It was almost two hours later that Rudger came down from the second floor. Hans, who was waiting with his arms folded below, grumbled when he found Rudger coming down with a trudging step.

Merylda disappeared so fast that Selina and Rudger didn’t even have time to hold her.

The place Selina guided him was a restaurant along the busy boulevard. Perhaps quite popular, the restaurant was crowded with customers even outside.
