasts with intense bloodlines, they were only at the Nascent Soul Realm.
The combined might of Wang Li's forces handled them effectively.
Jiu Lan and her disciples fought valiantly, their elegant forms moving gracefully in battle. Xia Bingling and the elders of the Xia Family unleashed powerful techniques, cutting down the enemies with precision. The members of the Wang Family, led by Wang Li, fought fiercely, their coordination and discipline shining through.
After hours of intense fighting, the demonic sect forces were overwhelmed. Wang Li's trap had worked perfectly, capturing a significant portion of their enemies. Although they failed to entrap the sect leaders, the victory was decisive.
The next day, Wang Li took advantage of the momentum and led his forces to reconquer the Spirit Stone Mines, Ore Mines, and herbal gardens that the demonic sects had captured. The demonic forces, already weakened from the previous battle, couldn't mount a significant defense.
Wang Li stood atop a hill, overlooking the reclaimed mines, a satisfied smile on his face. "We did it," he said to Xia Bingling, who stood beside him.
"Indeed," she replied, her eyes filled with admiration. "Your strategy was brilliant, Li."
Wang Li then composed a letter to the Lin Clan. He thanked Lin Yun for his offer of assistance but stated that the issue had been resolved and he wouldn't be taking up the offer. He also mentioned that he wouldn't be discussing any marriage matter involving his cousin Wang Xiangyi.
When Lin Yun received the letter, he was furious. He clenched his fists, crumpling the letter as he read Wang Li's words. "That lowly Patriarch dares to reject my offer?" he snarled. "He thinks he can keep Wang Xiangyi from me?"
Lin Yun paced his study, his mind racing with anger and determination. "I won't give up. Wang Xiangyi will be mine, with or without Wang Li's consent."
He began to devise a new plan, one that would ensure he got what he wanted. The rejection only fueled his resolve, and he was more determined than ever to claim Wang Xiangyi for himself.
