After Louis received Langdon's report, he put down the communicator and turned on the monitor.

He was the one who asked Langdon to send the signal, and he was also the one ordered to withdraw it. He subconsciously didn't want Xi Ning to return to the Federation.

Why should he give such a treasure to that stupid goose of the Federation. So what if it was worth fifty million? Even if he was a pirate, he didn’t want to sell everything, let alone such a little mermaid.

Louis watched Xi Ning eating in small bites on the screen. The more he watched, the more he liked it. He couldn't help but want to get up and left the room to go and see him.
