Chapter 1010 Divinity Deployment

Name:I Hate Systems Author:
In the world of Faith Grounds, as long as one's actions were worthy of being passed down to future generations as a feat of legends, they were deemed by the world as worthy of becoming Deities.

And Pneua was one such individual. Though, as she had devoted her entire being to the God of Humanity to follow the same route as her brother, her divinity flowed into the target of her faith.

In a far-off place, seated on a flat terrain surrounded by three rings of mountain ranges was Pnolli. The reason he had arrived here was just one: this was the God King's domain.

There originally used to be a village in this place. But over time, the natives migrated once the great river nearby flooded.

The flood cut off the region from the outside world, making it difficult to survive as despite the mountains forming protective rings, there were a few gaps in them, forming passes.

The water from the river flowed into the plains through it, making the lives of the natives one of misery. As the mountain terrain wasn't suitable for their lifestyle, they migrated to a region beyond the flood basin of the river.

Currently, in the expansive plains, there was a boulder, just one in the vast encompass. Its top surface was flat and seated on it was the God King—Arnark.

There were no schemes involved, just two entities that had bet their everything in order to devour everything encompassing the other party. For only in that way could they gain authority over the two most potent forms of laws forming Faith Grounds.

As Arnark had mentioned at the start through Lore. It was a fair fight.

Everything else they did until now was to just increase their accumulations. And beyond a certain point, the quantity no longer mattered, just the quality.

"You've come as that?" The God King snorted, not bothering to move from his seated spot. His throne was just a simple boulder, nothing majestic as the title of God King would require.

"Are you nervous?" Pnolli mocked as he closed his eyes, sensing Pneua's faith pour into her as he smiled, 'She became a Deity in the end.'

Avatar of Humanity—Pneua (God of Development)!

He transformed into Pneua and snapped his finger, causing her shadow to expand and encompass half of the plains within the three rings.

Immediately in response, the faith belonging to the God King was pushed back into the other half, surprising the latter.

Through the powers of the God of Development, Compass Carburettor made half of the region into the domain of the God of Humanity. He then waited, feeling the divinity settled in the Grezza Mountain flowing towards the new region, calmly sensing the changes.

"So, it's finally starting." The God of Rain muttered as she stared at the entity before her, "Go as my represent and witness it."

"Yes!" The one to speak was a lady in her late forties. Her shoulders were wide while her hair made sharp curls, her every breath akin to thunder.

She nodded and stared at the potted plant beside her, "Let's go."

"S-Strong!" The potted plant muttered in shock upon sensing the infinite power oozing out of the large-framed lady, changing its mind, 'I never imagined the strength of the God of Rain has attained such a terrifying level. She's on the verge of reaching the same level as my Lord.'

The God of Rain didn't exhibit a speck of aura, so the potted plant was unable to sense anything from her. But her representative though, was otherwise, oozing with all the strength she possessed.

God of Rain—Saint!

For this occasion, the God of Rain created her ultimate representative, one possessing thirty percent of her power, almost a third, a Saint.

Initially, Peddler's representative arrived at her sanctum to make a trade. In exchange for a portion of her faith, Peddler would transport her representative to the location where the God of Humanity and the God King would duke it out.

Basically, Peddler used this event as an entertainment fest and sold tickets to all the Deities and Devils. With that, he gained large portions of their faith as ticket fees. Thereby, he gained more than enough resources to face Invaderon.

Every scenario was an opportunity to make a profit. The one that followed this saying religiously was a true merchant.

With that, the Saint of the God of Rain entered a weighing scale and vanished. Through a Saint, the God of Rain would obtain a clear view of the upcoming fight.

The reason a Saint was dispatched was because an Apostle was too weak to endure the energy emissions from the two strongest Deities in the world. Moreover, it was disrespectful to send anyone below a Saint.

There was also the undeniable fact that the God of Rain was able to observe the clearest through her Saint. The thought process of all the other Deities too was the same as everyone sent a Saint using Peddler's services.

"It's happening, huh." Yedu muttered as it nudged Yaeha, the one that had been promoted into its Saint, "Witness it as my representative."

"So I shall." Yaeha nodded respectfully as it entered one side of a weighing scale and vanished.

After that, Yedu thought of something and asked the potted plant, "What about the return journey?"

"Umm…" The potted plant trembled before saying, "That would cost extra. We have dispatched a few of our personnel to the location to facilitate that."

"What a ripoff." Yedu snorted but didn't complain. At this moment in time, only Peddler had the means to transport Saints to far-off places in the world and had the foundation to accommodate such a wide-scale operation.

Even if the other Deities wished to send their representatives through primitive means, they didn't know the location. Only Peddler was aware.

To avoid any interruptions, both the God of Humanity and the God King never disclosed their location to even their closest allies. But it seemed Peddler truly had his means to find out the location in a matter of minutes.

Moreover, considering the deal he had established with the Deities beforehand, it seemed he was aware of their actions and thought processes, a truly unscrupulous merchant.

Yaeha arrived at the location and looked around, immediately grabbing the nearest potted plant to curse, "Why is there a barrier here? And why have I appeared at the outer circle? I can't see shit from out here."

"My Lord, if you wish to wish to obtain a front-row view on the first circle, you need to pay a premium." Afraid, yes. But the potted plant still delivered its lines.

Truly, an unscrupulous merchant.
