Chapter 77 - 74: Countdown-2

Xiao Yun's hands were still trembling uncontrollably, Yeon Jun next to her side look at her expression in worry and wipes Xiao Yun's cold sweat with his handkerchief carefully.

Xiao Yun suddenly remembers something and look around her searching for her bag. Unable to find her bad, Xiao Yun realized that she left her bag at Yeon Jun's house and turns her face at Yeon Jun, asking, " Yeon Jun, can I borrow your phone? I need to call my parents."

Quickly Yeon Jun gave his phone to Xiao Yun. Xiao Yun receives the phone from Yeon Jun and opened his phone in a hurry. She notices Yeon Jun's phone was locked and asked once again " What's the password? "

Yeon Jun hesitate for a moment before he answers, " 1804"

As soon as she opened his phone, Xiao Yun calls for Mr. and Mrs. Yu and explain the situation with tears. Mrs. Yu broke down from the news and fainted while Mr. Yu stumble back to his chair with a dark expression. 

Knowing that he couldn't possibly lose his composure Mr. Yu answered, " Xiao Yun, don't worry, we will go to Korea tonight, calm down."

Xiao Yun nods desperately, wiping her tears away and answered, " Dad, please come fast."

Beside her, Yeon Jun knits his brows, his heartfelt aching whenever he sees her tears flowing down from her eyes. But he couldn't do anything other than caressing her head softly, comforting her sorrowful cries. 

In front of the car, Zheng Xi Shi looks at them with a bright expression, thinking, ' It seems, the plan that Chengye said worked better than I thought.'

At the police station, Xiao Yun wasn't able to do anything because of the language barrier and stood next to Yeon Jun's side who was handling everything. 

Time passes faster than they thought- While Yeon Jun and Xiao Yun wait for Mr. and Mrs. Yu, at early morning, Mr. and Mrs. Yu went to the police station as soon as they arrived in Korea. After a small heart-touching reunion, they continue to handle Xing Fu's case. With the help of Yeon Jun, they were able to get a hold on a promising lawyer.

Xiao Yun and her parents gratefully thank Yeon Jun for helping them with tears on their eyes. 

Mr. Yu, " Mr. Choi, thank you very much, without your help, we wouldn't know what to do now."

Yeon Jun shakes his head, " No, Mr. and Mrs. Yu, I hope Mr. Xing Fu's case would end without any jail time. I believe he is also innocent, let's wait for the police to match his fingerprint with the evidence so we would get concrete evidence to release him. "

Xiao Yun holds Yeon Jun's hand and thanked him once again, " Yeon Jun, really, thank you very much, I-I'm really grateful for your help."

Looking at Xiao Yun's eyes that glimmer only to him, a sense of possessiveness grew in his heart. 'Just like this look only at me.' 

After bidding their goodbye, Xiao Yun and her parents went inside the car to go back to the hotel. Yeon Jun look at Xiao Yun who was about to leave, raises his hand and hesitantly call Xiao Yun's name.

Yeon Jun, " Xiao Yu-"

Xiao Yun turned her head toward Yeon Jun and asked, " Yes?"

Yeon Jun scratches his head, he didn't expect Xiao Yun to actually hear his mumbling and answer, " Do you want to go with me and eat something? "

Mr. Yu and Mrs. Yu sense the affection in Yeon Jun voice as he call Xiao Yun. From a while back, they had seen the way Yeon Jun look at Xiao Yun and knew that Yeon Jun thought of their daughter more than only a friend. Although in their hearts they still hope Xiao Yun to choose Li Lei, they knew that no one could force her to love him, and thought perhaps this way, Xiao Yun could walk forward from her sadness.

Mrs. Yu thought for a moment before she speaks towards Xiao Yun,  " Xiao Yun, you didn't eat yet, right? Mom and dad would go to visit uncle Chen's house and also ask help from him, meanwhile, why don't you go eat breakfast with Yeon Jun? You haven't eaten anything since yesterday right?"

Xiao Yun looks at her mom and lifts her brow with ' What are you saying ' written all over her face. Mrs. Yu shrugged her shoulder and push her out of the car with a smile.

Xiao Yun stumbles toward Yeon Jun and glances at her mom, saying " Mom? "

Mrs. Yu waves her hand toward both Xiao Yun and Yeon Jun, saying " You guys go and have a nice date, alright? See you later! " Quickly after Mrs. Yu finishes her sentence, the car drive toward its destination.

Xiao Yun looks at the car that gradually fades and slaps her forehead while sighing. She looks at Yeon Jun awkwardly and smiled, " Let's go? "

Yeon Jun chuckles lightly and lead her, saying, " Let's go. "
