"Do you dare to fight me, you little dwarves?"

(Hmmm, never thought I'd see the day I'd be called a "dwarf". But still, the Dungeon Boss has a personality? Is it the same as the Dungeon Boss in the A-class dungeon? Does it not remember fighting against Admiral Galara?)

The Hihiirokane Golem that called itself Gordino, had a personality, but didn't have the memory of fighting Admiral Galara.

I wondered if every time a Dungeon Boss appeared, it would be generated with no memories.

That way, even if we used the same strategy, the Dungeon Boss wouldn't be able to handle it.

""...""

The moment Gordino spoke up, the four Golems began to move.

Admiral Galara had told me that would happen too.

The Boss fight wasn't always one on one.

And just because there were multiple enemies didn't mean they would all attack at once.

The Dungeon Boss battle seemed to suddenly attack at the same time.

"Let's get the hell out of here. Run to the corridor on your left!"

"What? You're suddenly running away!? You cowards!"

I had thought that even an inorganic Golem would be surprised.

""Oh, wow!""

I screamed and started to run away from the Golems.

The leader of the four parties was Prince Zew.

However, I was the one shouting the orders.

It was because I was used to Boss raids.

The thought of negotiating with multiple party leaders, making a strategy, and leading to victory in a probable manner only came to the other's mind except for mine only over the course of the last five days.

I, who had planned everything, was responsible for directing the whole operation like deciding the protrity of a target, when to retreat or attack and things like that.

But I couldn't direct everyone.

I only gave general command, and the party leaders of the respective party managed the movements within the party.

Everyone started to run away as soon as I shouted that.

I had lent B-rank Birds to anyone who needed or wanted them.

But many, like Doberg, had a fighting style that had been cultivated over the years.

Those who were more comfortable fighting on their own two feet decided not to get on B-rank Birds.

Merle, Admiral Galara's party and I stayed back to protect the retreating ones.

"Let's go! You guys!"

Admiral Galara shouted.

Then 15 Golems appeared, including Merle's.

All of them were 100-meter tall Titan Golems.

"Hou. There are those who have the Hihiirokane Golem?"

I had given Admiral Galara Basic Stone Slabs and other Special Slabs that we had obtained from the Silver Chests that Iron Golems dropped.

Those Stone Slabs were of Hihiirokane Golem.

[Name] Guerarapa

[Pilot] Galara

[Rank] Hihiirokane

[Strength] 25000 + 2400

[Mana] 25,000 + 2400

[Attack] 25000 + 2400

[Endurance] 25000 + 2400

[Agility] 25000

[Intelligence] 25,000 +2400

[Luck] 25000

{TLN: From here on out, Hihiirokane Golem will refer to Admiral Galara's Golem, not the Dungeon Boss. Dungeon Boss will be referred to as Gordino.}

Admiral Galara had shown me his Magic Board and I had recorded the Hihiirokane Golem's status in my Grimoire.

The bare stats of Bronze Golem was 1000, Iron Golem's was 1500, and Mithril Golem's was 3000.

The Hihiirokane Golem's bare stats was 5000.

Thanks to that, the Titan Hihiirokane Golem had 25,000 all stats.

And Admiral Galara's Talent [Magic Rock King] increased the Golem's status even further.

The Golems, led by Gordino, attacked Admiral Galara, Merle, and the dwarves' Titan Golems.

"Gua!"

"Berluka, are you okay!?"

"Yes, Admiral!"

An arm of a single dwarf riding a Mithril Golem was severely damaged by the Bronze Guardian Golem's drill punches.

"Admiral Galara, you go ahead and help Orochi retreat!"

"Aah!"

"Oh!"

With one arm shattered at the base, Berluka, the pilot of the Mithril Golem, hurriedly refit the Mithril Stone Slab in his Magic Board.

I had given the Golem-using dwarves a large number of Mithril Stone Slabs, which we had gotten after losing the lottery in our Treasure Chests.

The number of those outlier lotteries exceeded 1,000.

I was going to collect them from the dwarves after the raid was over, but I had told them that they may use them as much as they wished during the fight.

Even if the Golem itself was destroyed and the Stone Slabs became useless, they could use their <Repair> skill, so we didn't have to worry about Golems being destroyed a little.

Then, Admiral Galara, in his Hihiirokane Golem, stepped forward to take the brunt of the Bronze Golem's attack, but he didn't seem to be able to completely defend against it.

Although not destroyed, the Hihiirokane Golem was damaged.

(I still can't believe the rate of wear and tear. The other dwarves are falling apart.)

I was keeping track of the battle until then.

Dwarven Golems were suitable for tank roles that were used to getting damaged.

I had also summoned my summons for support, but our defense was still lacking.

"I'm sorry, but I don't think we can stand it. Everyone, 'Combine' please!"

Everyone who was steadily retreating while the dwarves were buying time was part of the plan.

But, as expected, even Admiral Galara's Hihiirokane Golem, which had become a Titan, seemed unable to withstand the Bronze Golem's attacks.

So I asked them to 'Combine'.

"Ah? Is it okay? Using it at the very beginning?"

"I don't care! It's our first fight! Let's fight this the surefire way!"

"Okay! All right! You guys 'Combine'! Hey, Merle! You, come here! Be my right hand!"

''"Yes, Admiral!"''

The 14 Mithril Golems and 1 Hihiirokane Golem started glowing.

Then, just as the light was about to go out, 3 Gigantic Golems descended.

All of the Golem soldiers' Extra Skills were 'Combine'.

Only Golems of the same size could combine with each other.

Each of the Gigantic Golem's chest crystal held 5 dwarves, each glaring at the enemies in front of them.

"Yaaaa! You guys, don't get carried away!"

(Ahhh! This is a man's romance!)

I looked at the Megazord with sparkling eyes.

It was about one and a half times the size of the Titan Golem, reaching a total length of 150 meters.

Their status also increased by that much.

Using 'Combine' increased the Golem's stats by another 10,000 or so.

Since Admiral Galara's Golem was of Hihiirokane rank, that Gigantic Golem had even higher stats.

The Gigantic Golem piloted by Admiral Galara, whose body torso part was made of the Hihiirokane, lifted the Bronze Golem up with both hands.

Then, with enough force to shatter the scaffolding, threw it towards the Iron Golem.

The Gigantic Golem threw the Bronze Golem as hard as it could.

"We are on the right track! Go, Mithril Golem!"

Gordino gave instruction to Mithril Golem.

The Mithril Golem that was floating in midair transformed, started attacking.

"Rocanel, you're up. Don't miss a single shot."

""...""

5 A-rank Stones appeared silently.

Metal balls started appearing in midair and continued to absorb the Mithril Golem's long-range attacks incessantly.

Most of the Mithril Golem's long-range attacks were absorbed by the A-rank Stone.

Then two A-rank Stones reached their limit with cracks all over their bodies.

If they absorbed any more, they would collapse.

"Enough! Return it!"

The 2 A-rank Stones used their awakening skill [Convergent Bombardment].

The Mithril Golem was greatly shattered by the [Convergent Bombardment] and fell to the ground.

"You have defeated 1 Mithril Golem. You have acquired 800,000,000 (million) Experience."

Two [Convergent Bombardment] took down the Mithril Golem.

"Hmm. You think you've won? Iron, Use [Repair]!"

(Each one of its lines sounds villainous.)

"[Repair]"

The Iron Golem used its skill and the shattered Mithril Golem got repaired at once.

"Everyone has managed to escape into the corridor. We don't have much time, so let's flee into the passage with Admiral Galara's Gigantic Golem at the tail end!"

The Golem soldier's Extra Skill 'Combine' had a time limit of 1 hour.

After 1 hour, the Golems would separate and would be able to recombine for 1 day.

The time limit of the Gigantic Golem was another reason why I set the time for the Dungeon Boss attack to be 1 hour.

(Okay, you're needlessly increasing the difficulty because of these two Revivers. They would've probably even revived Gordino.)

The 3 Gigantic Golems with large strides fled into the corridor.

The corridor was reasonably wide, but with just 1 Gigantic Golem, there wasn't enough room for the enemy Golems to get around.

Thanks to that, the Golems, led by Gordino, had to enter the corridor in a single file.

However, the ceiling was quite high, so the Mithril Golem bombed us with long-range attacks, making A-rank Stones shoot it down regularly.

"You've lost the will to fight and fled to this place? It will be a great pleasure to crush you frightened people!"

Gordino provoked us.

Approaching Admiral Galara was the Bronze Golem that excelled in close combat.

After it was Gordino, the Spear Iron Golem, and then the Shield Iron Golem.

We were a fair distance from the Iron Golem, making it impossible to attack it.

(Hmmm...they came in with this formation. I would have preferred the Iron Golems to be spread out if possible. Well, I guess we can go.)

The Bronze Golem's [Attack] was about the same as Admiral Galara's Gigantic Golem.

The two sides fought back and forth, repeatedly attacking and defending.

Everyone who could, used long-range magic to help.

"Merus, are we ready to go?"

"Yeah, I'm done attributing and setting up the Nest."

I checked on Merus as he came back to me.

The return of Merus was the signal that the Golems were completely in the corridor, his [Attribute Enhancement] was finished, and the "Nest" had been set up.

"All right, it's time to attack. Let's go, everyone! [Homing Instinct]!"

"Huh?"

In the midst of all that, I used A-rank Bird's awakening skill <Homing Instinct>.

"It's sandwiched now!"

""Oohhh!""

A Gigantic Golem approached the rearmost Iron Golem, which was completely in the corridor.

Admiral Galara shouted loudly to encourage everyone.

Allen and his group's battle against the Dungeon Boss continued.
