Alliance

The next day, I wrote a letter and put it inside Tsugaru Madoka’s shoe locker.

Alright, all set.

With this, I should be able to talk to her alone later.

“Is that a love letter I spotted, sir?”

“Geh!? Takeru!?”

I chose the time when the others were away to come to the locker but to think that I would be seen by Takeru of all people.

If it’s Emi or Risa then I would be able to use [Dominating Decree] to make them forget but that won’t work with Takeru since this guy’s got [Anti-Gift].

“Hmm….., I see, so you are actually aiming for Tsugaru-san huh.”

“It’s not what you think…….”

“Your face is getting red, My dear friend.”

Said Takeru as he teasingly hit my back.

It seems that he’s trying to be considerate in his own way.

“I would have punched you in the face if it was Risa you were aiming for but since it’s not about her I’m willing to stay quiet you know.”

“Yeah, yeah, I know that already, you siscon devil.”

“I’m not a siscon devil. Call me siscon dragon instead.”

“Siscon dragon…….?”

“Dragon sounds way stronger than devil right.”

I gave him the same reply from the original script of the game. For now, it seems that except for I and Tsugaru, everyone else has the same personality as the original.

“But the devil is a fallen angel, right? An angel would be stronger than a dragon don’t you think?”

“S, Seriously!? So siscon devil is better than siscon dragon huh!?”

“The siscon part is already worse enough though.”

“I can’t change, man.”

Takeru instantly yielded.

With the knowledge of the game, I already knew how the conversation would end though.

“I will keep this a secret from Sasaki okay.”

“Y, You will?”

“Your love has my full support you know.”

“S, sure……”

I don’t really see Emi or Tsugaru as romantic partners but it’s a pain to correct him so I suppose I can just let him think that I’m after Tsugaru for now.

The rest is just to get to the meeting place after school.

I immediately leave the classroom the moment school is over.

It’s a pretty tight schedule so I absolutely won’t make it if I wait to go back home with Takeru and the others.

When I reached the entrance, Tsugaru was also there perhaps, she also thought the same.

“We put our bags back home first before we meet at that place okay.”

“I know that already!”

Tsugaru mutters so and runs out.

Like her, I also started running back home.

When I got home, I practically threw my bag into my room and headed out to meet Tsugaru at the place I told her in the letter.

Sure enough, she was already waiting for me by the river when I arrived.

“[[Meet me at the river bank where Juumonji Takeru killed Akechi Hideyori in Risa route]] huh. Looks like we really are the same aren’t we.”

“You are nothing like the lively character from the game at all.”

“You looked way more mediocre compared to the game’s villainous best friend yourself you know.”

As I thought.

I hate her guts.

“Looks like we were both sucked into the game world aren’t we.”

“Yeah.”

“By the way, what should I call you?”

“Just call me whatever you like.”

“Then Akechi, can I take it that you’ve played through [Breaking the Chain of Sadness] to its completion?”

“I did. You too, Tsugaru?”

“Obviously.”

Alright.

This means that her knowledge of the game is more or less the same as mine.

“To be frank, I don’t want to get involved with the story. I only want to live my life peacefully here. That’s why when Sasaki-san called out to me and I started suspecting that Akechi Hideyori might be behind her……I lost my cool……”

“I hate Akechi Hideyori too you know. I would never just let the game story happen……besides……, I don’t want to die……..”

“But since your body is Akechi Hideyori’s, isn’t that problem already solved? Things will be fine as long as you don’t use your Gift or go around murdering the heroines right.”

If she puts it like that then she’s right.

However, I can not afford to be that optimistic.

“I had dreams you see.”

“Dreams?”

“In my dreams……, I was doing bad things just like the original Hideyori. At this rate, that might eventually become a reality. That’s what I’m scared of.”

With every encounter, I would have the dream of the game scenario.

It’s like there’s something evil just nesting inside me.

I averted my eyes away from Tsugaru.

“It seems Emi had a dream where she saw herself getting killed too. I don’t think that’s just a coincidence. Maybe Tsugaru will see something in your dream as well. That’s why I want to form an alliance with you to crush the game’s original storyline. To be specific, I want your help to resist the flow of the original story as much as possible.”

“……I see. I also don’t want to see those tragedies unfold in front of my eyes either.”

“Thank you.”

We will build an alliance where we can help each other stay as far away from the game’s story as possible.

I will refrain from using my Gift as much as possible while Tsugaru will not become the game’s joke homo character.

That’s what we decided on for the time being.

Aside from that, both of us talk about the circumstances of our previous lives and whether we really came to this world from the same Japan or not.
