Luck protested when he heard Rosen and Fabre would stay at the Spirit Paradise.
"But we were always together! Why are you doing this?! Explain already!!"
'Luck… There's something we have to do here in the Spirit Paradise.'
Fabre's ears were folded down, in shock at Luck's words. He really acted like a child sometimes.
(The gods of this world never give miracles for free after all. But I guess it was strange to keep traveling around with a god in the first place. Does this mean I won't get the Spirit King's Blessing anymore?)
Rosen had become a Spirit God thanks to the veneration from elves.
Fabre became a Spirit King thanks to the veneration from dark elves, and then became a Spirit God from the ghosts Allen hunted in the divine realm.
Everyone had to give up something of value in exchange for a miracle.
There was a country with little produce that asked the God of Harvest Mormor for a miracle, who responded by making them abundant but only with Mormo Fruits.
There was Makris too, who was a prince turned Sacred Beast by Aqua.
Now Allen had defeated a Spirit Beast with the power of Spirit Gods, which would account as a large price paid in exchange for the survival of elves and dark elves.
(I even had to die once. I guess Formar did too. Just how narrow was that victory?)
Allen felt like Rosen had been acting weird ever since they arrived there, with how he apologized to the Great Spirit God, and that was denied.
Now Allen looked at Rosen, who was looking at Sophie. After a bit, she nodded.
"Luck, you shouldn't say things like that. I'm sure this isn't easy for Lady Fabre either."
"Huh? But…"
"Gods should be with Gods, and people should be with people."
"I know, but why didn't they tell us earlier?"
Everyone was looking at Luck, but Sophie would be the one dealing with him.
(I wonder how much of this was planned beforehand. This reminds me, the hero said something about wanting to see the Skills I got. Maybe Rosen already foresaw this too. So it's been planned since back then.)
Allen recalled something that happened when he was in the Academy.
Back then Helmios had heard about Allen from Rosen, who was still a Spirit King.
Thanks to that they ended up working together and defeated the Demon General Razel.
Then Rosen stopped a fight from happening when Kyubel appeared, while continuing to help with clearing the S Rank Dungeon and fighting other Demon Generals.
The power of Rosen had made sure they could win all those fights.
But Allen never knew why Rosen had followed Sophie everywhere, but maybe he would get an answer now.
"Rosen, I would appreciate it if you could give us your power before the Great Spirit God changes his mind."
First he asked for power for Sophie and Luck.
As Allen tried to continue the process, Luck decided to stop his tantrum.
'Of course. Fabre, let's begin.'
'...Alright.'
Rosen and Fabre floated into the air and began shaking their hips on top of Luck and Sophie.
Particles of light began to rain on top of them, as if blessing their future.
(That's the Spirit King's Blessing. Sophie's crying too. I see, so he was leading us here the entire time, fighting alone in his own way.)
He had been there since the fight with Razel, guiding them to the S Rank Dungeon, the Evil Cult, and even the bottom of the ocean. Rosen's Spirit King's Blessing had saved them many times, and even now continued to rain on Sophie.
Luck had not been the only one with strong emotions about this, and Sophie was also crying.
"Me too, Luck. Take it."
"Okay."
A black swamp appeared below Luck, and a slimy substance covered him as he cried.
(That looks almost gross compared to Sophie.)
"What happened, Allen? Did we get to Extra Mode?"
"Yeah, you did. Sophie too."
Allen checked the Grimoire and saw that Sophie and Luck could gain Experience again.
They had both reached Extra Mode.
'Hahah, now you get the Divine Artifact too. Take the Spirit King's Staff.'
'And my Divine Artifact is the Spirit King's Gemstone. Work hard, I'll be watching you from here.'
'Okay.'
Rosen and Fabre focused their Divine Power to produce Divine Artifacts.
Sophie received a wooden staff with a majestic appearance, and Luck an elongated gemstone with a pitch black blade attached to it.
'I believe I also should give you a reward for completing the tasks I gave you. I hope you won't mind?'
(Oh? I'll take as many rewards as I can get.)
The Great Spirit God Easley also wanted to give them some sort of reward.
'Huh? Yes, of course. That was quite a hard trial to overcome, so knowing what reward it provided will also make my job easier…'
Lupto had to write a report on everything that happened, so knowing that would help her finish faster. Though she still looked distraught thinking of everything she had to do.
'Alright, Sophie, Luck, I'll give you each 1 Divine Technique.'
"Thank you very much."
"What, you're actually really generous!!"
"Luck!"
The Great Spirit God's horns began to glow and the light moved to Sophie and Luck, while Sophie reprimanded Luck to act more respectfully.

(Well, it all paid off in the end. Sophie and Luck are crazy strong now. Though I guess Formar is even stronger, since he has two Divine Artifacts.)
Allen looked over Sophie and Luck's stats. Since they both had a (Large) Blessing, all their stats increased by 10000. They also started at Level 60 just like Formar.
For some reason that was different from Dogora and Shea, who started from Level 1.
Their Skills to manifest spirits did not start with [True], and now they could go above Level 60.
The Skills [Spirit King's Blessing] and [Spirit King's Barrier] had been upgraded to [Spirit God's Blessing] and [Spirit God's Barrier].
Then the Great Spirit God had given them the Divine Techniques [Mystic Lake] and [Spiritual Curse], which Allen would need to test out later.
"I don't have the words to express my gratitude for all the power you three have given us."
'Allen, it's a God's duty to repay whoever overcomes a major trial like you have. There's no need to thank us.'
Allen's eyes were still glued to the gem on the Mirror of Truth, but he seemed to be satisfied with the new insight he gained about his adventures so far.
"I'll also be looking forward to the moment when the Sacred Tree Seed sprouts."
Allen also wanted to obtain his Grass S summon as soon as possible.
'Hahah. Me and Fabre made it grow as much as we could inside the Spirit Beast, but I guess you defeated it too quickly.'
While Allen fought the Spirit Beast, Rosen and Fabre had been trying to turn its power into the Sacred Tree Seed.
'Yes, we're looking forward to it too.'
Fabre said that as she picked up the large green orb, before starting to glow purple as she floated up to Allen's height.
"We really obtained some incredible power. Do you believe this will be enough though?"
Allen wanted to verify if his hunch was correct.
'Allen… I don't think you should stop your quest. Go and gain more power.'
(I see, so it's still not enough.)
Rosen clung onto the Sacred Tree Seed from the opposite side, using his Divine Power to make it glow green.
"Fabre, I'll come back to hang out when we defeat the Demon King."
'Alright. Take good care of yourself and the dark elves for me.'
"Don't push yourself too hard either, Lord Rosen. I promise I'll accomplish my duty as the elven princess."
'Hahah. I know I can always count on you.'
Rosen laughed like he always did, and then fell asleep.
Everything seemed to have settled down, but there was one girl who was about to burst with anger.
"Hey, why is everyone except me getting stronger! I also worked hard, why am I the only one getting nothing!!"
All the rewards had been given out, and Cecile did not seem satisfied with them.
First Kurena and Dogora, then Sophie and Luck, and even Formar had gotten stronger.
But Cecile felt like she was being left behind in Normal Mode.
(I won't make any compromises. Rosen said I need more power after all.)
Allen took a deep breath, then began cracking his knuckles.
"Right, I guess we'll have to head to the God of Magic Isiris next for Cecile. I can't wait!!"
Allen stared into the distance, his eyes full of ambition.
But hearing that made the First Angel Lupto explode with anger.
'What are you scheming now?! Are you trying to continue messing up the divine realm?! Do you even understand what you're doing!!'
Lupto screamed above the crumbled mountain and the newly formed lake, making all of Allen's friends grimace.
And so Allen's adventure in the Spirit Paradise came to an end, and he embarked on a new journey.
