Shen Die came and he was standing right in front of me.
At that moment, I was too drunk to even be rational and wondered why he was here anymore. Instead I just stared at his face blankly for a long time.
He looked as if he was really angry, with his brows furrowed really tightly. The gaze he gave me was not friendly at all.
But he still looked really good.
For some reason I felt my chest tighten up and my eyes started burning. I felt really upset and aggrieved, wanting to stand up and punch him hard but also pounce on him for a hug.
Before I could make a decision, my body moved on its own and got off the high stool. But my legs went limp all of a sudden and I bumped into him directly on his chest.
My forehead hurt a lot from the impact so I let out a grunt. He should obviously be in more pain from such a strong, sudden collision yet his first reaction was to raise his arms to hold me, taking half a step back after stabilizing me.
I figured I probably wouldn’t be able to stand up straight anymore, so I gave up and just lied in his arms, nestling my head against him without moving at all.
He used his other hand to prop my chin up and asked, “What happened to you? How much did you drink?”
I kept my mouth shut and refused to say anything.
He lowered his voice by an octave, sounding angrier now, “Xia Zhi, don’t play dead…”
This person broke his promise of showing up, how dare he still acted so fierce right now? How infuriating. I clenched my fist and punched him hard on his shoulder.
“Why didn’t you wait for me?”
He didn’t seem to understand what I said, “What did you say?”
My mind was messed up from all sorts of thoughts. I had long forgotten the cause and effect, only stubbornly clinging to this matter and questioning him further, “You didn’t wait for me. You said you would be there waiting for me!”
He was silent for a second before letting out the smallest sigh. He rubbed his temple a little before saying, “Xia Zhi, are you drunk?”
“Haha…take a guess…”
He didn’t answer me anymore. Instead, he bent down and carried me straight out of the bar.
I laid on his shoulder and stayed frozen for a while. I only remembered the question I asked earlier when we got out of the bar. “You haven’t answered me yet! You promised to wait for me, so why did you leave first!”
He said, “I didn’t make that promise.”
“You did! You lied!” I was both angry and anxious, “I already ran so fast, but you still left first. There wasn’t a single person left…”
“I’m sorry.” He suddenly said.
I didn’t expect him to apologize so quickly, so I only reacted two seconds after being stunned. “Oh, it’s okay.”
Then I added, “You have to remember to wait for me next time.”
He didn’t answer back, but silently carried me across the street to his car. When he was about to shut the door, he bent down and put me in before softly saying, “I’ll always be waiting for you.”
After getting the answer I wanted to hear, I felt a little better and decided to forgive him this time.
He got into the car from the other side as well and drove for a bit before asking me, “Why were you at the bar?”
“Because I wasn’t happy.”
“Why are you unhappy?”
Yeah, why was I?
I thought long and hard about it but I couldn’t figure out why. My head started hurting again all of a sudden.
When I feel any discomfort, I will start wanting to pick a fight. So I opened my mouth and yelled, “You! This car! Why are you driving so badly! it’s so shaky that it’s making me want to vomit!”
He simply and outright ignored me.
I continued, “No girl will like a man who doesn’t drive well. Hmph, senior wouldn’t like you either.”
He finally reacted, “Why did you mention her?”
As soon as I heard his voice turning deeper, I got even more upset. “Why can’t I mention it? She doesn’t have a boyfriend anyways!”
As soon as the words spilled out, I immediately covered my mouth in panic. Shit, I gave that away for him!
Yet, he didn’t sound too surprised. “What’s it to you if she doesn’t have a boyfriend?”
I slowly lowered my hands. Yeah, he must have known before this…otherwise why would the two of them become so close.
I started feeling down again as I rambled in a whisper, “She’s really pretty, with good grades…and two dimples…”
I don’t know why but the car suddenly sped up a lot. I was caught off guard and couldn’t help but leaned back into my seat and gagged twice. After a while, the speed gradually returned to normal.
I have yet to start complaining, yet he asked me first, “You like her that much?”
What the hell is he talking about?
I thought about it and corrected myself, “I’m not…you’re wrong. I’m already bent, I can’t possibly like girls anymore.”
Speaking of which, I suddenly remembered this person next to me is the reason I was bent to begin with. He’s not even compensating me but still played me like a toy. Saying he wants to chase after me yet turned around and flirted with other girls.
What a bastard.
But what can I do? Senior definitely wouldn’t reject him.
When I’m drunk, I no longer had any filter left to my words. “I’ve asked her today. If you pursue senior, she will say yes to you. Sigh, girls are all fools.”
The car stopped.
He suddenly unbuckled his seatbelt and leaned closer towards me. I couldn’t tell if the look in his eyes is an angry or happy one. He asked, “How about you?”
“The person I’m after is you, not her. Would you say yes?”
I looked right into his eyes. My muddled brain didn’t have time to process his question and he didn’t wait for my answer anyways before asking, “Xia Zhi, are you jealous?”
This time around I reacted in time. I slurred my words while trying to deny it, “I don’t like vinegar, it’s too sour…I like eating sweet things.”
He said, “I have what you like, do you want to try?”
I nodded, “Yeah.”
He leaned in and captured my lips.
After a few minutes, I felt my tongue tingling from all the sucking and was running out of air. I pushed him away and wiped my chin angrily, “You liar! It’s not sweet at all!”
He pressed his forehead against mine and asked me, “But don’t you like it?”
I stared blankly at those dark pupils of his, feeling the last shreds of my sanity get drained away little by little. I nodded in a trance, “I do.”
His hand that was propping his body up seemed to have clenched a little before he leaned in and kissed me again.
When I got out of the car, I was in such a daze that I couldn’t find my way. I was carried into a tall and familiar building and it wasn’t until I was placed on the couch in the suite that I belatedly remembered that this was the hotel he stayed at.
Half-squinting as I leaned back against the sofa, I saw him come over with a glass of water. He sat down and fed it to my mouth. I had been in such discomfort since I had that glass of alcohol, so I was extremely resistant to any fluids that got offered to me. I subconsciously clenched my jaw and refused to swallow any water, so it flowed down my neck.
He stopped his movements, as if my stubbornness was frustrating him. After a couple of seconds, he suddenly reached out and dug into my lips with two fingers, prying my mouth open.
I suddenly felt like it was quite fun. Just as he was about to retract his fingers, I leaned in and licked them with my tongue.
His movements seemed to have stopped again as he stared at me for a split second before brushing his wet fingers across my lips, my cheeks and then leaving a wet mark on my dimple. Then he leaned in and kissed that spot again.
It’s my dimple again!
I felt a momentary lucidity through all my dazed, messy thoughts. I immediately turned my head away and covered the left side of my face, “No more touching there!”
“Why not?” He asked.
“No reason! You just can’t!”
He seemed to find my reaction very amusing, reaching out to turn my face back towards him. “What about other places?”
I stammered for a long time before finally closing my eyes and yelled loudly, “Say it! Do you want to thrust me up my ass!”
He might have gotten frightened by me, or perhaps he felt guilty, but he didn’t reply for a while.
I sighed sadly in my heart and said, “I knew it. You were only trying to sleep with me.”
He frowned and his tone seemed very displeased, “Who told you that?”
However, I could no longer listen to what he was saying. I stood up from the couch while wobbling a little, walked to the bed and fell flat on my back. I was ready for my death as I said, “Come on. Let’s not have any ties anymore after this.”
He walked over with a grim expression, cupping my chin when he was near. “Do you know what you’re saying?”
I looked at him with an innocent expression, “Yes, I said I want to sleep with you.”
He took a deep, deep breath. “Xia Zhi, how much did you really drink tonight?”
I blinked a little before smiling mysteriously, waving him over, “I’ll tell you if you come over here.”
He engaged me in a silent staring contest for a bit before ultimately giving up, leaning over the edge of the bed to get closer.
I hooked my arms around his neck, leaning in closer to nibble on his ear. Then I said in a vicious voice, “Why are you talking so much? Can you do it or not?”
The person on top of me slowly narrowed his eyes and said in a hoarse voice, “Xia Zhi, don’t you regret this later.
I knew it hurt to be thrusted from behind, but I didn’t think it would hurt so, so much.
It hurt so much that I felt like I was split into two halves and nothing I do can possibly piece myself back together.
I raised my leg and kicked him in the shoulder, grabbing the bedsheet and trying to get away. But he wrapped an arm around my waist and pulled me back while pushing deeply into me without mercy.
I couldn’t escape but also didn’t know what to do. I cursed in pain, “Shen Die, you fucking bastard! Why the hell are you so big for!”
He leaned in and kissed me, blocking all the profanities that were about to come out of my mouth. I tilted my head and kissed him back, the pain easing a little while I did that. But as my body relaxed, he took advantage of that and started to move again.
“No, I can’t…” My voice trembled as I tried to stop him, “It’s too tight.”
He chuckled lightly and leaned in to lick my earlobe, “I should be the one saying that.”
I was really scared of the pain that I couldn’t care less about how slutty that sounded like. I actively tried to kiss him in an attempt to distract him so that he could do it gentler.
It seemed to have worked quite well. The sensation of our lips and tongues intertwining made me forget the pain behind there for a bit. I slowly grew accustomed to it after a while. He let go of me and kissed the corner of my mouth. “Do you like me kissing you?”
I nodded in a daze, “Yeah.”
“Then do you like me?”
This time I hesitated for a long time without answering. He waited for a while without getting any answer, so he smiled sullenly like he had given up. Then his lower body started to move slowly.
I gritted my teeth and endured the throbbing pain, feeling tears starting to well up in my eyes. I said in a muffled, breathy voice, “…I do.”
He stopped abruptly, as if he couldn’t believe it. He changed his way of asking and confirmed it again, “Then, do you agree to letting me pursue you?”
Why is he so annoying! Is he still doing this or not, why is he asking nonstop!”
I took a couple of breaths before giving him an impatient, “Yeah”.
He slowly reached out to hold my hands that were clutching the sheets. He interlaced his fingers with mine, leaned down and kissed me gently between my eyebrows.
His eyes were so serious that I hardly could look straight at him.
His movements suddenly became swift and violent. My brain didn’t have the time for a moment of clarity as I was immediately pulled into a wild, endless tide. I could only let out a few strained grunts throughout. My tears were constantly getting licked away by him. I couldn’t summon any strength in my hands as they were tightly clasped together with his. In the end, I could only bite down hard on his shoulder.
He seemed to have stopped after I had drawn blood. Yet the kisses that landed on my face remained as gentle as before.
The throbbing pain unknowingly turned into an unbearable, numbing tingle. He flipped me over and embraced me from behind, like the waves that constantly washed up on the shore.
As if he had forgotten what he had promised before, he began licking my dimple again before murmuring into my ear with a hint of joy in his voice, “You little liar. You’ll forget this when you wake up tomorrow…but it’s okay…”
I felt both uncomfortable but also good with his thrusts. I could barely argue back in between my string of moans, “I’m not…a…liar…I won’t forget…”
He smiled and kissed me lightly on my temple, “Alright, I believe you.”
