Chapter 503 - 11.29 First Green Star - Haunted Asylum (18)

The viewers of the streaming platform of all players playing the RPG called Haunted Asylum were all pulled inside the Boss NPC room while eating their meals. Everyone had watched as long black hair had wrapped around Han Ya, An Yuan, Suir Rou, and Hei Anjing dragging them inside the cursed room.

Now the streaming platform is showing the scenery inside the NPC Boss room of the Haunted Asylum.

The darkness inside the place surrounds the whole area. There is nothing inside the room except for pillars that support the floors. The temperature is humid but there are no clear windows in the place. They could hear the sound of water dripping from somewhere but there was no light to check the area except for the flashlight props that were given to them before the movie had started.

The room was so silent that they could clearly hear the sound of water and wind in the enclosed space.

Well, things are supposed to be like that but instead they... Un, they stole the pot of ramen, stole and surrounded the grill, ate the meat and seafood on it. They were like scavengers and worst of all the Boss NPC was like a thug boss throwing away her minions who dared to steal her food.

"Mine. Mine. Mine! Everything's mine!!!" yelled the Boss NPC of the Movie Haunted Asylum.

The group of players was standing together at the corner where the Boss NPC had let them go as soon as she saw her minions crowding around the food. They were stunned as if watching unbelievable before them. Only Hei Anjing was fearless enough to laugh at this scene. On the other hand, Han Ya didn't know if he should beat these guys up or just directly kill them all to remove the embarrassment their kin had taken due to this action of theirs.

An Yuan asked, "What is happening?" Only the blind man doesn't understand why his teammate Hei Anjing is laughing and someone shrieks as if angry in the area.

The Boss NPC was coming so strongly towards them when suddenly they saw her flinch as she looked in horror looking at the two people among the human players. Her eyes were swimming around as she recognized Han Ya and Hei Anjing within the group.

Her thought had gone awry, 'Isn't that the human whom the Big Boss had taken over!? There's an undead knight boss inside that body!? Can I even defeat him?

Plus that mesmerizing devil is here too. I saw him laughing so happily when he dismembered my minions and my clone. Shit?! Why is this devil still here?! QAQ QAQ wuwuwu~ Mommy I'm scared.'

Under the gaze of the players, they witnessed the Boss NPC of the move stepping away from the human players and suddenly fleeing as if something is there to kill her. She even forgot to order her minions to escape with her.

Hei Anjing spoke, "Hey~ stop wasting time. Kill her minions and then... We can hint for her afterward ~ it is not like she can escape this Boss Area as she is connected to this place herself."

The three finally made their move upon hearing those words. The mid-boss monsters had all jumped on them from all sides. Han Ya and Sui Rou attacked the ones closest to them while An Yuan based his throwing talismans at the dots showing his enemies in his virtual maps. His movements were a bit clumsy as he could see his surroundings and even where he was stepping on but Hei Anjing who was standing behind him was helping him avoid stepping on rocks or cracks on the floor.

"Okay!" responded An Yuan and looked into his virtual map to look for the direction where Hei Anjing is. He noticed that Player Hei had never moved from where he was right from the beginning.

"Sir Hei, you're so amazing. How can you see the monsters in the darkness?" asked An Yuan as he finally stood beside Hei Anjing.

Hei Anjing spoke, "Haha~ what do you mean it's dark? Sui Rou had thrown some light orbs on the ceiling before the fight."

"Yes! This place is so dark. It's hard to fight without a source of light plus the floor is a bit slippery." said Hei Anjing.

The two were so relaxed having a conversation at the corner. Meanwhile, Han Ya was waving and swinging his spear at every monster who could hit him. One swing per one head. His movements were so swift that it is hard for an ordinary person or creature to dodge his attacks.

Sui Rou, the black widow is not bad as well. Her figure would sometimes blend with the monster's shadow and instantly appear behind them. Before the enemy could react a pair of daggers would be coming down towards them and their throats would be sliced open. Only a fountain of blood would splurt from the open wound before the monsters died.

But Sui Rou and Han Ya can only target monsters with physical bodies which is why Hei Anjing had helped An Yuan kill all the ghostly creatures in the field. His purification talismans are the most useful when it comes to fighting ghosts.

As expected, it didn't take a while for the group of monsters to be eliminated by the players. Han Ya and Sui Rou didn't even break a sweat with all those exercises. Now they could move on and look for the NPC boss that had run away.

As soon as the monsters were all killed the silence within that dark room had returned. Only the footsteps and voices of the human players echo within.

Manager Tian spoke, [Sigh~ finally cleaned! Even if their numbers are not much, they are still mid-level bosses.]

"There... There's another footstep following us from behind." answered An Yuan.

Hearing this Han Ya and Sui Rou both turned around and only saw a yawning Hei Anjing on the rear. He looks a bit out of it but they could see a shadowy figure from behind him.

Hei Anjing asked, "What's wrong, why did you stop walking?"

Everyone was stunned to see a pair of white hands trying to cover Hei Anjing's eyes but as if the latter could not see it, he was looking at them with languid eyes.

"What is it? Is there something behind me?" asked Hei Anjing about turning around.

Sui Rou yelled, "No! Don't turn around!"

"Hm?" but Hei Anjing pretended not to hear and turned around but saw nothing behind him.

TAP. TAP. TAP. TAP. TAP.

An Yuan spoke once again, "There is a footstep again but not from the rear anymore. It's coming from the right side."

"Oh~ So that's what you mean by a pair of hands," said Hei Anjing his tone is as lighthearted as always.

Then they all turned around to look in the direction of Sui Rou. They were stunned to see her standing there dazed. A pair of white hands had covered her eyes but she wasn't moving at all. Seeing this Han Ya had pulled An Yuan away and pushed him towards Hei Anjing's direction.

"Ow!"

"Woa~ Careful."

The first one is An Yuan who was pushed and the second one is Hei Anjing who helped him up.

Then can only watch as Han Ya attacks the black figure behind Sui Rou but it flashes away before his spear could stab it.

SWOOSH~

Han Ya said, "It escaped."

Hei Anjing spoke, "Arara~ look at Sui Rou her eyes are weird ba~"

Then everyone witnessed Sui Rou suddenly opening her eyes. But her eyes were unlike humans. It was pure black all over and there was a strange smile on her face. She then started attacking the weakest among the group which is An Yuan.
