It was full of butter.

It smelled like garlic and a little pepper.

After removing the white innards from the red ripe skin, the buttery scent becomes darker. It also smells of butter in broccoli, crispy onions and yellow paprika.

"You don't have to use this much butter."

Veronica opens her eyes wide as she hears you peel it aside.

"Did you think I'd tell you?"

Eila nods her head and puts a slice of well-baked lobster in her mouth. The white bead ornament of the monk, which has been fixed with its long head raised, shimmers.

"If you hear a lot of butter for the first time in three days, the listener gets excited. At least it's nice to meet you, introduce yourself, or something."

"It's better to say the first thing in three days than to say you're rude."

Five days since I came to Alan's house, three days since I met Veronica.

So, to be precise, Veronica smiled at Eila for the first time in five days and asked.

"Sorry. Did you feel bad?"

"Just because you have no manners doesn't mean you feel bad. Do as you please."

Even though Veronica was the Grand Marquis's granddaughter, Veronica did not know that it was rude of her to talk back to someone older than herself, who had no identity or title. So I asked Eila for permission to talk to me, too. Eila didn't answer, and Veronica only took it as permission.

"It's because I grew up with my grandfather. Sorry."

He was a spicy horse, not a short one behind, but Veronica always explained why.

After all, Eila nods one more time because she was right to say so. After that, he shoved the white onion, which was not fully cooked, and ate the broccoli next to him.

Veronica opens her mouth, watching Aelle like that.

"Why are you hiding here?"

Callian was indiscreet, and Alan was busy.

Thanks to this, I was unable to explain to Veronica why someone was at Allen's house, leaving Eila in an empty house. To be precise, Veronica should not have thought about going to Alan's house to live with Rachel.

The second night Eila was well on her own, both of them will not know how surprised Veronica was when she came to Alan's house. Of course, it's not only the fact that Eila faced Veronica and put the dagger behind her back silently, but also Veronica doesn't know.

"I have a situation."

Eila answered briefly, unable to say that she had fled the country next door. Veronica nods again, though that was never a kind word.

"Are you a knife man?"

"Why do you think that is?"

"I don't think he's a wizard."

"I thought I'd ask you first if you were Marquis Manasil's lover, but here's something unusual."

"Grandpa doesn't forget how old he is."

"Just because you're not a wizard, you're not necessarily a knife man."

"I know, but people who come to Grandpa's house usually use one or two of them."

Of course, it was Prince Kalian who used them both.

Having looked at Veronica for a moment, Eila picks up one more thing from the white lobster.

"Knife, three princes."

"I knew it, I knew it."

Veronica gives you a happy look at the fact that you were right.

"Hello. I'm Veronica. I want to be a drug addict, not a sword or magic. His hair and speech are like his grandfather's because he resembles his mother, and the rest are like his father's."

After a brief glimpse of Veronica like that, Eila lowers her fork and grabs her hand.

"I'll tell you the name later. Nice to meet you, too."

Veronica stood up after a strange sequence of conversations that began with a lot of butter and ended with a handshake.

"I have to be on my way. I'll be back tomorrow. Do you want something to eat? I'll do it."

"· · · · · · · Caverns."

Eating seafood looks natural, but what I want is a raw cave.

"I wonder if there's a place where the Kaiisis don't like their seafood that much. I'll look for him tomorrow."

You hear a cheerful sound outside the door, thinking you're a Siegfried Duke if you like seafood and have a relationship with Calian.

- Welcome to the home of Archmage Alan Manasil!

After facing the adorable statue outside the door, Eila frowns for a moment.

Someone comes in shortly, with the sound of the door opening and closing. He then lowers his head slightly to Veronica, who waves his hands.

A hair that resembles Eila's eyes but is lighter in color.

It was Kiri.

"Get up."

Kyrie opens her mouth, staring at Eila for a moment with a face that is hard to understand.

"The prince is looking for you."

And so, I've been telling them that I won't have anything to eat for a while.

* * *

After Evan's death, the afterstorm subsides somewhat.

Measures and prompt action against those who deserved to be punished were concluded and there was a massive movement of greetings.

So maybe it's time to give him a prize.

For the safety of the palace, you were given a holiday to the Balkan Wizards who stood by their tactics and spent nearly a month in suspense. Of course, I couldn't let them all rest at once, so I let them rest for a full day while I was going around.

That was the beginning.

"I am the head of the association."

If you don't have anything to do, you can just go to sleep. The wizards who forgot how to rest came out of the house and gathered. As we were discussing how Arsen broke the sword even with a squeeze of sparkling water, Arsen came home from work after a day of work because it was not yet a holiday date.

Arsen was delighted to meet his subordinate wizards who he didn't expect to see for a few days, and refused to drink carbonated water and offered to drink beer alone. Then, while drinking just two beers, he explained how he broke the sword and got up neatly.

As I walked back home, I saw a happy purple head.

- Boy, that's good.

- Is something wrong?

I was hoping to see the late Marquis Manasil for a gift from Riverne, but he seemed busy. I have something to tell you about Prince Kalian, so if you have a minute, we can talk and go.

- Yes, sir.

That's why they sat down on the terrace of the bar that was perfect for talking. You express the silent to prevent others from stealing and listening, and only let Arsen drink up to two beers to keep him sober.

"Prince Kalian said he wouldn't have to be the boss of the Information Organization anytime soon. The Association Wizards who were wasted for nothing. Now I think we can do something else."

"Yes."

"And I sent over some magic supplies from Riverne made of thick crystals, which I believe are for communication purposes. I've never seen anything quite right before, but that explains it. So, Marquis Manasil, if you have a moment, please tell him I'll see him."

"Ahh · · · · · · · · · · ·."

However, it seems that Arsen's reaction is still strange.

Arsen smiles and opens his mouth, looking at you, wondering if the alcohol might be getting weaker.

"Me, Chairman of the Association. I was actually on my way back from two drinks earlier. I thought you'd be okay after a few drinks, Councilman."

"· · · · · · · Dammit."

From Arsen, who talked, delivered horses, and drank four glasses of Nabal, a little rough talk came out of Euria's mouth that was busy guarding the fries.

"But what about chicks? Commander Zeia said you only need 20 days to wake the chick, Councilman."

"Oh, he's dead. I'm not gonna wake up."

"My dearly beloved chairman. If you say you make chicks and eat them, you're sad, Councilman."

Arsen touches the table.

A sudden, icy cane extends out and touches the distant fry dish.

I froze.

"· · · · · · · · · No."

After picking up the potatoes and putting them back down, Uriah sips a glass of a decent quality basilica. He then said, placing the egg on the table that was spread from the bag to the magic of shock relief.

"I just have to eat it now. That's better."

Arsen quickly takes the egg, explaining how he understood it.

"No, Chairman of the Association. Poor eggs."

"I feel sorry for those fries and the four beers in your belly."

I can't eat like that. We're squawking around taking eggs from each other.

- A kiss!

I was incontinent on a white egg.

The two wizards' movements stopped momentarily.

- Kiss it, kiss it!

Whether you do or not, you have gold again.

Arsen looks up at Euria with his eyes wide open.

"No way."

Did he really wake up when words were hovering in Uriah's mouth?

- Positive!

A little louder.

Soon thereafter, something small pops out of the eggshell.

Black eyes, still wet but soft yellow fur.

And a blunt beak.

"Hmm."

· · · · · · Blunt beak?

"Duck?"

"Peep!"

A cute little duckling looks at Arsen.

A wizard with blue hair who can't tell the difference between a duck egg and an egg opens his mouth with a fabulous smile at the wizard who can't tell the difference between a duck egg and an egg.

"This is a duck I give you, Chairman."

Then, bang, head down on the table and fall asleep.

* * *

I said no peas.

I'm glad he didn't, but he laughed.

'I didn't mean it like that, so don't worry.'

Moreover, the horse was blurry.

He can't lie.

'If it's bigger, I'll tell you. Stop asking questions.'

So no matter what you ask me my name, I keep saying the same thing. I don't know how much older I'll tell you, but I won't tell you.

Then I remembered I'm her brother.

So I was annoyed.

"Thought."

You hear a small voice behind you.

- Ta-da!

Plants quickly turns around and picks up two incoming swords from the tip of his voice.

"You mustn't think in the sword."

"· · · · · · · · I know."

Plants grabs his sword again, which I didn't even know I was thinking about.

Should I sneak down and steal that ring after the fight when he washes up? So I was wondering if I could ask the bird with the purple eyes what the name means.

I'm not saying I don't know what I shouldn't think.

- Kaga River!

Soon the two swords once again swarmed in front of Plants' eyes. Plants raises his sword in both hands to stop the attack, then pulls out the sword in his right hand and plunges it out.

- Ka-ang!

Of course, a powerful strike sounds from a blocked sword. Plants frowns slightly as he hears the sound of a crowded day.

I wonder what it was.

Don't think about it like that. It's been taking care of him for a month.

- Ka-ang!

Your left hand is numb, blocking the swinging sword.

The sword in your right hand reaches out again without a care to feel it, stopping the attack from being plunged down from above.

Soon, the sword in Plants' left hand was aiming for Calian's neck. Another of Calian's swords, which took it out, points toward Plants at the same speed as light.

- Kaga River!

"· · · · · · · · Brother."

Calian stops silently as he looks at Plants, his sword swooping to his doorstep.

"If you think about it, you'll die. That's what I said."

"And you."

"He's not dead. I am."

Kalyan bites one of his feet, roughly answering Plants, who is still curious about what happened during the battle with Evan.

"I haven't heard back from King Cechrystia yet. I don't know what's going on inside, but Prince Chase isn't looking for anything else. If you're thinking of something else, please do it that way. It's not just my job. If you have any questions, you should ask about your brother's work, not me."

The dark red sword in Calian's hands fades.

"Oh, I don't mean your name. I won't tell you until you're bigger."

"Bark."

According to Plants, Calian smiles deeply outside the training hall for a moment. Suddenly, a dark moon shined in the sky.

"The bird I found a few days ago will be here soon. I'm going to be in charge of finding out about old people for a while, and if I get any clues about Xeon, I'm going to take over my eyes and ears instead of the chairman of the association. The Marquis of Brissen will be quiet for a while, but he's probably trying to get in touch with Randall, so we need to keep an eye on him. He knows his place won't be solid as long as he's there."

Plants frowns slightly as he listens.

Calian's words continue, whether you like it or not.

"You can practice the swordsmanship I gave you through Kiri, and I've asked you to practice the magic. If you're busy, you can practice it through Sir Hertz." "

"You."

"Yes."

Plants nods, looking into Calian's eyes for a moment. It was because I realized what else I was thinking and what I was asking for later.

"When are you going?"

"Around tomorrow."

"When is he coming?"

"Ten days, maybe a full day, in the long run. It seems Elf Village has to go to Duke Siegfried for three or four more days, and it will take me about that long to meet Mother's Tree and make some threats."

I was feeling better, so I thought I'd go where the Elves are and build a fence. Let go of the Devil's hand, and see if you can find a connection to Xeon.

"I didn't tell you, so please keep your eyes open. You don't care about Randall anyway, but if you ask me, I'm also with Randall."

After a long look at Khalian again, Plants nods softly.

"Got it."

Trying to figure out what to pack for a full day out, and what to leave Lucy and Anne with.
