Chapter 22 - Hiding Something from Him

After making up his mind, Qin Ruo Chu's heart felt a little better, but he still had a knot in his heart that made him feel a little uncomfortable.

Qin Ruo Chu was shocked, and immediately explained, "No, how could anything happen? Maybe it's because I just went to the mall, and was a bit tired from walking."

Qin Ruo Chu found a random excuse to excuse herself. Since she decided not to tell Shen Mu Sheng about this matter, she would not tell him.

Shen Mu Sheng was a little worried when he saw Qin Ruo Chu's preoccupied look, but since Qin Ruo Chu didn't want to say it, then he must have his own considerations.

"Since you're tired, why don't you rest early?" Shen Mu Sheng asked, Qin Ruo Chu nodded immediately, she was afraid that if she stayed any longer, her secret would be exposed.

So, Qin Ruo Chu jogged back to his room, took a shower, and climbed onto his bed. Shen Mu Sheng specifically went to her room and said: "Today I want to look at some information, I'll be staying at the study room, and will sleep late. If there's anything else, just call me."

Qin Ruo Chu was a little flattered. He gently caressed her hair and very quickly, blew away her black and shiny hair.

Looking at the results of his hard work, Shen Mu Sheng smiled in satisfaction. Qin Ruo Chu's hair was extremely beautiful, just like silk.

"Thank you …" Qin Ruo Chu didn't know what to say about Shen Mu Sheng's meticulous care.

"Didn't you say that you still have work to do? Hurry up and go." Qin Ruo Chu urged Shen Mu Sheng. Shen Mu Sheng stood up and kissed Qin Ruo Chu's forehead, and when he turned around to leave, he accidentally knocked off the phone that Qin Ruo Chu had placed on the bedside table.

Qin Ruo Chu had already used his phone for many years, and now that it had crashed, he could no longer turn it on.

Shen Mu Sheng took out another cell phone and gave it to her, "You can use this one first, when I have time, I'll bring you to change to a new one, how about it?"

Qin Ruo Chu nodded his head, "I have nothing to do anyways, as long as I can contact you, you don't have to be busy, go quickly." Qin Ruo Chu urged Shen Mu Sheng to leave, and then laid back down.

Qin Ruo Chu nodded, looking at Shen Mu Sheng's back as he left, she heaved a sigh of relief. This feeling was really bad, Qin Ruo Chu had told her that this would never happen again.

Under his conflicted thoughts, Qin Ruo Chu did not know how he had fallen asleep. In any case, he only felt that someone had crawled into his bed in the middle of the night, and had gently hugged her in his arms.

Then, Qin Ruo Chu fell into this warm and peaceful embrace, and peacefully fell asleep.
