Damaging Imagination

I enter the classroom and join up with Takeru and Emi.

“My bad, my bad” I apologized for ghosting them earlier as I walked toward the two.

“Eh? Hideyori, where have you been?”

“Ahh, I spotted a UFO earlier you see.”

“EHH! That’s amazing! Why didn’t you call us!?”

“What color was it!?”

“…….ash color?”

Seeing them bought my pathetic excuse so easily like that, my conscience began to ache due to the guilt.

Sorry guys, I just went over to introduce myself to Eien-chan.

A short moment after I entered the classroom, Eien-chan also walked in. Our eyes met and she smiled at me.

Ahh, What an Angel……

“What color is ash though!?”

“It’s just gray.” *

Despite the fact that I have an angel in my class, these two kinda ruined it a little though……..

Filled with anticipation, my middle school life has begun

After school that day, I went home once and went out again.

Naturally, it’s to discuss today’s events with Tsugaru.

Since I first called out to her, the riverbank has become our usual meeting place.

“How was your class?”

Tsugaru’s eyes looked dead for a second.

It must have been tiring for her to deal with Sakuya.

“Foreign words are NG right.”

“You always say that but you’ve never tried to stop using them though.”

Anyway, Tanikawa Sakuya is too difficult to deal with right now.

She means no harm and is also fun to be around but she’s not the kind of girl you want to deal with every day.

“What about you? An Otaku like you must be delighted right?”

“Yeah, Miyamura Towa is in my class after all. I tried having a light conversation with her today too.”

“And? I also cleared the game so I’m kind of curious about her too. How was she?”

Emi, Risa, Tsugaru, Sakuya, I’ve come to know many good women but Eien-chan stood out to me the most among all of them.

“Eien-chan is too precious……, it’s so unfair that Takeru actually has a chance with her…….I want to cry……..”

We are not dating but when I imagine that the girl I like started dating my friend, it just dealt a huge chunk of damage to my HP……..

I mean, in the game, Takeru got to kiss her, touch her chest, and do a lot of things with her, you know!?

I’m dying from jealousy over here!

“Haa……The protagonist sure is enviable huh………”

“You are getting depressed now?”

“Think about it, Tsugaru. How would you feel if the man you like suddenly got taken by Eien-chan? They might go out to karaoke, have a firework festival date, or flirt with each other without you knowing you know?”

“GOUGH!?”

“See, that’s a lot of damage isn’t it.”

Tsugaru has also taken damage from her imagination.

I don’t know what kind of man she imagined but he’s probably a super handsome guy.

“My brain almost exploded………”

“You understand now right. But you see, I managed to get Eien-chan to call me by my previous life name so I’m pretty content right now.”

I’m so content that I don’t mind whatever insult Tsugaru is going to throw at me.

She might have tried to deny it but here I am, sharing my name with 2 famous warring period warlords.

“Eh? Your name in previous life also came from the warlords?”

“Oi, Oi, we agreed to not pry into each other’s past lives right.”

“R, Right……. Sorry.”

Tsugaru seems unusually upset.

I can see that she’s shaken.

“……there’s no way huh.”

“What?”

“Don’t mind it. For the time being, the problem at hand is the heroine Towa. We have to focus on her first.”

Takeru doesn’t seem like he’s going to make a move.

If that’s the case then I will have to do it myself.

While watching the flowing river, I came to a decision.

“I will do what I can to change her flag as much as possible. If things go wrong then follow up for me okay.”

“Yeah, yeah. See you later then.”

With that, today’s strategy meeting came to an end.

It’s not like we need to make our move right now though.

No harm would come from enjoying my middle school life for a while right.
