Chapter 107: The White Moon Werewolves Ambush

The beam of the werewolf was way more deadly than anything a mere level 65 mob could ever hope to achieve, meaning that there was some other power at hand, something much more powerful that aided it to become much stronger than it should be.

Or maybe it was just since he was in a Nightmare-Level rift?

~CRASH, BOOM~

The trees, the path, anything that came in contact with the beam, which seemed to never stop, would be destroyed.

Even the 'Victims Of Sierra' seemed to disappear when hit by the attack, although Stark believed that was only because the trees they were behind were cut.

But even through that...

~FWISH~

A multitude of arrows would still be coming at him and his clone, forcing them not only to avoid the beam at a hair length each time, but also put themselves at risk to not get hit by the arrows which could transform them into monsters.

Yet, Stark noticed something: after every 10 second, the beam would diminish and flicker, meaning that the werewolf was gathering energy back.

And Stark would use that opportunity.

"AURA SMASH!" his clone sent two fists at the werewolf, who easily avoided them.

[Red Fury] seemed to greatly enhance its speed, allowing it quite easily avoid both fists and spears the two Stark sent at him.

'Why is this fodder monster actually putting a challenge...?' of course, without the [White Beam], it would of died in less than ten seconds, but now it was actually getting annoying.

Plus, the fact the wolf was moving its head randomly, not even caring about aiming for Stark or the clone, meant that they were at higher risk of being hit.

~BOOM, FWISH~

The werewolf swung its head, resulting in the beam rushing at Stark.

'...' he was forced to crouch down as the beam passed above it.

But at that very moment...

An arrow was fired, one he hadn't heard or been able to see early since he was too occupied with the wolf.

'SHIT SHIT SHIT,' he shouted as he saw it right in front of him.

But...

[Wings perk, activated!]

'DASH!' he flapped [Judicator's Black Wings] in the opposite direction, granting him a boost and allowing him to move from the arrow's path.

'Ok, now this is annoying,' he gritted his teeth and looked at the werewolf with his eyes full of aura, 'I'm ending this shit.'

[Strength: 1371]

[Stamina: 1927]

[Speed: 1473]

[Defense: 1780]

[Skills: Devouring Darkness, Shadow Meld, Morph, Assemble (STRONG TRANSFORMATION), Shadow Limbs...]

...

Counting them all, Stark noticed there was 5 of them, each hiding in the darkness of the forest as well, it was in their names after all, and they seemed to be more of the 'ambush' type.

'Final battle before I can get away of this shithole...' Stark sighed while summoning one of his clones and also avoiding another arrow.

It had actually become muscle memory for him to avoid these arrows, and he didn't even bother to act annoyed anymore with them being sent relentlesly.

~FWISH~

His clone also avoided the arrows quite easily, only moving its head to the right when one came rushing at it.

But now... he needed to face against the 14 monsters surrounding him.

'...' the clone got in position before he did, and he followed right after.

"AURA SMASH!" he sent two fists at two 'Shadow Stalkers' that were hiding in the distance, maybe believing that he couldn't see them, but too bad, Stark could see auras.

~BOOM, BOOM~

"-33847! -34982!"

Both were hit from the attack, taken aback as they didn't expect the human to be able to detect them.

But this wasn't enough to kill them, even with their low HP compared to all other monsters their level.

'At least I know two of them only need one more attack...' he smiled.

And now that he had attacked... all the other monsters rushed at him.

"WHITE CLAWS, RED FURY, WHITE BEAM!"

Three of the wolves used [White Claws] and rushed at Stark and his clone, also activating [Red Fury] to increase their speed, while the rest all immediately activated [White Beam].

And this meant... that 6 of the werewolves had opened their mouth, charging up their deadly attacks.

Even Stark knew that this was bad, he wouldn't be able to avoid 6 beam coming at him from all directions, all of their powers being charged by the hundreds of 'Victims of Sierra' in the forest.

And so that meant... he needed to find a solution in the following ten seconds, or it would be over.
