"Time... stopped?"

Zhao Tian's blue eyes wavered and he hastily looked around, his mind swirling with various thoughts.

What the hell is happening?

Why has time stopped?

Am I imagining things?

Their attacks are also motionless in space.

As he was thinking, suddenly a blind light flashed on his face. *feen*

He hurriedly shielded his face with his hand from the light and slowly opened his eyes, his eyebrows squinting because of the blinding light.

As he opened his eyes, he took a good look and saw that the whole sky is glowing with rich golden energy.

Huh? What kind of energy is this?

He felt the space around him tremble and *treek* he heard faint noises echoing in the air.

As he turned his head, he saw the space fabric was getting torn by some pressure, and cracks appeared in the space.

It began to crack like glass and the web of cracks continued to develop and shatter into pieces.

But in the next instant, the shattered space fabric is quickly restored to its old state.

"On a large scale... which is even making my brain ache. But... why the space is warping?"

When he uses teleportation, the space warps for a second, allowing him to easily travel to his artifact.

His body has gotten used to this space warp after all these days of using teleportation.

But his mind couldn't comprehend this high level of space warp.

However, suddenly his blue eyes glowed faintly, and in frustration, he punched at the air.

*thrash* But his punch cracked the space as it shattered like a glass and in the next instant, it was restored.

Closing his eyes, he extended his hand and instinctively grabbed into the air. His fingers clutched the space tightly and the space began to crack again because of his force.

He blinked his eyes as he gained some clarity and he felt the blank space around him.

'This is somewhat strange... this is....'

An angelic voice was heard "Is that the presence of Eye of the Heaven?"

"Y-Yes, I am also sensing it."

"Huh? What is that doing in a middle star?"

"Maybe that one-in-a-million phenomenon is occurring?"

"Ascension of a middle star?"
