Chapter 612: Prince Boznan Burnak’s True Identity

“It’s time.” The Pseudo-Saint Space Mage addressed as Advisory said as he stood up, looking at Luthak, “Let’s transport our captives. News regarding Tentuna City capturing Prince Boznan Burnak should have been circulated among the Burnak Kingdom by now.”

The Tentuna City Lord had two tasks. First was the destruction of Buhan City. The second was the transmission of the information about them kidnapping the prince.

This would rile up the Burnak Kingdom further, for those from the royal bloodline were the only ones with the potential to become a Saint. So, the loss of every royalty was disastrous.

Therefore, the Burnak Kingdom wouldn’t sit still. It was not to mention that once they were done setting off the plague, the raid troops from Ampor City transmitted the message back home regarding the kidnapping of their prince.

Moreover, this time, they disguised their actions, treating it as them attacking Xerusi City because they heard the news of the prince being held captive there.

And now, they learned that it was Tentuna City that had done that, transmitting the news in a hurry.

Unlike those from the Tentuna City that was part of the Talon Secret Organisation, only the City Lord and a few Grandmaster Witches from the Ampor City were part of it.

The remaining were just normal citizens that had taken action because of the news of their prince being kidnapped.

Even though the cause was the Talon Secret Organisation, they created two plays from either side, causing the Birdmen to have a reasonable justification to enact the slaughter of humans.

Moreover, information regarding the cities of Tentuna and Xerusi was weaved in a myriad of suspicious activities all of a sudden, treated as info the raid team from Ampor City had unearthed.

In truth, all the suspicious activity was done by their organisation just for this occasion. And once the information was released, public sentiment towards the Xetuka Kingdom turned hostile as the Birdmen began to view the humans as deplorable.

The Talon Secret Organisation had been weaving this scheme for decades, so the information they dished out was enormous, causing there to be no room for doubt about the cruelty the humans had been subjecting the Birdmen with stealthily over the past few decades.

So, now that all the preparations were completed, the Advisory brought out a flying-type Magic Beast, allowing Luthak’s men to carry the captives on it and head towards the capital—Forkuna.

This would make it seem like the royalty of the Xetuka Kingdom was involved in the entire affair, a reason large enough to escalate the conflict into an all-out war between the two Kingdoms.

“Gah!” Suddenly, the Advisory flinched in shock before his body turned still, his expression one of fear, ‘Shit! How is this possible? I’m a freaking Pseudo-Saint!’

His consciousness vanished as the last image he noticed was of the captive prince sauntering into the room, casually staring at him with lifeless eyes.

He had fallen under the control of Prince Boznan Burnak who then looked at Bilfuren, “Kill the rest. They’re unnecessary now.”

“Yes, Saint.” Bilfuren finally removed his mask of a character that he played until now, stating respectfully as he took out a doll and pierced a needle in its chest.

“Gah!” Luthak screamed in pain, clutching his chest as his heart and lungs exploded; he fell to the ground, coughing out blood, dead.

Bilfuren repeated the same action, watching Zuhar die next. He did the same until all the humans in the building and nearby had been killed.

For a Pseudo-Saint, killing people was as simple as breathing. After all, those from Tentuna City created a fire giant with the power of a Pseudo-Saint, managing to destroy an entire city.

Such was the power of a Pseudo-Saint.

Of course, a Saint was on a whole other level, as exhibited by Prince Boznan Burnak that casually took control of the Advisory.

The Advisory waved his hand, creating a portal that led into the core of the Talon Secret Organisation as Boznan Burnak, Bilfuren, and the two Grandmaster Witches accompanying them entered the portal.

And while passing through the portal, the aura of the two Grandmaster Witches riled up before reaching a Pseudo-Saint in strength.

“You’ve truly concealed yourself. To think your Witchcraft has developed to the extent you could be reborn.” A voice full of praise resounded as the figures of two Birdmen appeared before the group.

“Saint Calvos, Saint Balvador…” Bilfuren stared at the two Birdmen, stating while gritting his teeth, “Why did you betray the Burnak Kingdom? As our Saint, why did you join a secret organisation?”

“That’s a funny question.” Saint Calvos, the Birdmen with large golden wings stated calmly, “Our goal is something grander than what you can ever imagine…”

“Plague Doctor, is it?” Boznan Burnak interjected calmly, watching the two Saints stare at him in shock as he said, “It’s only the natural course, isn’t it? You wanted to create a Sub-Profession that possesses the best of both the Doctor and Witch profession while leaving behind its defects.”

“That only results in the profession of a Plague Doctor.”

“So, our Guardian Saint is aware of the Plague Doctor profession.” Saint Calvos nodded, sighing in response. “You’ve truly hid yourself well. Even we could never find you when you disappeared all of a sudden.”

The disappearance of the Guardian Saint of the Burnak Kingdom was a ruse that he pulled to smoke out the Talon Secret Organisation that had been scheming towards the Burnak Kingdom from ages ago.

The moment the Guardian Saint vanished, Saint Calvos and Saint Balvador had taken action, making it seem as if they were killed mysteriously while they pushed forward their plan to destroy the Xetuka and Burnak Kingdoms for their plan.

Their goal was to create the profession of a Plague Doctor for the Birdmen race, something that was mighty monumental.

But, what even they failed to notice was that the Burnak Kingdom’s Guardian Saint had been reborn as Prince Boznan Burnak, remaining hidden under this identity while moving out in the open.

And now, once the situation deemed necessary, he regained his powers as the Guardian Saint, confronting the organisation that dared to mess with his Kingdom.
