Akechi Hideyori (and his friend) don’t have Anything to do

A few days later.

On the day I told Hideyori-san that I’d be free.

Three people gathered before me.

Emi, Sakuya, and Tsugaru-san.

They seem to be the people who Hideyori-san has assembled.

“………..Hideyori-san is?”

“He’s not here. There’s nothing for Hideyori-kun to do this time so he went back first with Juumonji-kun and Risa-chan. I’ve already heard about Towa’s problems from Hideyori-kun too.”

“It’s Hideyori’s request and it’s to help Towa so I’m gonna do my best.”

“…….well, I have no obligation to follow that man’s request but my interests do align with Akechi-kun this time.”

Other than when we met at the coffee shop, I’ve never talked to Tsugaru-san before.

I do remember that she has quite a sharp tongue when it comes to Hideyori-san.

Even so, I can tell that she’s here because Hideyori-san asked her to. Just what kind of relationship do they have between them I wonder……..

I wouldn’t overstep my boundary and ask her directly though.

“I see, so you’re this time’s heroine huh.”

“H, Heroine? What do you mean?’

“Don’t mind me. I’m just saying that unlike us, you are blooming like a heroine. Risa is also heroine-like isn’t she?”

“I, I don’t really understand what you mean though……..”

“So in short, YOU’RE TOO CUTE EIEN-CHA~~~~N! SO PRECIOUS………YOU’RE AN ANGEL! NO, A GODDESS!………, that’s the vibe.”

“Where did that come from…….., also, please don’t call me Eien-chan.”

“Ara, so Akechi-kun is the only one who can use that nickname huh. You’re surprisingly possessive, Miyamura-san.”

Tsugaru-san snickered.

Because of that attitude of hers and the fact that she’s completely right, I pouted a little.

“H, How come your chest can bob like that? Why is your skin so beautiful?………as I thought, heroines really are cheating. I understand why you’re Akechi-kun’s Oshi now.”

“A, Ahaha……., she’s a little weird but Madoka isn’t a bad person so get along with her okay.”

Emi came through with a follow-up.

Somehow, I think I can see myself and her becoming friends that always tease each other.

“………hey.”

“Madoka?”

Suddenly, Tsugaru-san turned back and brought her face to Emi’s ear before whispering something.

[[If you keep being passive like this then Akechi-kun will be taken away you know.]]

Emi’s body started trembling.

Her body trembled for a few more seconds before she finally exploded.

“YOU DON’T HAVE TO TELL ME!!”

I don’t know what she said to make Emi-san burst out like that.

“C, Calm down, Emi! I don’t know what it is but Hideyori will do something about it.”

“He’s already gone okay!”

Sakuya did her best to calm Emi down but it was a big failure.

Can I really rely on these three, Hideyori-san…….?

“You’re leaving Miyamura-san’s problem to Sasaki and the others?”

“Yeah, Emi and them will do something about it.”

“Is it really okay for us to not do anything?”

“Yeah…….. Just be patient and wait for the good news.”

After leaving Eien-chan to Emi and the others, we were on our way home.

Emi said that the boys would only be in the way but I forcefully had my collaborator, Tsugaru, join her just in case. With Tsugaru around, she would at least steer the development in a more favorable direction for me.

“By the way, Akechi-kun. Can I ask you something.”

“What’s wrong, Risa?”

Risa, who was walking to my right, raised her voice with a pout.

She then gazes at Takeru who’s walking to my left and me in the middle before she continues.

“…….why am I the only woman on this side?”

“So you noticed huh…….”

For some reason, boys are useless in Emi’s plan.

But even though Risa is also a girl, she was added to the useless group.

“With that many people, it would trouble Eien-chan’s parents…….honestly, there’s probably no need to send both Sakuya and Tsugaru with her.”

“Just what does Emi plan to do here?”

“Honey trapping.”

“Ha?”

It was an idea that I didn’t come up with myself but I will explain it so that Risa and Takeru can understand too.

“Making use of their womanly charm, they will be honey trapping Eien-chan’s parents.”

“That’s the worst…….”

“It was a plan Emi came up with and I also helped her refine it. All that is left is for them to do their best.”

“Wouldn’t it be better if you add Risa to that group?”

“Yeah, I think so too.”

“Wanna go to the arcade?”

“ “ OF COURSE! “ “

Takeru and Risa simultaneously replied.

The Juumonji siblings immediately jumped on board when I casually invited them so rather than going home, the plan is for us to play at the arcade instead.

Author note: Regarding how I selected the people who are going to execute Emi’s plan.

From a Meta POV, I want to add Emi and Sakuya who were actively involved with the game’s Birdcage girl scenario to be a part of this to express the differences between the original and this timeline. It was mandatory inclusion.

I wasn’t sure if Madoka would be a good mix in this combo but like Hideyori, she’s also a fan of Towa so I made her participate.

On the other hand, Risa is difficult to utilize for various reasons.

Her retorting brocon character is kinda weak right now.

I’d like to go in-depth with her character in the future.

I do like her character but she still lacks personality.

I mean, the story of Hideyori-kun, Emi-san, the Useless Protagonist, Kurusu-san, and the coffee shop pair are just too dark right.
