Volume 1 - CH 10

While Cyclo was cleaning up the workshop, the presence came to the door.

A knock sounded.

“Yes. Come in, it’s open!

Cyclo responded to the person on the other side of the door as he put away his things.

The person immediately responded.

“I see. Then, please excuse me.”

The man who entered Cyclo’s workshop was a man with the appearance of an aristocrat.

“Uhm, who are you?”

“I am the client of this clock repair, Count İkkemen himself.”

“What!? The Count!? I apologize for my rudeness!”

In his haste, Cyclo tries to show some courtesy to the nobleman.

But unfortunately, as a commoner, he is not familiar with such manners.

“I don’t care. I just came because I was curious to see the rumored watchmaker’s skills. Since I came here without informing you, you are free to continue with the repair work.”

So says Count Ikkemen, who generously forgives Cyclo’s lack of manners.

Relieved, Cyclo intended to say what needed to be said.

“Thank you, Count. But I am sorry. I cannot show you the repairs.”

“Hoh, what does that mean?”

“Actually, we’ve already finished the repairs.”

“Is that so!? You finished it that fast!?”

Cyclo responds with a nod to the surprised Count İkkemen.

“Yes. I have already checked the operation, so we can give it to you right away.”

“I see. I was going to take a look at your repair work, but I guess I’m too late.”

“Uh …… then I’ll show you the same work again, if you’d like to take a look at it.”

“Hm? Can you do that?”

“Yes, sir. [Clock Generation]!”

Cyclo uses his skill to generate a clock identical to the one he had been entrusted with. Of course, in its pre-repair state.

Count İkkemen was surprised at this, and his eyes widened.

“W-What just happened?”

“Erm, I used my skill to generate a clock that was in the same condition it was in before I repaired it. Since it was created with magic power, it will disappear over time. I think it will be fine while I recreate the repair.”

Count Ikkemen was left amazed by Cyclo’s unexpected skills.

But this was also an opportunity. Since he’s already here, he decides to ask him to show him how the repairs are being done.

“I, I see. Well then, since I’m already here. Show me how you did it.”

“Yes, sir! I understand!

Thus began a demonstration of the clock repair by Cyclo.
