Chapter 225: A reunion after 2000 years?
*woosh* *thud* Xia Shenyi and Freya Everglade's forearms clashed in the air as they looked at each other, a hint of confusion in their eyes.
"What are you doing here?" Xia Shenyi asked with a playful smile on her face.
*swish* They retracted back a few steps and Freya Everglade squinted her eyes "I have no idea; I just came here, and even I was shocked to see you."
*swish* Xia Shenyi again sprinted towards her, a red glint in her eyes as she thrust her palm towards her. "Seems like you were the one in the Royal palace."
Freya Everglade raised her arms to block her attack. *treik* Her palm hit her forearm and she was blasted away on the ground thrashing the grasslands. *boom*
The impact sent her tumbling across the ground, the blades of grass whipping around her as she struggled to regain her footing.
Ning Xue was startled by the abrupt fight between Freya Everglade and the new woman who suddenly appeared.
Zhao Tian was also surprised to see Xia Shenyi fighting Freya Everglade 'They know each other?'
Getting totally confused by the things happening in front of her, Ning Xue glanced at Zhao Tian, desperate for answers. "Tian, what is happening? Where are we and who is that woman?"
Seeing the panic on Ning Xue's face, Zhao Tian spoke in a soft tone, putting his arm around her shoulder. "Xue'er, don't worry."
Ning Xue leaned on him and glanced at Freya Everglade, who was dashing towards Xia Shenyi for another attack. "But... Sister Freya is getting attacked." she was worried as Freya Everglade is in a weakened state right now.
Zhao Tian noticed the faint smile on Freya Everglade's lips. "They are just playing around. See, they both are smiling."

H-Huh? Ning Xue was perplexed. "We are inside your... artifact?"
Zhao Tian gave a nod and showed the green pendant on his neck. "This is the artifact."
Ning Xue blinked her eyes processing the information and looked around at the beautiful grasslands and landscape around her.
"The whole place is inside this pendant?" *boom* *crash* Fighting noises echoed in the back and they again turned their eyes.
Reeling out of shock, Ning Xue asked, looking at Xia Shenyi "Then that woman?"
"She is Xia Shenyi, a woman from High Stars... trapped inside this artifact." Zhao Tian spoke, continuing to explain the artifact.
*thoom* Xia Shenyi's punch infused with fire elemental fell on Freya Everglade's abdomen and she was hurled off in the air her body twisting and turning before finally crashing back down to the ground.
*woosh* As they both rushed at each other at break neck speed, a burst of flame enveloped Xia Shenyi's palm.
Just like that, deep reddish flames wrapped on Freya Everglade's palm.
*wooshhh* Both of their palms collided in the sky and *booom* with a burst of astral energy, causing a deafening explosion that echoed throughout the entire area, sending shockwaves through the air.
Zhao Tian cretaed a barrier around him and Ning Xue to protect themselves from the rubbles and smoke.
"Urgh!" Xia Shenyi felt a numbing pain across her whole body and glimpsed at Freya Everglade flying away in the air because of her attack.
"Huh? Why is her attack... gotten so weak?" Xia Shenyi muttered under her breath.
*swoosh* However, Freya Everglade recovered from the attack and dashed near Xia Shenyi.
*swish* At this time, Shi Yixian came there and raised her head, looking at Xia Shenyi and Freya Everglade throwing hands in the air.
"Enemy?" Shi Yixian muttered, looking at Freya Everglade.
As Freya Everglade inched closer to Xia Shenyi, *flick* with a blur, Shi Yixian appeared in between them, the sword in her hand slashing towards Freya Everglade.
*gasp* Freya Everglade eyes shook in horror as she saw the cold blade closing towards her neck, her heart punding in her chest "Wai-".
"Stop!"
A faint voice echoed through the air and Xia Shenyi, Shi Yixian and Freya Everglade felt a shiver run down their spin just from that voice.
Their bodies stopped moving as they continued floating the air, a faint glow on the black tattoo on their wrists.
Zhao Tian looked at the three women, the golden tattoo on his hand glowing.
This is the reason, he brought Freya Everglade inside the artifact. He knows nothing about her and it is dangerous to reveal his physique to her.
And she is someone very close to Ning Xue, so she will come to know about his physique somehow.
And she is already suspicious of him, asking if he is from the Astral Realm.
So he thought of pulling her into this artifact first and he had a small guess that she will get the black tattoo.
And as he expected she got a black tattoo while Ning Xue received a silver tattoo.
And now, she is under him in this artifact and she can't even leave here without his permission.
