Chapter 60 A New World!

"Temple of space!"

As Latet said this, the whole temple seemed to ripple slightly, fortunately it stopped very quickly

"Elric, how much do you know about God's?"

Facing Elric who was still ever so calm, Latet asked him with interest

Facing this question, Elric immediately thought back to the inheritance from kaos he received earlier but thinking deeper, Elric felt it wasn't suitable to expose that yet.

"While you are correct, they're many things being left out but that's not why you're here today."

"The reason why I asked this was that this temple belonged to the ancient God of space!"

"With it, one can use it's power to go to other worlds in Elias outside the main plane"

Hearing Latet say this, Elric had already guessed his plan already

"Does that mean you plan on putting me in some other small plane in order to escape the God of lights reach?"

Said Elric as he couldn't think of any other reason

And sure enough, listening to Elrics question, Latet couldn't help but applaud him slightly

"Bravo! You managed to deduce that from just a few words from me, however that's not all"

"If it was only that, then I wouldn't have taken you within such a high-grade artefact as the temple of space!"

"You must know, unlike the main plane of Elias which has been under the rule of Gods, most of those planes outside are still underdeveloped with little to no life on them!"

"And those of them because they lack the intervention of the Gods, their civilizations are still in the most primitive of stages where most races can barely clothe themselves "

As Latet spoke about the planes outside the main plane, Elric could hear a clear tone of disdain in it.

It's just that Latet didn't seem to care but rather continued to speak without hiding it.

"It's due to this that most Gods like me don't care much about other planes outside the main plane"

"And given the fact that it's very possible to lose your way on the journey back, it's not worth the loss just to harvest a few believers"

"But thankfully the temple of space I have here is capable of a smooth go and return journey"

Hearing once again talk about the temple of space, Elric was curious about how he got a hold of such an artefact, it just that Latet seemed to be deliberately dodging the question and refused to say anything about it.

"Due to the main planes suppression, all beings whether Gods or mortals are two to three times stronger after leaving the main plane"

As soon as latet said this, Elric was shocked. Two to three times stronger what concept is this? Thinking of his currents stats, he suddenly felt he would be able to push everything side was after leaving the main plane

Thinking of Cyric who was probably as strong as all the Gods of faith in Elias combined, Elrics swelling quickly cooled down as he became more determined to get stronger

"By the way later, where are George and the others?"

Said Elric as he suddenly remembered he hadn't been called young master in a while

"Oh them? They're right here. I just kept them dormant for a bit as I didn't want them to disturb our conversation"

Raising his hand slightly, a blue orb appeared in it. And looking into the orb, Elric could clearly see the sleeping figure if George and the rest

"All you need to do is break it and they'll come out of the orb

"Here catch it!"

Without too much hesitation, lart promptly threw the orb toward Elric.

Thankfully Elrics reflexes were quite good, and without too much trouble he successfully caught it. Putting it in his pocket he once again turned towards Latet

"It seems we are done discussing, if you may, can you send us out?"

As Elric said that, he looked towards Latet with a slight hesitation, although they had been friendly with each other for a while now, however Elric still didn't fully trust him. He felt like Latet had another more hidden purpose for helping him rather than doing Almeron a favour.

It's just that Elric didn't make it obvious as he still needed Latet's help in order to completely escape from the God of light

And just like Elric had expected, hearing Elric request to leave, Latet gaze towards him suddenly became deeper thankfully he didn't refuse

"Alright then, you're allowed to go, I hope when next we meet you can bring me surprises"

Waving his hand, hundreds of portals appeared before Elric

"Go through any of these doors, they all lead to a different plane outside the main plane"

"Each with a different and unique environment, and don't worry I neither know the location nor what's behind any of them, I swear on the will of Elias!"

Hearing him swear on the will of Elias Elric was suddenly relieved, here in Elias, if you swear on the will of the world and go back on it, you're doomed to receive a terrifying backlash

However, the God before him just swore on it so nonchalantly, seeing this Elric couldn't help but become more vigilant.

"Haha, then I guess there's no need to hesitate, see you next time!"
