"However, a female...a female hyena would be enough to change that."
"A female hyena might even be able to win this battle if they were here."
The little goblin said with conviction in his words. It seems like he really believed that a female hyena would be able to win against the goblins present.
Well, there were only 50 goblins and some, but the main point was that there were three strong goblins participating.
And the little goblin was saying that a single female hyena would be able to win against those three strong goblins?
What's more, one of those three strong goblins was from the Five Great Clans.
Even if Moris were specialized in healing and not fighting, he was still strong enough to match almost any monsters.
That was why it was almost ridiculous to hear that a single hyena would be able to win against that group of Moris, Didi, and Una.
At least, it was for Dawn.
That was why Dawn spoke as he whipped his head back in front where he could see the hyenas.
"A female...what does it have to do with their gender? Why do their strength differ just because a hyena is a female?"
Dawn asked the little goblin as he found this part really sketchy.
After all, it's not like gender affects the strength of monsters.
They were monsters, not humans. A female monster is a monster, and a male monster is a monster.
Nothing changes and that was why it was weird for Dawn, who was a bona fide monster straight from the woods.
However, it seems that Dawn was wrong into thinking that gender does not matter in strength as the little goblin spoke once more.
"For most monsters, gender doesn't really matter. For example, we goblins could become strong regardless of our gender."
"However, for some monsters, their gender affects their strength."
"That is the case with hyenas. What's worse is that a female hyena is a hundred times stronger than a male hyena."
"That is also why I say that a single hyena might be able to turn this situation around."
The little goblin said as he explained things to Dawn. Of course, when Dawn heard it, he became shocked and surprised.
After all, he didn't know that gender would really affect things such as strength.
For Dawn, strength was something that one would just have to work hard for and get.
However, it seems that for hyena, it was dictated from birth.
Of course, Dawn didn't really care about that as he planned to wipe out every hyena he would meet from now on in this place.
Anyway, when Dawn heard those words coming from the little goblin, he had a thought once more.
---Hmm...this little goblin really is special.
Right, he praised the little goblin with his thoughts as he really thought that the little goblin was special.
He knew things even though he was just a normal goblin. That was something that should be praised.
What's more, the little goblin was really confident and all. That was a trait of an alpha goblin.
Of course, Dawn didn't really care about that as long as the little goblin would continue to serve him.
Either way, Dawn would be satisfied if the little goblin were to grow up faster and become more useful to him.
Well, he was already satisfied with just the little amount of time they have been together.
Anyways, Dawn didn't speak anymore as he noticed that the hyenas were right in front of them.
It seems that the hyenas stopped right in front of them, and didn't engage in combat right away.
It was then that Dawn felt that something...someone was moving away from the herd of hyenas.
Dawn whipped his head as he looked at that monster who dared to step out as if it were natural.
The monster was a hyena, of course, and the hyena was looking so arrogantly as he analyzed the goblins.
The hyena looked here and there as he looked at the goblins, and as soon as he finished, that hyena spoke.
No, the hyena...Rabibi laughed as his shoulders started to go up and down.
"Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik!"
After all, it was really nonsense and funny to think that his opponents were just goblins.
Goblins, even in the monster world and society, were known as just weak creatures.
It was not only humans who looked down on goblins but also monsters as the weakest green monsters.
After all, one would probably be able to hunt a goblin even with an injury in their body.
At least, a hyena such as Rabibi would be able to hunt down a goblin even with an injury.
That was why Rabibi couldn't help but laugh to know that the ones who dare invade the territory of the three hyenas were actually the weakest monsters!
However, it seems that it was not only Rabibi who thought of that as...the herd of hyenas started to laugh.
"Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik!"
"Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik! Shik!"
"Shik! ShiKK!!!"
The hyenas laughed as if they were in chorus with each other or something like that.
Their laughter resounded out in this place. They were truly acting as if they have already won the fight or the battle.
Well, for these hyenas, they already have. After all, that was just how weak goblins were.
At least, the goblins who these hyenas have fought before were just that weak.
It was then that the hyenas finally stopped laughing as Rabibi spread his arms out.
"So, it was just goblins who dared to invade the home of the legendary three hyenas!!"
"How dare you invade this place, you weaklings?!"
"I will send you back to your mother's womb, and milk you to give birth to our new goblin slaves!!"
And right after saying that, Rabibi turned around to face his comrades, the hyenas.
His face, as he looked at the hyenas, was truly the face of satisfaction.
After all, he would be able to succeed in the task given to him by one of the three legendary hyenas!
That is something that should be praised, and that should be enough to raise his ranking in the hyena clan.
Even though it was only goblins that invaded this place, it doesn't matter.
That was just how big and influential the three legendary hyenas were.
And so, with success and a good future in his mind, Rabibi spoke.
No, Rabibi tried to speak, but he couldn't! Rabibi couldn't speak at all because his head...was flying in the air.
Right, Rabibi's head was already flying in the air before he could even give out his orders or speak or what.
This happened so fast that not even the other hyenas were able to see it happen!
Not even the hyenas who were stationed right in front of Rabibi, and were looking at him with intense eyes could pick up what happened!
And it was only after a voice spoke to them that the hyenas could finally understand what happened.
"Eliminate them all!!"
And that voice was...Didi's. Right, Didi was the one who killed Rabibi in a single strike.
Although Rabibi could have gone head-to-head with Didi, it was only right that he would have died in a single attack.
After all, Didi was sneaky and didn't reveal himself at all. Not even his footsteps could be heard as he approached Rabibi.
And with such good speed and good strength, it was only a matter of time that Rabibi's head would be flying.
Besides, Rabibi was arrogant and was already sure of their victory ever since he saw that the enemies were goblins.
He let down his guard too much in front of a vicious goblin, not knowing that he could have died.
Anyways, when Didi's order came down on them, the normal goblins immediately started to pounce on the hyenas.
"Chweeee!!" A goblin said as he started to go down on the tree that he was standing on.
Of course, it was not only him, but every other goblin that was here.
And it was through the noise that the goblins were making that the hyenas could finally understand what was going on.
"Garasd?!" A hyena shouted out loud with a horrified look on his face as he tried to back out.
This hyena was the second in command of the herd of hyenas, and it seems like this hyena was a little bit too shocked about the death of his commander.
After all, it was just plain absurd that Rabibi would suddenly die when he was just right in front of the hyenas!
It was just plain impossible that not even one of the many hyenas here could not see it!
And what was even more impossible was that Rabibi couldn't react at all.
Rabibi was strong, and every hyena in the herd knew that. That was why they were panicked right now, even the second in command.
And that was why...the herd of hyenas that numbered for about two hundred or so couldn't even begin to picture the hell that would come down on them.
