Chapter 131: Wanwan (End)

He got stronger. Dawn thought.

Of course, the reason why Dawn kept the wolf was to let it become stronger.

However, to think that it would cost him a strong and loyal goblin.

Life works in so many ways that even Dawn couldn't figure it out.

"I guess it was just bad for you to meet me again." Dawn said as he prepared himself.

Just because this wolf was indeed Wanwan, it doesn't mean anything for Dawn.

If this wolf were threatening his goblins, Dawn's answer would still be the same.

And that was he would kill this wolf.

He would kill...Wanwan.

"Back off!" Dawn shouted as he jumped off from the tree.

He meant to say that to his goblins, who were still fighting the wolf.

Of course, Dawn's voice was loud, and the goblins were able to hear it loud and clear.

And that was why they all backed off as they made way for Dawn.

Dawn landed on the ground and immediately started to walk towards the big bad wolf.

Of course, Dawn was already using his Aura, and that was why one could see the light manifesting in his hands.

And that was also why the wolf noticed Dawn. It whipped its head towards Dawn's way.

And when it did, the wolf...Wanwan immediately recognized Dawn.

He recognized that this was the same goblin who took care of him back in the day.

"Wan!" Wanwan barked.

It was filled...with love. It was filled with happiness as Wanwan was able to reunite with Dawn.

After all, Wanwan was looking for Dawn ever since he was strong enough to stay in the forest.

He wanted to do the things that Dawn did for him while he was little.

Even though he was weak back in the day, Wanwan could confidently say that he is now strong.

After all, that was the truth.

He could even force a Viscount goblin to submission just with his fangs alone!

If Wanwan was taught how to fight more efficiently, there's no doubting his deadliness!

And that was why Wanwan knew that he would be able to help the goblin who helped him before.

"You still bark the same, huh?" Dawn said as he looked at Wanwan.

He then bent his knees as he prepared himself to jump.

He didn't want to let Wanwan feel the pain that he would do right now.

And that was why he immediately disappeared right after saying that.

And Wanwan was not able to see it at all as he was just happy.

He was happy that he could now live with this goblin once more.

And that was why he didn't even notice it.

His death that came for him by the hand of the goblin that he loved.

With a clean punch to the forehead, Wanwan's head fell down to the ground.

Tak! Dawn fell down to the ground after killing Wanwan.

"It was just bad for you to attack my goblins."

Dawn said as he looked at Wanwan's eyes that never lost their light.

There was only one reason why Dawn killed Wanwan even though he verified that it was Wanwan indeed.

And that was because Wanwan killed his goblins.

Even if Wanwan were a wolf that could be considered close to him, Dawn wouldn't let that go.

He was a king. And his people were attacked, destroyed, and killed by this wolf.

If he couldn't even deliver the punishment that was expected of a king, how dare he call himself one?

That was why it was just bad luck for Wanwan to kill his goblins.

If it were some other wolf that killed his goblins, Dawn would do the same.

And if it weren't Wanwan who did that, he would still be alive.

However, that was just how life works.

Even if Wanwan didn't know that the goblins that he killed were Dawn's subordinates, that was not an excuse.

Dawn wouldn't let him go just with that. 

Life was not fair, not even to the wolf.

In the end, the wolf was an attacker, and Dawn had to protect his goblins.

"Fair or not, this is how I roll."

Dawn said as he walked towards the goblins. His goblins were just there waiting for him.

Although they were worried about him, they didn't really think Dawn would lose.

Dawn was injured and was out for a whole day, but he was fine now.

However, Wanwan still had the injuries that he sustained during his battle against Razta and the others.

And those injuries were just critical and were so bad that it wouldn't be weird for him to die just because of that.

Dawn finishing off Wanwan was just simple enough to do.

At least, that's what the goblins thought.

"Clean it up." Dawn said as he looked at Razta.

He then disappeared after saying that.

Swosh!

He just moved so fast that it looked like he disappeared. And that was normal as not even one goblin was surprised by it.

"You heard the king! Clean the body up, and make the body be eatable!"

Razta said as he looked at the goblins. After he said that, he whipped his head left and right.

He was trying to find a blessed goblin who could lead these normal goblins.

And who he saw was Didi, who was just standing there with a smile.

After all, Dawn was back! And he was stronger than ever.

There's no way he would be unhappy with that.

Thud!

Razta dropped down to the ground after he saw Didi, and he walked towards him.

"Didi." Razta said.

Didi then whipped his head towards Razta. His smile was still there, and it was clear as day that his mood right now was the best.

"Can you lead the goblins here?"

"I'll go back to where I was staying from before."

Didi then spoke as he looked at Razta.

"Yeah. I can. I'll follow soon after we finish it."

When Didi said that, Razta just nodded his head as he also disappeared right on the spot.

However, before even Didi could whip his head back to the wolf who just died, he heard it.

DUDUDUDUDU!

Boom!

Thud!

Swosh!

He heard all sorts of sounds resounding out in this forest, but it was just normal.

After all, the disturbance was now gone after Dawn killed it.

It was just normal that the goblins would resume their march!

Dudududu!

"Graaa!" A goblin passed by Didi as he kept running.

However, that goblin soon disappeared in Didi's vision.

After all, the goblin's speed was fast.

"Garu!?" Another goblin passed by Didi as Didi just kept looking at the forest.

And that goblin soon disappeared on Didi's vision.

After all, it was the start of the march once more.

"Chweee!" A goblin's voice resounded out in this place.

However, it wasn't from the goblins who were passing by or something like that.

The voice was coming from the goblins who were at the back.

And it was calling for Didi, and that was why Didi turned his body around.

What he saw was a number of goblins and then...goblins who were carrying the body of the wolf.

After all, their job was to carry the body of the wolf with them to the village so that the goblins would have food.

Right, the fearsome wolf was to be turned into food.

Even Dawn ordered that one when he said to clean it up.

"Alright. Go!" Didi said as he ordered the goblins to join the marching goblins.

The goblins then disappeared! No, not really.

Although they were running, it looked like they were so slow.

Well, that was because of the wolf's weight that they have to carry.

"I guess I'll help them." Didi said as he walked towards the goblins. 

He then grabbed the tail as he shouted.

"Run!"

And thanks to his help, the goblins were able to have a much smoother journey than before.

While Didi and the other goblins were carrying the wolf, Dawn was already back in his place.

And he was currently running with Karkas and some other goblins who were placed there as meat shields.

Karkas was surprised that Dawn came back so fast, but he didn't let that stay with him.

After all, it was only natural.

Dawn was a goblin much stronger than Razta. Any opponents that Razta couldn't beat, Dawn could.

It was then that Dawn finally spoke to Karkas while looking in front.

"Karkas. Is there a way to get our numbers back?"

And when Karkas heard that, he whipped his head towards Dawn.

It was actually amazing that Karkas was able to run without looking in front. But well, he is a goblin.

"Hmm. I think there is a way, and that would be reproduction."

"Why did you ask, king?"

Karkas was curious about why Dawn asked about it. After all, Dawn has never thought about things like that.

And when he heard Dawn's answer, his eyes widened.

"I want the Five Great Clans to be mine."

With his blackish eyes showing shades of red, Dawn spoke once more.
