Compass Carburettor finally obtained enlightenment as he observed the growing foetuses.
The brides all hailed from powerful noble families. Even if they hadn't trained, they still contained a decent amount of Qi in their Dantians. They weren't Martial Artists but had the potential of one.
After all, those from powerful families consumed precious resources since birth, naturally accumulating a large reserve of Qi in their Dantians. That was how they remained healthy.
Naturally, their children too were born with Dantians. But this was where the CC Seed came into effect. As it could be passed down through the generations by hereditary, the CC Seed came into conflict with the Dantian.
As Martial intended to swap out the Dantian that could at anytime evolve into becoming part of the Cultivation Genre, the CC Seed devoured the Dantian when the two came into contact. Thereby, the CC Seed of the individual was enhanced.
This enhancement allowed them to create sturdier Orchard Tools and cause them to exist for longer durations than normal. And just like how Dantians determined one's foundation, the fused CC Seed gave the child a stronger start as compared to others.
So, had their Dantian been robust, their foundation as an Orchard was that higher when they were born. So, it led to differences in innate talent in the children of all the noble families.
Moreover, the CC Seeds of the children changed a little per each individual to suit them better according to their body type, a rather beneficial evolution. It was capable of evolution, as originally intended by Compass Carburettor.
And in the Murim World, by devouring the Dantians, the CC Seeds had taken a different route as compared to Earth.

"Hah!" A teenager shouted as he condensed a chakram and hurled it towards the target, watching it embed itself into a straw doll deeply. Gasping a little in exhaustion, he turned around to stare at the middle-aged man nearby, "How was it, master?"
"Hmm…" His master didn't comment for a couple of minutes before asking slowly, "Why did you throw a chakram?"
"Why did I throw it?" The teenager was confused, "Wasn't it to damage the straw doll?"
"If hurting it was your goal, why didn't you condense a crossbow and shoot the arrow? The damage would be many times higher than what you can achieve by throwing." His master said, "And if you wished to raise the chakram's lethality, you should have opted for a disc launcher. Why did you throw it by hand? It's weak this way."
"I'm sorry…" The teenager bowed in response, "I just wanted to try it by hand once."

"Run!" At a commander's shout, a group of people rushed forth with plain clothes, scaling up a hill before they leaped from the cliff, "Attack!"
Immediately after, they all condensed a glider on their backs, rapidly zooming towards their opponents on the plains farther away, condensing crossbows in their arms that they aimed and unleashed a volley with.
"Defend!" The side defending on the plains roared as a group of soldiers came forward and condensed a large bunker to shield themselves from the rain of arrows.

Cough!
Rass coughed up blood as he weakly sat on his bed, a wizened form of his original self. He was only in his fifties but appeared to be in his late nineties instead. After all, he had expended way too much of his vitality with the baby-making efforts that lasted almost three decades.
And now, he was at the end of his lifespan, coughing, "What a shitty life this was."
The son of the first princess had ascended to the seat of the Royal Sect's Sect Leader. As Rass had grown old and ill, he wasn't fit to be a leader anymore.
And shockingly, even though the son of the first princess couldn't create a gun, he had actually surpassed Rass in terms of strength.
After all, the CC Seed influenced the body's growth the greater its usage. The first princess's son developed on that front to condense something he called the Dragon Armour, a substance that covered him from head to toe and made him resemble a humanoid dragon.
It was strong enough to even tank an RPG while only suffering minor injuries. Moreover, he had even invented techniques to make use of the electricity his CC Seed produced by absorbing sunlight to attain a terrifying might.
That was how he defeated Rass in a battle, for the latter hadn't innovated even once. All he did was rely upon his vast sea of ingrained instincts.
And now, Rass was alone in a house within the Royal Sect, cared for by a couple of servants, with none to truly care about his well-being. His subordinates too had lost power, unable to dictate anything, for they weren't Orchards.
All they could rely upon was their master-disciple relationships to maintain their status quo.
Rass impregnated a woman every day for almost thirty years, until the moment his body was unable to keep up with it anymore. That created more than 10,000 first-generation Orchards.
???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????? ????????????????????-????????????.????????????
The noble clans wished to raise their power to the limit the moment they observed the power of an Orchard. Hence, they engaged in multiple marriage alliances, causing the first-generation Orchards to have a polygamy relationship to give birth to as many second-generation Orchards as possible.
And within thirty years, the total number of Orchards surpassed a hundred thousand. The number only seemed to keep on increasing at an exponential rate.
With the rapidly increasing power, conflicts between rivalling noble families erupted, leading to a lot of chaos. Things would only settle after a series of wars between the Orchards until a status quo between the noble families was established.
The imperial family also mediated through the issues, preventing any noble family from setting up a Sect of their own, decreeing that only the Royal Sect could exist as a Sect. Any other Sect would be shut down immediately.
Those of the Murim World tried to rise plenty of times by were harshly curbed by the imperial family. After all, the Royal Sect was now under their control. It was just as Rass had said at the start when he met the first princess.
Though of course, he hadn't assumed that he would be pushed out of the picture so soon.
